If I wanted to, I could connect weed laws to anything. The fact is that weed is/was illegal in almost every country, and you can't use racism to explain that away. You're race hustling, but Im not saying weed should be illegal or anything. -

@Leo Gura You're the one getting your dogma from CNN. Think about the kind of person that pays for CNN subscriptions. That's the audience CNN panders too. -

This way, real estate can't just sit there. It makes people want to use it which is important because it's a finite resource. Property tax is actually the beginning of Georgism which is arguably one of the foundations of a realistic libertarian society. @Leo Gura -

That's not true. Most of their wealth is just stock shares, and with Amazon and Tesla they don't even get dividends out of it. It literally doesn't affect you except by inflating the stock price if you want to buy AMZN or TSLA @Leo Gura -

Holy smokes, I get it now! You actually are subconsciously racist which is why you've been going around telling people it's such a problem. You were describing yourself! -

@OpoA monkey next to a picture of a black woman, wow. Why don't you take advice from your own dogma and try to be a little more sensitive! -

@Epikur You really want a wealth tax, then taxing asset derivatives would be the way to do it. Of course, public financial literacy would be required for this to happen. Instead, we have CNN videos of a race hustler clamining the US was founded on racism. It wasn't. -

Race hustling is a much more widespread problem than racism. -

Way too much of the US federal budget comes from printing bonds - out of thin air - and the banks buy them with money which is also - printed out of thin air. So right now, my main concern would be to have the government print money instead of the central banks so there's no interest expense on things like 20 year treasury bonds. This would hold the government directly responsible for inflation which is in itself a tax. The public would think twice before supporting wars or often irresponsible spending programs. Lincoln and Kennedy were the only two presidents that tried this and both were assasinated. -

It's a long book, but John Steinbeck's East of Eden has a fictional character that demonstrates most of the nasty tricks that can be used by psychopathic women. It's completely different than what's dangerous about men. It's a really good story and writing style as well, and you can't stop turning the page because the fiction is so well written. If you've ever seen or read Of Mice and Men which teaches about mob stupidity, this is just as good of a story. -

@captainamerica The companies would have to pay out a dividend to the shareholders every year to match the tax. It'd basically be another corporate expense. I don't know if that's a good idea since sometimes companies issue stock to do things like payoff debt. A tax like that would really be putting a lot of nano-caps, micro-caps, and venture capital at a disadvantage. -

Because they want peope to hold on to stocks instead of shifting them around every few months. Buying and holding inflates securities prices but deflates prices in the rest of the economy. It's a lot of money we're talking about being withdrawn from circulation so people can save. -

@Bobby_2021 If you sell it for $100,000,000 you get taxed by the government. That's called 'realized gains'. If you don't sell it, it's unrealized gains since it's really not worth a damn until someone buys it. -

@Windappreciator Okay, so you think we shouldn't eat them and they shouldn't exist at all. That's not an unfair moral position. Where I live, I see the cows living good lives so I like eating them. -
