  1. Shambahvi Mudra.
  2. I get your point, that does not eliminate the truth that Death is a social human made construct. If you had the God realization you would see this. I don't follow the cult of death in what concerns me. I'm here to speak the truth and nothing more. Is your choice to end or to continue. Now, pushing the old paradigm of death is unwise. No wonder people zzzzzzzzzz, and believe they seen the truth.
  3. Religion invented the concept of death and it became real for the dormant masses.
  4. Sungazing should be done 1 second first day and increase by 1 second each day. Do this first hour when the sun rises or last hour when the sun sets. Is a way to dissolve faster the old, to have clear vision etc. It will open up the traumas very fast, so caution on doing it fast. Do it progressively. I reached the feat of sungazing about 40min after a year of progressive practice, second by second.
  5. See more points of view about this technique, how they practice it and so on. These are only 2 examples. Make a google/youtube search and dwelve in more points of view to have a bigger picture.
  6. This technique is like Sungazing as a parallel. We increase just a tiny amount each day, the position of the eyes up and the duration of the meditation with the technique.
  7. The symthoms are normal. It takes some months to get the hang of it. I have 5 years of experience with it. For me sitting meditation is shambahvi mudra and listening to breath. My advice is to do it lightly, not looking up with the eyes very far back, gently start to look up at first, and get comfortable, increase the position of the eyes up only if it doesn't give you nausea. Important to focus the attention on the heart and forhead sometimes. It can be done with eyelids open or closed. When i'm in public i close my eyes and look up, because people who are not familiar with this, tend to freak out.
  8. Yes, being a singer is something very important to me. Specially finding the inner voice. Only listening to music has it's benefits. But singing has a new other level of benefits.
  9. Disgusting, spreading the same old paradigm of aging. Yeah many humans awaken only then, but the point is, this is not natural, not even aging.
  10. Omg, what is wrong with you showing this kind of pictures?
  11. Ok, just asking. Nice to feel people more balanced around, thanks for existing. There is another balanced soul who arrived on the forum lately KennedyCarter. We need more people like this, and gather and meditate. ?
  12. Cannot be explained the awakened state. Nor this conceptualization of pain. I know what pain is, that's why i speak about it. I don't have the need to feel the suffering of others, that in itself is bias. Thinking you will se me in you is just another concept. I have a different configuration than anyone else on the planet. We are only one in essence, not in configuration, not in feeling, not in "thought". From an awakened perspective i'm sovereign entity above anything else. And all of you are when you awaken. Until awakening, human being is just that, a walking dead. Not to blame here nothing. Just posting what is real or not. Namaste
  13. Do you think feelings are there like something random? It's only random for those who sleep. Once you awake, any feeeling has it's roots in thought, not the other way around. So i'm not saying to control the feeling, because only controlling thought can control that. The thing is specifically with pain, painless state is the natural way. Having pain has it's roots in having a bad attitude. So, without controlling thought individuals will experience pain only if they have been programmed by society to see pain in a certain way. Otherwise, pain only arises as a survival mechanism, accident or having a bad attitude about reality, doing stuff that is not truth or believing too many lies will bring pain as a survival mechanism. Hope this explanation is more clear
  14. Let's not praise pain. I can feel what others feel 1 on 1 if i want. But doing it too much are consequences. Better to focus on self. And yes, pain is also kind of a mind construct. You can tell yourself it doesn't hurt and the pain will cease. This is how the body works in reality. Is a fine tuned machine, controlled by thought, not the other way around.
