  1. I think human consciousness is highly shaped by thoughts. Our thoughts can really weigh on us. And the type of thoughts we have. The thoughts of the typical person mostly dont catch anything spiritual.
  2. I like that. Would you agree with my interpretation of what you were saying?: Humans built their intelligence from the source, from consciousness. As a result humans come to all kind of thoughts. AI unconsciously takes that thoughts orders them and brings them back to an individual perspective as if that perspective was conscious.
  3. That you act good won't make your life easier and it won't make the world at large and not even the people around you much better. Do you still act good despite that just for its own sake?
  4. Getting your lifestyle in order can be tough on adhd. Right now I want to use meds to get my lifestyle in order and from there I might be able get off them. I like to have them as an option.
  5. I think you are onto something. When you train with passion you can go with what feels the best and what comes naturally and not what is on your plan. Like when you start benching and you feel like flys would be the shit for your pecs next you go and do that and not because it is the most logical thing to do. You are more in touch with your intuition and spirit. I trained mostly with a plan but it's not the most fun way. It is the most effective way to train as you get more stimulus but it can be a bit annoying to do that all the time. Although in many exercises this approach really feels great. I wouldnt have fun doing any sort of pressing movement without this technique for example, it's simply the best. I just learned that I should train to failure and thats what I have been doing all my life as it is burnt into my psyche by now. Not sure what a newcomer would naturally gravitate towards.
  6. There is a certain closeness because it is literally designed to be close to human reasoning. Beside AI being a robot the biggest difference is probably that human minds can have genuinely new insights and have intuition.
  7. @StripedGiraffe oh damn. I have taken relatively small quantities of adhd meds so far. I have the theory that on adhd meds it becomes unnecessary to cope with the adhd affects so I behave more normally and when I am off the meds I am confused because I integrated a more normal behavior which doesnt suit adhd. But it could also be withdrawl symptoms or a combination of both.
  8. Why is he so angry? Yes I partially agree that thinking might play to large of a role in some peoples training. I personally experienced it myself getting lost in concepts. But you notice that and adapt to it and find a balance. Dr. Mike and Jeff Nippard are not advocating to not listen to your body though, they encourage you to listen to your body always and adapt accordingly to the bodies signals. Training very hard with bad form never felt good to me though. That you need to train hardcore (ego lifting) to grow is a thought coming from the ego mind and not a signal of the body. Focusing on the deep stretch and control is what my body tells me is growing my muscles the most.
  9. Pretty much all animals act more impressive instinctively. Birds and fish alike moving in perfect coordination, animals in general moving very elegantly und instinctively doing all kinds of things right. But there is more to intelligence. Nature is more intelligent than human thinking but merely following it isnt super intelligent. But being conscious of nature to such a degree that you can abstract and manipulate it is a meta intelligence. Although it itself doesnt seem as impressive as instinctive behavior on the surface.
  10. As I said, I cant judge the Israel conflict as I haven't followed the news enough. But generally speaking it's not objektive that the evil thing done is objectively evil as well. What skews the judgement of a situation is bias so that is something to be mindful of when making ethical decisions.
  11. Yes. The video about the cleansing is in my playlist but I haven't watched it yet.
  12. I haven't followed the news enough to make an educated comment on that, I was thinking about ethics in general.
  13. But it doesnt negate the good deed either. And sometimes one has few options. So I think there are cases where doing evil things for the greater good are justifiable. Not saying that ethnic cleansing is justifiable though thats probably not a good deal.
  14. Yes. I dont want to take it for granted.
  15. Most guys go on the offensive so the situation that girls approach the guy rarely arise. Most guys are also not super attractive to most girls, there is a small percentage of guys most girls find attractive and if that type is also shy then that creates a worthwhile opportunity for girls to go out of their way and actually approach that guy.
  16. Paradoxically Ellen is also peer pressured to perform. Not that I want to downtalk how bad it is but when your whole life depends on being light hearted maybe at some point you will have a bad day and make a stupid mistake. Sorry to hear about that.
  17. @Something Funny These are like the perfect questions to ask chat gpt: 1. Caffeine Tolerance: Yes, consuming caffeine daily can lead to tolerance. Over time, your body becomes accustomed to it, which means you may not feel the same stimulant effects from the same amount. This is because your brain adapts to regular caffeine intake by altering its neurotransmitter activity, especially with adenosine (the compound responsible for making you feel tired). To avoid tolerance buildup, it can help to take breaks. Some people follow a strategy of skipping caffeine on weekends or taking a few days off per week. Cycling caffeine use or limiting consumption can help maintain its effectiveness without needing higher doses. 2. Preventing Teeth Staining: Caffeine-containing beverages, especially coffee and tea, are known to stain teeth due to their tannins, which attach to enamel. Using a straw can help reduce direct contact between the beverage and your teeth, potentially minimizing staining. Other tips include: Rinsing your mouth with water after drinking coffee or tea. Brushing your teeth around 30 minutes after consuming caffeine to avoid enamel damage (brushing too soon can actually harm your teeth). Using whitening toothpaste or seeking professional teeth whitening treatments can also help. 3. Caffeine and Supplements: Caffeine + L-Theanine: This is a common combination. L-Theanine, found in green tea, helps promote relaxation without drowsiness. Studies show that when combined with caffeine, L-Theanine can improve focus and reduce the jittery side effects of caffeine( Psychology Today ). Caffeine + Lion’s Mane: Lion’s Mane is known for its potential neuroprotective and cognitive-enhancing effects. While there are no significant contraindications, combining caffeine (a stimulant) with Lion’s Mane (which can enhance cognitive function) may lead to enhanced mental clarity. Caffeine + Ashwagandha: Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that can help reduce stress and promote relaxation. There is no direct interference between the two, but caffeine’s stimulating effects may counteract Ashwagandha’s calming effects. However, some people take both together to balance the stimulating and stress-reducing benefits. 4. Caffeine with Microdosing Mushrooms/LSD: Caffeine can be consumed while microdosing, but it is essential to consider its stimulating effects. Microdosing typically enhances sensory perception and mood, and caffeine could amplify feelings of alertness, potentially making the experience more intense. Some users report that combining caffeine with microdosing can help with focus and productivity, but too much caffeine might lead to anxiety or jitters, especially when combined with psychedelics. It's generally recommended to start with a lower caffeine intake when microdosing and observe how your body responds before increasing consumption. In all cases, individual responses can vary, so it's essential to pay attention to how your body reacts to these combinations. 4o
  18. @Keryo Koffa god damn thats hilarious.
  19. That guy is too handsome to make educational content wtf, I didnt understand what he was saying.
  20. @jacknine119 Was it always like that?
  21. Was your doctor any more specific about it? Deadlifting 30 kilograms is a joke whereas curling 30 kilogram would be relatively impressive. So you could do lots of isolation movement if it's about the total load on the body. Lateral raises, biceps curls, flys, reverse flys, triceps extensions, pullovers, leg extensions, leg curls, adductor machine, lunges, single leg calf raises. You basically only miss out on training your spinal erector.
  22. @Miguel1 Do immature girls have problems with your well rounded personality or that you have a feminine side to you?
  23. I cant relate to that but I imagine it must feel intensely overwhelming. Give yourself time to process.
