You just aren't aware of how suffering serves you if you were aware of it you would be thankful to it whenever it came your way. Whenever you suffer it is meant to happen so that you grow stronger and surrender more of your ego to God.

Just try to love yourself and also do some service for the people you love and are dear to you at the same time as best as you can, if you can; it is very meaningful. Don't put pressure on yourself for anything if you don't feel like doing anything don't and if you do feel like doing something do it. You are always heard at least in this forum if not anywhere else if you give us time and space to help you we will for sure not let you down. Sorry for your loss. But you didn't actually lose her though in truth. Talk to her in your alone time. She hears you and you can ask her why and the answer will be given to you. And you'd understand the why and you just have to be sure in your own heart that she's in a good place now not suffering anymore.

You only ever trust to the degree that you can. And if you feel you can trust more than you already are trusting; then you trust more. Trust happens little by little. When you see their actions you develop trust little by little.
