  1. I feel you are not seeing and understanding the infinite nature of god. If you are feeling scared, that is an indication your mind is distorting or misinterpreting the experience. When you get to the truth it will never feel like that.
  2. @Sonny My direct experience of this is so far the opposite of aloneness it would be challenging to find words to articulate it. Perhaps it would help you to explore and contemplate the true nature of god more deeply.
  3. Why would someone sign up to be on a show like Naked and Afraid? Because consciousness, you or god loves to create puzzles to solve and challenges to overcome. Life is a game. You have to learn to not take it all so seriously.
  4. @Gabith In my experience, the more I seek truth, the more I find love. The choice of how deep or shallow you choose to explore it is up to you.
  5. @Alfonsoo As your awareness expands you will have a keener intuition to help you discern truth. I have much less interest in television and films than I had in the past. I can still enjoy it as entertainment though. You can find nuggets of wisdom and truth in mainstream media. I wouldn't try to squeeze a lot of self-actualization value out of it though. Just enjoy it for what it is.
  6. Congratulation's! The universe is interesting in that way. Whatever you focus on and look for, you will find more of.
  7. @Javfly33 There is no should or shouldn't. You can choose to explore anything you wish. But, I would suggest you wanted the richness and diversity of experiences a human life can provide, or you wouldn't have created it.
  8. @Raptorsin7 I don't think there is an end. It seems to be an eternal journey of exploration. My focus recently is more on integrating the insights into day to day life. Yes, I have accessed a lot of memories. What were the main blocks? I would say fear. Once you start to see through the illusion of all your fears, life really starts to transform.
  9. @evolving55555 Try to take naps during the breaks if you can. This helped me not to fall asleep during the meditations. Start to disconnect from using your phone, internet and social media 2 or 3 days before the retreat. This will make the transition easier. Align your sleep schedule to retreat schedule ahead of time. You will be starting very early in the morning. Give yourself a couple days or more after the retreat if are able to intergrade the experience and readjust back into normal life and socializing again. All the best!
  10. @Focus Shift There are endless causes of fatigue. But I will offer some suggestions that were a big help for me. Diet is very important. When I stopped eating meat and processed foods my energy levels increased a lot. Try adding a lot more raw vegetables and fruits to your diet. Getting off caffeine made a big difference too. Try increasing your cardio exercise. If you are interested in supplement's. Look into shilajit or fulvic acid. Very effective at raising energy with none of the side effects of caffeine.
  11. People often misinterpret self love as selfishness. Nurture and take care of yourself first. When you do, you will be a better mother, daughter, sister, partner and friend.
  12. What we think of as physical death is simply a shift of focus of your consciousness. You are currently focusing your consciousness here to explore the game of being a human. There is no god to judge you. Yes, it is always your choice. It takes a very strong intention and focus for you to be here. Think of the analogy of wanting to explore the deepest parts of some of our oceans. That won't happen without a very strong intention and desire to do it.
  13. You have spent eon's in the state you call "enlightenment". You are currently creating a life as a limited human on earth to forget that and experience something different. Now you are creating the journey of discovering it again from a new perspective. A very interesting exploration. But many are quite content to never wake up while here on earth and that experience is just as interesting. Life is an endless journey of creation and exploration.
  14. I had many very profound insights, but the ego mind would always gradually reassert itself. It began to become more sustainable once I was able to discover and let go of my beliefs, viewpoints that were not based in love. It is a challenging process at times. But the more consistently I was able to do this, my life began to transform in the most amazing ways.
  15. Surfing is an excellent Metaphor. The universe or god is in a co creative dance with itself as you. Surrendering is about learning to trust and align your will with that. You want to learn to align your mind with god. How do you do that? Well as has already been suggested, you need to investigate and scrutinize the beliefs and assumptions you are holding. Another effective way is to start cultivating more appreciation and love for yourself and the world. With practice you will learn to intuitively feel when you are there and when you are not. You will also start to see that most of the fears you are holding onto are illusions the ego mind is generating. Don't stress about all of this too much. Spend some time investigating what excites you in life too. Start to explore that. More joy is available here and now for you. Look for it and you will find it.
  16. @TrippyMindSubstance You should always follow your intuition. You may be missing the constructive power of thoughts though. Imagination or thoughts is what creates reality. There are many profound insights you can have right here right now. You can certainly find contentment in the present moment. That is actually the best place to start from. But if you are looking to construct a new reality for yourself, I haven't seen that accomplished without changing your dominant beliefs and thoughts. It doesn't need to take years. You will often see changes in a few weeks, sometimes days. I have felt the frustration you are feeling and wanted to share what I have discovered that has worked for me.
  17. @TrippyMindSubstance I understand your frustration. I have had similar feelings at certain points in my life. You are far from powerless. But you can use your power to create the experience of feeling powerless. The ego "you" and god are not separate. That is an illusion you are creating to have a unique experience. If you desire to have more control over creating your day to day reality. You will need to deconstruct all of the beliefs that you have accepted as truth and change them to empowering beliefs that reflect the life you want to create for yourself. It will take discipline and focus but the benefits are immense if you are willing to do the work.
  18. There is a lot of truth in The Law of One. But as with any spiritual philosophy, the information is being filtered through the lens of the teacher. This will always corrupt and distort the teachings to varying degree's. Developing your own very acute intuition will help you discern the truth in all areas you are seeking to gain more knowledge and understanding.
  19. @Gianna Don't lose sight that you created the limited Gianna self. Otherwise you wouldn't be here. So fully enjoy the diversity of experiences you can have with her.
  20. @r0ckyreed It is extremely challenging for our limited human mind to comprehend something that is infinite. How could something be an infinite many and also be one? That doesn't seem possible. Again, the challenge of trying understand something through the filter of a very limited human mind. The only way to know the truth for yourself is through your own direct experience. Anyone you ask can only share their beliefs. Which may or may not be accurate.
  21. @Terell Kirby Yes, it is a loop. Eventually, you will realize that you were always "enlightened" and choosing to forget. To play a game of discovery and expansion.
  22. The only reason you are feeling regret is because you are viewing it as losing something. You could just as easily view it as a blessing. The situation is neutral. You are the one determining what the meaning is. Change the meaning and you will change the outcome.
  23. @Kamo I would recommend you also work on cultivating your own intuition and inner knowing. While there can be some value or benefit derived from seeking opinions from others. Ultimately, all they can offer is their perspective. Their perspective may contain truth, or some degree of truth. But often their beliefs are a distortion of the truth. How will you discern? At a certain point in my journey of exploring and investigating, I realized no teacher or person could give me the answers. I had to discover the truth within myself. You have all the answers within you. Learn to trust that.
  24. @Kamo That is true. I had an insatiable desire since I was a child to understand, god, consciousness and the universe. I have spent much of my time the last 16 years deeply contemplating and researching these concepts. Any opinions I would share are based on my direct experience, not reading and repeating information from others. As your awareness greatly expands you will realize much of the information you have read or been taught is full of distorted concepts and belief's. When I have time I will message you and share more of my experience and understanding of god.
