  1. @Vision I mostly eat a Pescatarian diet. Once I stopped eating red meat, dairy and processed foods I felt a lot better. My mood and energy levels improved. Eating more raw foods helps my energy too. You have to experiment with different diets. Everyone is different. Test a variety of foods and diets out. Your body will always tell you. Pay attention to how you feel after you eat certain foods. You can dramatically improve the way you feel mentally and physically by changing your diet. It's is vital to feeling your best.
  2. @ivankiss Many of my friends over the years have dropped very subtle clues that they were down to have sex. All of them supposedly straight too. It never bothered me. I saw it as a compliment. They were never aggressive about it though. What was more surprising to me was how many guys are bisexual. I think it is a lot more common than most people think.
  3. @Jacob Morres I agree!
  4. @Flowerfaeiry Kindness and compassion are very attractive to me. I always notice how a woman treats other people. Confidence without arrogance is sexy. And if she loves to cook she will have my heart.
  5. @Thought Art You're welcome! I admire your courage to share your personal journey in such a public way.
  6. @Thought Art If you are not familiar with Master Mingtong Gu, look him up when you have time.
  7. @Thought Art You articulated very well what many people are experiencing. People need to stop looking to external sources for wisdom and guidance. Far too often people are still giving their power away to other people. What many people are lacking is the ability to discern truth from nonsense. Develop spiritual practices and find the truth for yourself. This is why spiritual practice's are vital. They will help you cultivate your own intuition and inner knowing. Without this you are like a leaf blowing in the wind of whatever current beliefs are circulating.
  8. @Gianna Very true. Try to remember this is all just a game. Often we get so immersed in it and everything feels so serious. Also, try reflecting on times in the past when you had fear or resistance about something and once you let it go, everything worked out fine.
  9. @Gianna I don't see resistance as a negative thing. It is essential to this unique experience of linear expansion we are exploring. In a similar way to how we impose limitations on ourselves to have something to overcome. It adds a lot more variety to this game. If there was no resistance, we couldn't have the experience of releasing and transcending it.
  10. @Someone here It can certainly feel that way when we are viewing life through our very limited finite ego mind. We feel very differently though before we choose to create a human life to explore. We know we are immortal and eternal and have a desire to explore a diverse variety of experiences. You know you are unlimited and immortal, so you create limitations to have the journey of overcoming them. God is endlessly curious and creative. You will be creating puzzle's to solve, games to play and challenges to overcome forever.
  11. @Holygrail Resistance is an essential element in the creation of the experience the universe or god is exploring. Imagine if there was no contrast on your television. It would just be a white screen. The contrast is what creates the rich depth of images. Resistance creates a great diversity and depth of unique experiences.
  12. @wildflower Because of the infinite nature of God this is an extremely challenging concept for our human minds to grasp. Even with direct experience of it, it is very easy for the mind to distort or misinterpret the experience. God is one whole and an infinite many at the same time. It's a paradox. This means you can have the experience of becoming God and so can everyone else on the planet. As each person has the experience of becoming God, it will always be from their unique perspective. You are God, but so is everyone else. Study Nassim Haramein's work. This will help give you some additional insight.
  13. @HereToLearn I second the suggestion for Dr Joe Dispenza's work. When something is so dominant and present in your experience it is more challenging to overcome, but you can. Many people have. It requires more focus and discipline though. Dr Joe has helped many overcome chronic and terminal conditions.
  14. @Vynce I have explored this in depth. While what people experience after what we call physical death will vary for the individual. Most will find themselves in a reality very similar to the world they just left. You will have to "Die" many more times to reach what is commonly called the Godhead. There are infinite worlds to create and explore. The choice is yours. A common theme many are exploring is the process of linear expansion of awareness or consciousness.
  15. Finding high consciousness resources can be challenging. Much of what is out there contains some truth mixed with many falsehoods. In my opinion David R Hawkins is one of the few exceptions. He is not as widely known as many other teachers because his work is fairly advanced, so it doesn't resonate with many people. I had the opportunity to attend some of his workshops before he passed away. Just being in his presence would elevate your energy. When I would get back to my room to sleep, my whole body would be buzzing and I had very intense dreams. I feel he was one of the most enlightened individuals publicly known to walk the earth in recent times. Highly recommend his work.
  16. @Daniel347 I have found my dreams to be very insightful. I keep a journal by my bed and often write them down. They can offer insight into limiting beliefs you may have about yourself or the world you are not conscious of. Dreams can communicate health issues in your body you are not aware of. I find them valuable in many ways. Look into the work of Carl Jung. You might find it interesting.
  17. @Zigzag Idiot Yes, I am very grateful to have been able to spend time with him before he left this world. I still revisit his teachings and continue to discover deeper understanding.
  18. @Gianna All of us have dominant states of being. What are the emotional states you most often find yourself occupying? What are your frequent habitual moods? This is important to monitor. Every state we occupy is creating. You want as much as possible occupy a state that matches what you want to experience in your life. Lets use the example of a romantic partner since that is a very common desire. Someone is desiring to be in a loving, supportive, harmonious relationship. But if they are often in a state of feeling lonely, unloved or unsupported, that is not in alignment with having a loving supportive partner. Does that make sense?
  19. @Roy Yes, I have had the same experience many times. As my awareness expands I am able to derive more enjoyment and pleasure from everything in life. I also find deeper and deeper meaning that I didn't perceive before. It is a fascinating experience.
  20. @Gili Trawangan You are your point of attraction. You can't separate your internal reality from the external. The separation is an illusion.
  21. @Gianna I have experienced this many times. It is an ongoing process. I know I have shifted by a couple things. My emotional reactions to circumstances that present themselves. When my reaction is different from the old pattern, I know I have shifted. Also by observing the dominate state I find myself in. We all have habitual states we are in. When your habitual dominant state changes, what shows up in your life starts to change.
  22. @Gianna Hmm. Have you ever tried keeping a food journal? There are so many things we consume that can affect our mood. For instance dairy depresses my mood for some reason. I have found keeping a journal very helpful at identifying what is affecting me.
  23. @Gianna Coffee affects the neurotransmitters in the brain. Initially my mood declined some, but after a few weeks I felt better than when I was drinking it regularly. You need to give your body time to detox from it. Did you try stopping for a few weeks?
  24. @AdamR95 Bingo! Excellent insight! Consciousness or god wants to explore it all. Thank you for sharing!
