Matthew85 replied to Wilhelm44's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Wilhelm44 This is something I have contemplated often as well. In the absolute sense you could say you contain and know it all. So, yes the evolution refers to the relative. In a sense we seem to limit our awareness to have the experience of discovery and evolution from a new point of view. -
Matthew85 replied to Stovo's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Stovo Infinite universes exist. Why are you not currently aware of them? You are choosing to limit your awareness to have the unique experience of being a finite limited human. Consciousness is not bound by the laws of physics, so if you are interested in exploring other universes you can. -
Matthew85 replied to gettoefl's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@gettoefl Another helpful practice is to observe things without labeling or judging them. It can be a very profound experience. This is why babies and toddlers are in a state of wonderment as they perceive the world. They haven't been conditioned to instantly label and judge everything they see. Start with nature and animals, just observe without labeling. -

@Leo Gura Leo, have you explored in depth the process of how we are imaging our reality? This is something that I have been deeply interested in a long time. It's a lot of fun once you realize reality is very malleable. Can you share any insights or information you have discovered? The process is happening unconsciously on auto pilot most of the time. If we had a better understanding of the mechanics of it, people could have more conscious control over shaping their reality. This would be an excellent topic for a video on your channel or blog. -
@Albert Roiterstein Welcome Albert. I don't have a strategy for making friends. What has worked best for me is pursuing my passions and interests and friendships naturally unfolded. It can be more challenging to develop friendships locally with people interested in Self-Actualization because that isn't something the majority of people are interested in. Look to see if there are any spiritual groups or retreats in your area. Perhaps a Kabbalah group. You may find some like minded people there.

Matthew85 replied to spiritual memes's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@spiritual memes In my experience false beliefs and trauma that we hold has an energetic structure to it. Just ignoring them or choosing a new thought will not solve the issues you are having. The energy needs to be released or transmuted. Look into The Emotion Code and The Body Code by Dr Bradley Nelson. They have practitioners in most areas you can work with. It is a highly effective therapy. Profound changes often occur in one session. -
Matthew85 replied to funkychunkymonkey's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@funkychunkymonkey Something else that will benefit you is to work on letting go of the need for others to understand and accept your goals and ambitions. This can be challenging because we are heavily conditioned to seek approval and acceptance outside ourselves. -
Matthew85 replied to funkychunkymonkey's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Realizing that all explorations are equally valid. Even the exploration of what people label as "unconscious". Also, find your tribe. Spend time with like minded people who are also curious and seeking knowledge and truth. -
@Waves Excellent list! Health is primary for me followed by seeking and integrating truth.

@actualizing25 For myself letting go of biases that kept me from feeling and expressing love have been the most transformative. -
@charlie cho Thank you for sharing this. Using a sauna has many health benefits. Very beneficial in detoxification of the body.

@Vision I mostly eat a Pescatarian diet. Once I stopped eating red meat, dairy and processed foods I felt a lot better. My mood and energy levels improved. Eating more raw foods helps my energy too. You have to experiment with different diets. Everyone is different. Test a variety of foods and diets out. Your body will always tell you. Pay attention to how you feel after you eat certain foods. You can dramatically improve the way you feel mentally and physically by changing your diet. It's is vital to feeling your best.

@Jacob Morres I agree!

@Flowerfaeiry Kindness and compassion are very attractive to me. I always notice how a woman treats other people. Confidence without arrogance is sexy. And if she loves to cook she will have my heart.

@Thought Art You're welcome! I admire your courage to share your personal journey in such a public way. -

@Thought Art If you are not familiar with Master Mingtong Gu, look him up when you have time. -
Matthew85 replied to Thought Art's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Thought Art You articulated very well what many people are experiencing. People need to stop looking to external sources for wisdom and guidance. Far too often people are still giving their power away to other people. What many people are lacking is the ability to discern truth from nonsense. Develop spiritual practices and find the truth for yourself. This is why spiritual practice's are vital. They will help you cultivate your own intuition and inner knowing. Without this you are like a leaf blowing in the wind of whatever current beliefs are circulating. -
Matthew85 replied to Holygrail's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Gianna Very true. Try to remember this is all just a game. Often we get so immersed in it and everything feels so serious. Also, try reflecting on times in the past when you had fear or resistance about something and once you let it go, everything worked out fine. -
Matthew85 replied to Holygrail's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Gianna I don't see resistance as a negative thing. It is essential to this unique experience of linear expansion we are exploring. In a similar way to how we impose limitations on ourselves to have something to overcome. It adds a lot more variety to this game. If there was no resistance, we couldn't have the experience of releasing and transcending it. -
Matthew85 replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Someone here It can certainly feel that way when we are viewing life through our very limited finite ego mind. We feel very differently though before we choose to create a human life to explore. We know we are immortal and eternal and have a desire to explore a diverse variety of experiences. You know you are unlimited and immortal, so you create limitations to have the journey of overcoming them. God is endlessly curious and creative. You will be creating puzzle's to solve, games to play and challenges to overcome forever. -
Matthew85 replied to Holygrail's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Holygrail Resistance is an essential element in the creation of the experience the universe or god is exploring. Imagine if there was no contrast on your television. It would just be a white screen. The contrast is what creates the rich depth of images. Resistance creates a great diversity and depth of unique experiences. -
Matthew85 replied to wildflower's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@wildflower Because of the infinite nature of God this is an extremely challenging concept for our human minds to grasp. Even with direct experience of it, it is very easy for the mind to distort or misinterpret the experience. God is one whole and an infinite many at the same time. It's a paradox. This means you can have the experience of becoming God and so can everyone else on the planet. As each person has the experience of becoming God, it will always be from their unique perspective. You are God, but so is everyone else. Study Nassim Haramein's work. This will help give you some additional insight. -
Matthew85 replied to HereToLearn's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@HereToLearn I second the suggestion for Dr Joe Dispenza's work. When something is so dominant and present in your experience it is more challenging to overcome, but you can. Many people have. It requires more focus and discipline though. Dr Joe has helped many overcome chronic and terminal conditions. -
Matthew85 replied to Vynce's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Vynce I have explored this in depth. While what people experience after what we call physical death will vary for the individual. Most will find themselves in a reality very similar to the world they just left. You will have to "Die" many more times to reach what is commonly called the Godhead. There are infinite worlds to create and explore. The choice is yours. A common theme many are exploring is the process of linear expansion of awareness or consciousness. -
Finding high consciousness resources can be challenging. Much of what is out there contains some truth mixed with many falsehoods. In my opinion David R Hawkins is one of the few exceptions. He is not as widely known as many other teachers because his work is fairly advanced, so it doesn't resonate with many people. I had the opportunity to attend some of his workshops before he passed away. Just being in his presence would elevate your energy. When I would get back to my room to sleep, my whole body would be buzzing and I had very intense dreams. I feel he was one of the most enlightened individuals publicly known to walk the earth in recent times. Highly recommend his work.
