  1. @Galyna I appreciate you sharing your perspective and experiences. Hmm...not sure how you came to this understanding. Consciousness or God at all levels even the highest has inherent qualities. I agree, but I would say to become it's true authentic self. I don't agree it has no qualities.
  2. @Batman I don't see how it would be possible to function in this human experience without beliefs.
  3. @Breakingthewall I get what you are saying. What I mean by not wanting to adopt a deluded belief is some belief's are more true than others in a relative sense to our human experience. For example, you could adopt some strange conspiracy beliefs about the world or some religious dogma that has a big impact on your experience of life. But these belief's are based on falsehoods.
  4. @Galyna It doesn't feel right to me to call it nothing. I appreciate your messages, but many aspects of Neo-Advaita non-duality teachings have never resonated with me. Yes, in a sense consciousness is made of nothing, but that nothing is something.
  5. @Breakingthewall Thank you! You don't feel there are some truths that are universal truths.
  6. @Galyna If there is no I, what do you call the always present awareness that is experiencing?
  7. @Leo Gura How would you define the Leo personality mind? As infinite and absolute imagining it is limited and finite?
  8. @Razard86 Well, since separation is an illusion, you could argue that it did. Haha It certainly seems to be involved in what shows up. I have had too many mind blowing very specific desires show up in my experience to be coincidence. Whether I as Matthew created them or impressed my higher mind and it did it, I'm not sure, but I know I was part of the process.
  9. @Leo Gura Where I didn't agree with the speaker was they believed their finite mind was creating all "others" To me the Matthew persona is also a creation in my dream. Leo, an updated video on ego/self from your current level of awareness would be helpful and clear up some confusion about no self.
  10. So true Leo. It makes getting to the truth challenging. I am open to this being the truth. There very well could be nothing outside my life, but I still feel it isn't completely accurate to say my Matthew mind is imagining my entire universe as was discussed at this event. I think I have a fear of adopting a deluded belief Leo.
  11. @Benton I speculate it is the holographic nature of consciousness that leads to these experiences. So any experience a fragment of consciousness has is accessible to all other fragments and would be indistinguishable from your own experience.
  12. @Razard86 So true. It's pretty magical how the universe always responds to focused intentions. What felt off and incomplete was saying that my finite Matthew mind was imagining my entire universe.
  13. @Benton Interesting. Thank you! I have never worked with yantra's.
  14. What do you feel is happening when someone awakens and feels their ego mind is all that exists? Do they need deeper awakening's? My deepest desire is truth, not adopting a deluded belief. Some may say it's unknowable, but I feel it is.
  15. @The0Self They seem to be saying their personality mind was all that exists and was projecting their entire experience. While I have many experiences of my Matthew personality projecting my desires and having them show up in this waking dream I call my life, thinking that my ego mind is all that exists and is creating the entire world feels somewhat deluded and incomplete to me.
  16. @Michael Jackson But couldn't this be called self? It's just a much more expansive self.
  17. @michaelcycle00 I asked about this during the q and a. They basically said they are all that exists and I am a projection of their mind and I am all that exists interacting with a projection of my mind when I perceive I am interacting with them. It's a paradox.
  18. @Leo Gura Where some seem to get confused is in feeling their ego mind is imagining all other minds.
  19. I like this. To me ego feels like a lens or filter that limits or contracts our expansiveness.
  20. @Michael Jackson What is your definition of illusion? What do you call the awareness that is you and always present? My deepest awakenings felt closer to all self than no self.
  21. @Godishere There seems to be a lot of confusion around the topic of ego/self. I guess it depends on how you are defining self. You can't extinguish the self as your awareness. Even at the level of God the awareness that is you is still present.
  22. @The0Self Thanks!. This was helpful. The part of this I have trouble with is there are levels of mind that are creating my experience of reality I have no awareness of as Matthew. How do I let go of something I have no conscious awareness of? Not sure what you are suggesting here. Can you clarify?
