i think first of all: anti vaxxers and former anti vaxxers donˋt have a say in it. my body my right is def one argument which stretches out ones body or mind into a nine month challenge of survival with a probable death in the finals. -

difficult to get to that point. it`s really a bit too much asked to stay away of every feedback loop you encounter. social contacts is not really an addiction, getting attention and being liked is not an addiction but a basic need, also finding food you enjoy is not an addiction if you are keeping a healthy balance, what is the alternative? no food?. i certainly would have to move to a place where mangogogos and avocados grow if i would want to satisfy my addictions. so it is really tough to stay away from what is addictive. stay away from toxicity though. sometimes it`s about the not doing stuff more than about the doing but you can`t replace all toxic stuff with not doing, because that is also toxic.

i`m not sure if i ever experienced something like that - maybe for women that kind of stuff goes as an offer to psyche directly in all confusing ways. i only sleped next to women, never with another woman, i cant entirely say i never made love to one.

yes, i can relate. hope you can find some rest inbetween the stress. can relate because i get into really challenging situations lately and just don`t know how to make an appointment with a therapist first. because of covid it will be very difficult to get any, most don`t have free appointments. the encounters i have are not physically that challenging more psychologically tough to handle. if there wasn`t psychological harm we would probably only talk about the weather all day. but all we talk about is in some sense psychology, so own stuff mixes with the stuff others process - therapists at least have supervision. i`m really happy it was not more severe for you! hope you are well soon!

@Ananta that`s some crazy encounter. that person seems to have lost it completely. it`s so good you are not physically harmed. probably you will have to work on a lot of stuff - especially try to sit in a car as soon as the first shock is over. start driving again as soon as possible! so much follow up work, too. car, police, maybe a bit of therapy. can you find someone who does some of the more difficult stuff for you or accompanies you with it? if you are under acute stress, it`s difficult to relax and handle problems at the same time. maybe try to make a priority list what is important to do next, take time off work if you haven`t already and try to sleep more than generally, if you can`t sleep for a long period of time, try to sleep some during the day, first of all your body and mind needs acute a lot of rest to coap with the stress hormone release. if it`s not getting better after sleeping you might need to talk to a physician again, do a follow up check! also maybe find someone to hug you - maybe call one of your fellow nurses, they probably understand, get support by the ones you support. much love, hope you are better soon!

@Javfly33 can`t you self-actualize on your job? i mean what is going to work if not the self - so your life is pointing out to you already the problematic, to optimize the situation you are in at this speciffic moment. why is self actualization only about focusing on what you want and not about the skills which you need to make your situation better? somehow if we are in a mode where everything is running the way we want it to be it`s easy to forget how we created it that way - and the moment we face difficulties it is easy to forget that we can focus on what the situation is pointing towards. although figuring out what is the most important aspect to work on is sometimes the blind spot. in your case it sounds like you must overcome anxiety especially regarding your job. home and past seems always to have been better when you have the distance to it. it`s an illusion trying to avoid what the now is demanding and where it originally was constructed. i used to focus on fear based mechanisms and tried to replace them with positive habits when i was starting out with spirituality - before i got distracted by all this deeper knowledge shit. truth is, without balance you can`t walk a tightrope. ofc fear has a function walking a tightrope and so has security/self esteem.

if it is possible for you, there are rehab programs for game addicts. it`s a serious addiction, it`s like with weed, people don`t see weed as addictive so everyone tries to make sugar of it, if you are aware that sugar is addictive/toxic, you can maybe get an idea about how you are addicted to games. if you are burned out or depressed your gratification system is demanding, self esteem low, it`s best to surround yourself with people who are really kind to you. i guess actualized org is also in some sense running like a game, even though the topics are not game topics. self actualization in itself can become an addiction, the need to help can be an addiction, and spirituality can become an addiction, some people might even not be true with their personality and play t/rolls. you could even develop games which help against game addiction (to make it less severe like stroop effect games). practically you could do: play some stroop effect games get all game related hardwear out of your home - have a place outside of home for work.(be careful about starting to be a home denier in both scenarios) work specifically on habits which make you more connected to the physical world

@Nahm yes it it is not only the idea i also realize more people than ever want to earn money through intelectual jobs instead of manual labor work. almost no one wants to get their hands dirty anymore. for this i really, really, really like you. lol

if you read that book do it on paper - you won`t get anything positive out of it having to do it for others to read. really respect this as a sanctuary a bit, for yourself. i don`t want to hurt your feelings, but you are def not understanding what it is about. i`m trying to keep you from doing mistakes i made in the past.

@EternalForest yes and how you need a journal/BOOK! best would be if you would have some kind of idea about how journaling works best for you. there are different kinds of journaling, not everyone journals the same way and there are different styles for different occasions. decide on something which doesn`t distract you optically, too much. -
that`s maybe not the best idea ever. it would maybe help to find someone in the design/marketing field to get the project rolling. i over and over experience again that only some people in selfactualization are skilled enough to really rock the essential design aspects for their businesses. with the diy market unfortunately people overestimate themselves sometimes in the art and design field and unfortunately starve out the art and design businesses. what you would want is a mix of learning and working together with someone who knows the art/design field. so alone coffee at the beach is really a killer idea - for your business. you don`t only starve the art/design field you also starve yourself with the all self approach. it`s a loose loose not a win win.

what if some bacteria really encapsulate like little egos in your guts and start replicating the moment they get feeded again - what if starving them out is practically impossible? there are antibiotics which tackle exactly on replication, so maybe it depends on the strain. you also need to know how your antibiotics work. its about bacterial selfishness, i don’t want to humanize them - survival is a basic principle. humanification a human principle.

the fear, not the spiders. you could sit down and watch them, first. i‘m sometimes not sure what kind of konfrontation might be the better one, simply meditating with eyes closed might make the fear grow. phantasy is a trickster sometimes. so if you are afraid of spiders it might be interesting to go to a zoo or other place where you can see the bigger ones behind glas and start confronting yourself with your fears and then afterwards meditate on the experience. after a while it might be possible to take one of the smaller ones in one of your hands. this would be more of a project then, to get over with the fear for good. if you don’t want to go out of your way, you could also try to watch one of the spiders in the cemetery from a safe distance for a while and then meditate on that. you could set yourself a goal in time frames distances of watching and expanding time frames of meditation for every time you are meditating. places with more sun exposure are often less visited by spiders, so maybe you do sun meditation in the beginning.
