I was trying to mention, love the working as the weekends. Imo, trying to stop is much difficult but loving every situation is must easier. Thats what worked on me.

stop everything including thought process for a few moments try to sit still and just be, now try to find the ego! Hi. You are right. However, what I mentioned is completely dissolving the ego. Not for a second. Of course if you can do that you can never find the so called ego, every moment, i am happy for you. ?

“silence is the language of god, all else is poor translation.” Rumi when you hear silence speaks to you without voice or words , thats when you will get it. Definitely. No one needs a teacher, silence and darkness are enough.

The money you should put on something, which is for you, give them to people who really needs help others. Long sitting is must, start with 30 minutes go up to 3-4 hours every day, if you can. Do not miss any day for meditation. Do your meditation in darkness and silence. Just be aware of the thoughts, do not attached with them. For instance thought of i am bored, dont take it as it is you, watch that thought. Surrender and accept everything that you are facing during the day, watch those thoughts too. Which is the active meditation. When you have adhd slow down, slow yourself. Do it everything in slow motion. While you doing that watch the thoughts again, do not attach with them.

Lol. Thats why all buddha, jesus, muhammed, vsvs was saying only absolute is real, however they were still helping the people. Check the 10 zen circle of enlightenment. Stay in darkness and silence for 1 month. If you dont get bored, which will make you crazy or face with death if you can stay calm than you font suffer. Good luck to you. Peace out.

See. This is what i am talking about, i can not get enlightened when I drops enlightenment happens. Really why do i wanna help people let them suffer. As easy to you are already suffering in your own desires and expectations. If i lie to you the way that your expectations will be full filled you will think that i am a good teacher. However people don’t want to hear the TRUTH. Thats why many of you have no idea what the truth is. It is unfortunate however inevitable.

Therefore entire so called duality collapses, which mean is you, and everything you have learned, experienced, felt vsvs was never there and never happened. What is solipsism? Just a thought not even. Something you have learned, by so called humans. Thought, thinking process. When you sleep is there any world independently of you? Is there any you? This all stories are still learned from others, if you never learn anything including yourself, what would happen? There is no me nor you. Now is before so called birth. Birth happened with learning, death happens when the realization happens that learning is just an illusion. So forget everything you have learned, what is left?

There is no such a thing as explanation. Because there is no such a thing as you or i. I and you are just a so called thoughts and learned. If you never learn yourself or your birth can you be born or have body? Or you have no body now, you think you do have thats the reason why you have? By the way, you are on right track with questioning language, experience, knowledges and feelings, which are the most effective way for enlightenment. how can you trust something that you learned by so called human? How do they know the truth?

Love is the final step in or purpose/reason of duality. But not enlightenment or Truth. Because, Still an illusion.
