  1. @Osaid Ah yes.. So many Awakenings waiting to be discovered
  2. Who could have thought.. Are you trying to make me laugh or cry with this, lol!
  3. @An young being And yet, alot of people here boil down concepts and ideas to just that. And think that they said something profound. If someone here says that everything is God, then I just assume that they themselves are quite clueless, which is fine. But maybe the "Everything is God" crowd need their own section here where they can repeat similar conclusions to each other over and over again.
  4. @Yousif Why are you posting on a forum if your only interested in posting a over used script? The same thing could be done by doing a blogg post and call it a day. Everything is God, the end.
  5. @Yousif I know I know. Not only that. Everything is God, as we may repeat an infinite amount of time to any post or question that may arise. Did you know that God is God? And that God is all there is? See, I clearly know everything by saying these lines to anything that deviates from the most popular script here.
  6. @Princess Arabia The only problem with what can be called obvious, is that we tend to fall asleep when we dont need to pay any close attention to it anymore. That is how dreams can be dreams. In a dream we may think. This is real, it's so obvious. That is the key difference between regular dreams and lucid dreams. I have thought to myself many times in dreams, this can't be a dream it is so obviously real.. Until I dubble check myself with a reality check and becomes baffled that I am actually in a dream.
  7. @Princess Arabia Haha dont you dare to assume that I did not think of that when I created this profile;) I assume myself to be sound asleep until, or if it becomes obvious that I ain't. To many people love to say how awake they are, but little of that shows in the way they speak or behave. That is the average of the so called awakened human.
  8. Calling your self and everything around you God, is about as enlightening as a scientist telling you that everything is atoms over and over again. "Honey whats for dinner tonight?" "It will be atoms as usual my dear" "Dang it, atoms tonight again!? We had that yesterday.." Oh well, maybe there will be something else tomorrow".
  9. If the conclusion of solipsism is that "other people are me". Then what you got, is that you are being stuck in circular reasoning. By equating two opposites to refering to the other opposite. This nullify the meaning in language. And maintaining the duality of mind by reinforcement of opposites. Here is how circular reasoning looks like. "Others = me = others = me = others = me = others = me = others = me=". To infinity and beyond... And in between, you will have countless of repetitive explanations on why this must be the the way that this circular reasoning goes on. A explanation typically need it's own legg to stand on, in order to take a stance. And that is not what circular reasoning/explanations do. Osaid basically already nailed it. But my basic take on solipsism, is that is about the understanding that you alone put together in your mind. So all relationships that forms, forms in you alone. Despite the outside influences that you may have to take in account for.
  10. @Leo Gura You should definitely get a painting of your balls and hang it in your living room.
  11. @Dez Haha indeed. Maybe this one is better to be kept in the dark.
  12. Ugly, but full of potential life?
  13. Reflecting on why you want or what you want to communicate is always a good start if you want to be mindful about it. It is likely that there may be a variety of both conscious and unconscious reasons to why we choose to communicate or not, and both of those choices can be learned from. Analogies and metaphors are good for non-descriptive language like experiences, feelings etc. It makes communication less robotic and stale in comparison with a story. Since spirituality is about the spirit that dwells within the body, it may lack precise definition points, but not in movement. And if we are moved, we tend to act. So what moves you?
  14. The potential to learn with AI could be great, but the possibility to cheat with AI is even greater. It will come down to the choice of the individual wheter they truly want to understand something and get rewarded for it. Or cut the corners and get rewarded with little to no effort to understand. AI can be said to be a tool for learning but in reality, AI is more of a result machine. It does the critical parts for you in most cases. For AI to be a learning tool, it needs to be programed to inform/guide/question the student. Not just serve all answers on a silver plate and leave the student with the two options of either try to learn something or exploit the curent education systems.
  15. What would development be without an experienced obstacle?
  16. We cannot think ourselves to love, but we love to think about it.
  17. To keep yourself alive means that you can pay more taxes in the long run, so temporary avoidance of taxes in this case would be a win-win for both the individual and the state
  18. There is meditation/contemplation. And then there is thinking about meditation/contemplation. Meditation/contemplation can't really be explained as it is beyond of what it's being described as. While the second is merely descriptions that is open for interpretation and judgment. (more mind stuff) The world or thoughts is full of dubble-binds, but you can only pay attention to one thing at the time.
  19. @integral you seem to put alot of emphasis on comprehension. And about that, I would say that comprehension is the inherit understanding in relation between matter and being. A example of comprehension between matter and being is your reaction to danger. You may feel something sharp or very hot and pull yourself away before you intellectually have comprehended what you felt. This means that being in relation with matter, understand and comprehend energy(form) on a more subtle level than the intellect does. So intellectual comprehension is merely the experiencial residues, resulting in a meta comprehension as a result of direct experience through being. Hope that makes sense.
  20. True! As men, we need to pay more attention to how our feelings are our own responsibility, and not blame others of how we may feel, if we get angry at times.
  21. The moment you pay attention to any knowing, regardless how that knowing arise. That is the moment you shift from observing to thinking about what you see. We may value knowledge to such a degree that it can become a form of addiction to "know" something. Observing is boundless. Knowledge is putting limits to the boundless.
