Some whites have a self bias. I am not surprised. This is true in every democracy. Anyone that had talent and hardwork can still "make it" ,with a pinch of luck of course without having to face these imaginary political barriers. People across the world has far more issues to deal with in terms of upward mobility. There are also people who are depressed because "climate change" is going to kill their opportunities in future. If you believe it, it will become true to you. Same with the narrative that you need to be born a specific colour to get upward mobility else you are fucked. For young talented people it's more worthwhile to spend your energy on personal success rather tha whining about social justice, which is filled with tons of fallacies and mistakes of their own, which they never admit. -
I am not talking about the unreachable physical boundary of the universe, as in astrophysics. By universe I mean you. @Someone here You cannot access the phone which I use to type this message. I can't access your device either. You cannot ever experience my pov even a little bit. Because we are both sovereign Gods in our own universe. Which is why I think there will always some things you cannot access because they are outside your universe. Because the other God won't tolerate violating his integrity. So his universe will always remain inaccessible to you. It is possible due to perfect disconnection. THings exist perfectly outside of your universe.

Pretty sure it is. Maybe Jewish Americans are on top( as seen in other sources) which still dosen't disprove my point. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ethnic_groups_in_the_United_States_by_household_income You don't need to be white straight male to become wealthy as the woke media wants you to believe because facts say otherwise. We need progressive policies. That won't eliminate inequality completely. Just that government might save your ass if things go south. But again life is no fun if government does everything for you. And plenty of people had it difficult than you and less opportunities than you who "made it". Plus equality of opportunities won't guarantee anything. We will still have inequality if outcomes, which will further fuel inequality of opportunities like a cycle. -

You can easily delude yourself with any media narrative as you wish. White christian Americans are not even the most privileged group in the US. I think we all see what we want to see and listen to what we want to hear. What kind of support structure are you hoping for? US already has some pretty good infrastructure. Well we all like to look at people who have more opportunities than us. Reality will never be equal never has been and never will be. So you might as well stop making it a huge issue. My larger point was that billions of people from Africa/China/Russia/India/South America would love to be born in the US. We are all looking to someone who had it better than us. This dosen't invalidate my initial point that being born in the US gives you more opportunities than other parts of the world which looks even more pathetic and hopeless. You are already born into the top 90% crying that you are not a part of the top 95%. -
The same applies to crying men. Women naturally love strength in men and Crying shows weakness. Isn't it possible that you this is what you naturally find attractive rather than something baked into your head by society?

Bruh. US is still orders of magnitude better than >=90% of the planet. It's one of the easiest places to build wealth any time of the year. You will squander all the opportunities if you give in to this stupid media narrative. Also your personal life isn't affected by "growing authoritariansm". The local minima that the world is going through will only last a few years into the future, not decades. -
I don't think so. There can be an outside, but you simply cannot access it. This is the only way multiple sovereign beings could exist. You cannot interfere with my integrity because my universe isn't accessible to you. My universe is outside of yours and Absolutely disconnected from yours. I am the only sovereign being here. Same for you.

I dunno. A used car has probably less value than a new one due to obvious reasons. I appreciate your effort to be more conscious in your consumption, but I don't think it's really going to work. As more people use something, then those people leave a certain portion of their memory on that object. It makes it rich as you have mentioned, in the case of historical objects. But the flip side is also true, in that it also has negative memory and bad karma associated with it. You can instantly feel when you are in a place that was once filled with people, compared to a place in which no one lived. This memory left by other people will interfere with the memory you have in your own body and cause subtle problems. So I don't think it's a superb idea, we must be more focused on creating an abundance. But this is still a viable thing, in the mean time. It's better that someone benifits from it instead of wasting it. -

Lmao ? I will answer insufficient information or ambiguous information. -
If she loves you, then I think you are good to go. If she likes kids and is feminine then you have won the lottery. You don't want her to be a copy of you. After all it's impossible to deeply connect spiritually with anyone at all let alone your spouse. (Atleast not in a level that satisfies me, maybe I am wrong)

How will you answer if she asks what is a woman? Would you tell her that a woman is a social construct that collectively decided by culture wars over generations... Or will you show the picture of a woman? Just curious. ? -
Bobby_2021 replied to Arcangelo's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
What is a donkey? Isn't it also a social construct? So when a 4 year old child asks you what is a donkey, will you say it's a social construct, or will you show the picture of a donkey? -

This is a crappy statement. If sperms had enough potential to be a baby, then every sperm should have become a baby. Isolate a sperm and evaluate it's chances of becoming a baby. Now take a sand brick and evaluate it's potential to become a baby. Both have negligible potential to become a baby. Sperm doesn't have potential. Eggs don't have potential. Fetus have potential. A given fetus/fetuses turn into a baby in real time. A sperm simply do not turn into a baby. That doesn't make a man a murderer for jacking off lol. -
Very imp point. These kind of people are everywhere. But we are not supposed to hold them accountable since they are the bearers of pure intentions and fighting for the weak and downtrodden. Makes them blind to common sense or even the rule of law sometimes. I think Dr JBP talks about this kind of wokesim.

He has said it in a video clearly. In some advice for young people I guess.
-
That explains a lot. You would wish if you could simply ignore irrelevant issues. The reality is that whoever can make the loudest voice and cry "muh oppression" for the smallest of stuff will control the narrative.

Have you watched Leo's older videos? A good foundation is necessary before you can grasp advanced topics. If you can't, you always have the option to choose to not watch the video.

Intelligence is so infinitely intelligent that it can hide things from itself. Psychedelics helps you see through that for a moment. -

Integrating tech into daily life is a grave mistake. Al technologies are systems with vulnerabilities. You are giving away power for someone else to hack into you. Keep your dependence on tech as minimum as possible. Linking your house appliances, cars to the internet, without which it may not work will surely get you in deep trouble at one point or another. Even by using a phone you are giving away the details of your identity private conversations etc to powerful entities. -
It is a mistake for people in that age group including myself. But Leo has already outlined that and warned us to be aware of that trap. But I can't help it when I mention any hardcore training or discipline, it gets dismissed as stage blue/orange, hence toxic. Happens too often here. Waste of your 20s which must be spend building your life. Anyways goodbye. Just delete your account instead of waiting to get banned. ?

Retweets are not meant to be endorsements. You can retweet something that you completely don't agree with. She is just over reacting. But as you said in a Green society these kind of over reactions are to be expected. It's like a kid that is crying too loud that you have to cater to it's stupid demands. They will likely categorise every random thing as sexist/racist/misogynist/bigotry based on feelings alone. This behaviour of scrutinizing every little thing is problematic by itself. It will mean that even serious and legitimate stuff will be censored simply because it gives the wrong vibes. I don't agree with the original tweet. But I don't care if someone posts them, they have all right to do so.

@Danioover9000 Just to elaborate on how boomers destroy the country, which young people (millennial/gen z) wouldn't: Boomers hold most of the wealth & power. They will always be conservative in their approach since preserving the status quo is benefiting them immensely. They were born in a time when anyone can get a job and buy land, home etc. - Money Printing and inflation is good for boomers since they are the asset owners. -College is over priced and graduates can't find jobs burdened with student loans stuck at McDonald's. -Social security is taking money from working millennials and paying for old boomers just to extend a few more years of their life. Complete ponzi scheme at the expense of young people for the old. - Rent prices are rising, the land owners being the old boomers. Younger people will never be able to buy a house, unless they happened to land the lottery in form of high paying jobs which usually favour the privileged. - Divorce rates are rising, second most important reason being finances. Loneliness and mental health crisis are on the rise. -Climate related catastrophes are on the rise. Mostly caused due to the industrialisation during the boomers era, and they enjoyed all the benifits of it, but price being paid the newer generation. All these things are meant to put a hurdle on young people. And the people in charge act like things are not so bad. The entire system is rigged against young people by the old people. Which is why I made the case to give young people a chance. -

What baffles my mind is that how can there be two completely sovereign existences, which are so absolutely disconnected from each other. How can God disconnect it from other Gods? Isn't God just one? Oris the multiple disconnected Gods the same God, which experiences both of them simultaneously? -
Bobby_2021 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
How many will look at it correctly? Are they going to take the pain of rewiring and undoing everything they have leaned? Seems unlikely The neurons in the brain will largely solidify by the time you are past your 20s. The boomers who have an accurate picture of reality are low. Boomers lived in one of the most prosperous times in history. They won't relate to the struggles of millennials or gen z. Bernie Sanders is the only exception at the moment. You will realise how important it is to get more younger people into politics once he is gone. Anyway I am jerking my brain off since this is honestly never going to happen. These old boomers hold all the power and wealth and they are simply not willing to let go. -
Bobby_2021 replied to Leo Gura's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
The experience can also drag them down. Young people are much more aware of the state of the country more accurately than boomers whose mental models are stuck up in some old days. They fail to update their models in an era of rapid progress. Young people tend to be more progressive than their older ones. That should be enough. Important nuance missed. The wise old man is a thing of the past when changes was not so rapid. The world worked exactly the same way when they were 20 years old and at 80 years old. This is simply not the case today. How the world worked when you were 20 years of age is radically different to how it's going to work when you are 40 or 60 years of age. Boomers are too slow to keep up with it. Note that majority of the republicans are still deluded by the good old days of America. More younger educated people would solve this largely. Nice astute observation.
