Blue Light. leads to a whole slew of problems with sleep loss and associated diseases.
-
It's not that obvious. Blue light has absolutely permeated our nigh life where it should have been dark. This is just near constant disruption of the circadian rhythm with leads to all those medical problems that you talk about. Blue light exposure can lead to medical problems. Our bodies aren't meant to be exposed to them at night. Yes. Because you are working in the sun. That sets the circadian rhythm correct. Your body knows that it should shut down within a few hours and it will. It can even offset the negative effects of blue light exposure in the night. But sedentary lifestyle is the norm these days. So more people should be aware of the effects of blue light. This is far more serious that we thought.

Just chill my guy. You should not be looking on the internet forum for solutions in case you have a serious medical condition that is ruining your sleep. I am not going to dilute the importance of my message with 12 different warnings and disclaimers. I know all that.

Commie blocks + Creativity in design is something else. Really though, this looks AI generated. Beautiful. -
Modern cities have become hell holes with too much noise, lights, pollution, traffic, and high cost of living. All of these are attributed to a result of bad policies. Zoning laws and lack of regulations on car manufacturers resulting in sociatal infrastructure that forces people to depend on cars too much isn't clearly helping us. We need to build conscious cities that is human centric. It much have plenty of space, fresh air, playgrounds and places for meet-ups and healthy socialisation. Bars should not be the default socialisation place. All aminities and necessities of life must be available in walkable distance or a recyclable distance. People can still have cars but people shouldn't be forced to have cars. The important points of the cities should be interconnected with paths meant exclusively for bicycles and cars should take a longer route. We need more trees, parks amd places to hang out and chill. Noise pollution is something that is rarely discussed when assessing the quality of the cities since noisy (car depended) cities are too normalised. This results in a myriad of problems health issues ranging from heart disease to stress to disturbed sleep on top of an already stressful life which people lead in cities. Here are some good YT channels that talk about these in depth. It's interesting to note how European cities have already implemented walkable cities. US and Canada is astonishingly lagging. We need more trains, cycles, affordable accommodation and less cars. Cars are a horrible waste of space. "A developed city is where the ultra rich use public transportation, not just the poor".

Superblocks are an amazing concept. -
I seriously doubt the competence of the lawyers here. Look at this. 2021?? Are you kidding me? He was already a multi millionaire in 2021.There is no reason for him to abuse women in 2021. The actual web cam studio he operated was in fucking 2016. This is what most people think what the whole thing is about. But that is totally different to the case being filed. I think Tate will easily break free of this. If he is guilty he should be punished.

True that. ?

Trump will absolutely destroy him in debate, if there is one. It will be painful to sit through those secondhand embarrassments. Biden has lost all cognitive capacities, let alone sustain it for another long 4 years. It was a miracle that he made it this far in one piece. This is elderly abuse and needs to stop.

Very interesting I must say

Also why is it that slightest gay tendencies make you gay, while being straight 99% of the time isn't enough to qualify you as straight.
-
I am not attracted to naked men. But naked men standing next to clothed/naked women is weirdly attractive.

How much money does it take to run this forum annually on average, if I may ask?
-
That's why you take notes. I am currently developing a giant pdf with all the contents of all the videos.
-
I muted the clips channel. Why do you need tid bits when you have watched the whole channel and took notes on it?
-
Do you factor in the amount of sexual repression or the environment? For example prisoners have a lot of gay sex in prison but they are not as much gay once they get out. They get so many hot girls.
-
Why can't Democrats find a young man instead of this senile old man who can't even read a sentance together? This is embarassing.

How to not suck my Tits part 69
-
This would be a convenient thing to have especially to revise all the content from older videos and get new insights from latest ones. Has anyone already prepared it? Or should I do it. It just takes a lot of time though.
-
I wish all the content of the videos were available in textbook format. That would be much better to review and once in a while and refresh all of the content in my memory.

Life is supposed to be easy. No doubt about it. I can confirm it. But easy or difficult depends on what you think it is. Life is easy, fundamentally speaking. It is the ego that makes life difficult with shitty conclusions about life and unnecessary expectations.

I can't imagine how people around me live their lives without doing self development work. A few days without it and I feel like shit.

Many of the things I post here are not meant to make sense for everyone reading it. Just sayin.

" Did you know that Bill Gates' primary residence in Seattle boasts 7 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a 60-foot pool with an underwater music system, a 2,500-square-foot gym, a 1,000-square-foot dining room, six kitchens, and a trampoline room with a 20-foot ceiling? And let's not forget the 2,100-square-foot library, a home theater that seats up to 20 guests, and a massive 300-square-foot reception hall with room for 200 guests. And there's also a spacious guesthouse, a garage that fits 23 cars, and an artificial stream stocked with fish. Depending on the source, its value is estimated at $127 to $170 million. But wait, there's more! Gates also owns homes in Del Mar, California at sea level ($43 million), Indian Wells, California ($12.5 million), Wellington, Florida ($8.7 million), and a ranch in Wyoming ($8.9 million). A fun little tidbit about his Florida property: In 2016, he paid $13.5 million for the neighboring house. Rumor has it he's also bought four other properties on the same street, making him the sole resident of the entire block. While Bill doesn't own a mega-yacht, he regularly charters them for his vacations. He also has a penchant for spending big on luxury cars, and let's not forget his four private jets. In interviews, he's mentioned that purchasing private jets is his "guilty pleasure." Now, isn't it ironic that one of the main proponents of reducing our carbon footprint lives like this? With such an expansive estate and luxurious lifestyle, we can't help but wonder how much his own carbon footprint is ballooning. If the people who are urging us to reduce our carbon footprints are living lives of excess, how can we trust their motivations and the validity of their claims about man-made climate change?"
