Welcome to the ways Romanian legal system. The timelines easily span into a couple of years at the minimum. Even in the US, it is not uncharacteristic long timelines for legal cases, isn't it? It will take time. Nothing new here. All of this is excruciatingly slow. That's the nature of these investigations. This is not a movie. Get used to it. As far as Romania is concerned, they are following everything by the book. There are specific time to keep them in jail, then in judicial control in a county, and then they have expanded their roaming capacity to whole to Romania. The preliminary hearing was initially scheduled on Nov. 16, 2023, but was subject to various delays. Basically, DIICOT and Tates legal team are playing back and forth. So, I thought it was a waste of time to update the thread on this bullshit. Here is brief update. Tate has cried about his dying nanny in the US and asked the real-world members to promote it. He wants to use it as an excuse to fly to the US. There has been plenty of back and forth regarding the release of assets of his cars since they were technically not registered in his name. The important thing here is to see if those assets were bought with the money, he got from exploiting the victims. It that is the case, then they will be in custody no matter whoever is the owner of those assets. Abigail Tyson, Tristian's GF and the mother of his kid is the owner of those assets. There were transferred before the arrests, and they were documented by DICCOT. Tates are constantly pestering the judge to allow them to roam the EU/Romania and not just restricted to the county they were in. And then there could be appeals to each of those hearing and here we go again. So you could see how all these minor things could really add up and take up a lot of time. Exactly. Maybe it is difficult to get the evidence for rape. But he is going in for human trafficking. Note that DIICOT is proficient in handling these cases and they have close to 90% conviction rate. Evidence is not even being submitted the moment. That's why we have the preliminary chamber. And then we can proceed to the trail if the evidence is strong enough. The trial has not happened nor do the preliminary hearings. We are getting ahead of ourselves here. If all goes well, it may happen on Jan 11, 2024. But it will be postponed again, since Tate is ready with his legal team to invoke as much as technicalities as possible to get as much evidence from being submitted for the trial. There is some aspect in you that is super developed enough to annihilate the self while the other parts are in dear confusion messing up the equanimity of the system. You have to restrike that balance somehow. You have to try out many things. Like working out did bring back the self for a while. Try out more things and update us. Quite interesting tbh. There are constructions that you build to make sense of reality. The intellect or the logical mind builds these constructions which always falls short of reality itself. At that level you are prone to the deficiencies of the intellect and the logical mind.

Integrate the intellectual body of content with yourself. With your emotions, feelings and love. It's looks a little feminine, but this is the only way to hard code intellectual content inside you. Else it will be forgotten. So the next level of depth is at the level of feelings. Contemplate and integrate intellect. This is why reality never makes total sense at the constructions level. Move to unitive level of sense making.

Whites think it's cool to not care about birthrate crisis and this could somehow be offset by immigration. Immigration can be functional in US/Canada. But in EU it's not going to work. And irrevocably changing the demographics has far reaching consequences on culture as a whole and we would not be able to reverse it once it has gone past the breaking point. I highly suggest giving tax breaks to parents who has 3 or more kids for a decade or so. That would help them a lot. Poor people outbreeding the rich folks is a serious problem and it's time we acknowledge it for what it is. And no there won't be any constraints on the resources. If America was a true democracy, the rich would never be able to take over. The rich would never take over. But you are entertaining that possibility because it's not a true democracy to begin with.

Basically conservatives are shown conservative ads with conservative talking points. Liberals would be shown the liberal ads. Had Musk paid lip service to liberal talking points he would also get no criticism at all. Systems are what you use to rule the individuals. Which is why you throwing tantrums about Musk is meaningless. This also applies for RWs throwing tantrums about Nanci Pelosi or Biden. Individuals are a distraction and it takes action, attention away from the system. The system is rigged against the common man. If you think Musk is the problem, it's because the system is designed to delude you into taking advantage of your emotional pressure points to think X or Y is the problem. Meta/Threads/Instagram is a far greater problem to Mankind than Musk or X. Musk is a builder and an action taker on top of being an immature asshole.

Wealth disparity is not so much of a problem if everyone is guaranteed a basic sustenance. The wealthy folks would lose the power of their wealth if that happens since now they cannot command the brokies around. The problems with inequality would solve itself. It's all comes from restructuring work. Work should be made more flexible, and possibly remote, if possible so that people can spend more time with their family. But that's the last thing corporations would approve of. They crave control over their slaves uuuhm employees.

More work life balance. The current corporate 9-5 jobs makes it harder to have kids. You have to restructure work to integrate family and kids. OR. Implement Sharia law inshallah.

What's conscious capitalism supposed to mean? And who is going to take charge to implement it. I say we must change the system itself and advocate for systemic changes that are clear and transparent which could be inspired by consciousness or whatever. But usually throwing the word consciousness into capitalism with no clarity on the specifics is usually a bunch of crap. BLM, Jan 6 all happened in less than a year under the previous management. Twitter was used by both sides to urge for destruction and violence of public property and lives. Is that a professionally run social media as opposed to Musks Twitter? Threads were literally banned in the EU due to privacy concerns. But naah Elon Musk being immature on social media is more important to you. Yeah granted he is immature and ego centric. But that isn't of any significance. It's his personality. You should be criticising systemic problems. NOT INDIVIDUALS. Individuals are rarely the problem. Meta is far more of a threat to society than Elon Musk. But that doesn't fit your agenda. The only way to long lasting happiness or just living well is to be as close to God as possible. There is the human mind and God's mind. Using the human mind, be as close to God as possible. The entirety of Human life is to get as close to God as possible. This is the grand theme in everyone's life. He overvalued and overpaid for it. The twitter people actually forced the buy which Elon actually wanted to back out, but couldn't because of some clause in the agreement. Because it's a net profit for them. Elon is a jackass for overestimating the value of this site. He probably could have closed the deal for less, with the Twitter management less willing to close the deal. Twitter has a lot more features and better user experience than what it used to. Twitter is objectively better than what it used to be, which was a bureaucratic semi governmental bloated, organisation which was running at a loss. It has tons of cool new features that you could make use of and use it as an actual social media site. There were people who predicted that twitter would crash, because of employees layoff and nothing of that sort happened. He killed a lot of small business on twitter by overcharging the API in the name of killing the bots. That was not good. ------ And twitter was the last thing that has a steady growth. The backstory of the whole app is worthy of a Game of thrones level of drama rollercoaster. That was how the company was managed all the while. So we are not seeing anything new here.

Detachment from petty ideas is important. God certainly doesn't encourage petty ideas although God would have sympathy over someone holding petty ideas and suffering for it. That suffering is an indication that you have swayed from the way of God and you need to realign with the way of God. This is simple and anyone can apply effortlessly and organically, which is why I like this approach so much.

Yes of course. Water is God. But let's face the ground reality that you are living an unconscious human life that doesn't feel like Godly. It's a life full of petty human bullshit. Guess what? All this petty bullshit is the mind of God. Rape and Murder and slavery and abuse is also the mind of God. But you certainly cannot accept it. So you would think about the mind of God itself and make your petty human life as close of God as possible. What are the aspects of God's mind? It's values sovereignty. It's unifying. Two examples. Now you look forward to make your human life look for unifying force and value sovereignty as humanly possible. This is possible while you are working or doing your daily chores. As a human you have to work with your petty mind and it's limitations. That's "temporarily" because you will eventually merge with God's values one way or another. An ant is going to merge with God eventually. The form is temporary. Progress in society is progress in being closer and closer to the mind of God. Progress will happen no matter what. It cannot be stopped. But it can slowed or accelerated.

It was unprofitable and would ban you for petty stuff . The only way they would keep running was if they took funding from wealthy donor and did what they said word by word. Not that the current one is any better, but in terms of user experience it has considerably improved.

Both are the same thing. But we can't grasp this in survival mode.
