  1. Fair. I will read them sometime. All I am saying is that something's not adding up. This is becoming more and more clear once I am digging into the details.
  2. I am a certified instructor of the international dentists association. They will back up everything I said.
  3. IF you want to record as much insights as possible, you have to type them on a computer. If you want to clear your mind, write things down on a piece of paper. This could help you get rid of repetitive thoughts.
  4. It is okay to use technology. Be skeptical of technology using you.
  5. The idea that Israel is under constant attack from all sides is a lie, spread by Israel itself. It appears to be the case that even the oct 7 attacks were let to happen by Israel than some tribals lords overpowering the most advanced miliary in the world with a superior intelligence unit. Moreover, you have to look at the general sentiment by Israeli population to killing civilians. Most of them support the killing of Palestine in overwhelming majority. All this screams mad sus.
  6. What's a life well lived?
  7. When it comes to suffering, there is certain level of tolerance that each individual is capable of, and you would not be able to tolerate the same level of suffering or stress when it comes to everything. 1. Suffer for the things you value. When a mother gives birth to a baby after suffering through immense pain, she forgets all of it because it was all worth it for her baby got to live and experience life. This will also help you suffer like a super conductor. More resistance leads to more suffering. By choosing to suffer for the things you value, you can experience it wholly and get out of as fast as possible without making it worse. 2. Find out what you are willing to suffer for. You cannot find this by thinking. Find what you value by doing. What were those things that made you suffer a lot, but you thought as finally worth it? You can choose that as your suffering instead of suffering bullshit. 3. Your tolerance of suffering is deeply tied down to your genetics and your circumstances. You have to design your life with genetics & circumstances in life and stop comparing with others since you are unique. But take lessons from others whenever possible. Learning from the mistakes of others is the best way to not suffer like crazy. 4. Suffer a lot in a small period of time. Avoid chronic suffering. You should be able to get a break. This is way more preferable compared to suffering immensely for long periods of time which is detrimental to your psyche. Manage your suffering in blocks. This also gives much more predictability to the suffering which will help you deal with it better. You will also value the time when you are not suffering deeper since you are aware of the alternative. At the same time, when you are suffering, you can be confident that this will all be over soon. So you can be proactive and be in control as much as possible. 5. Never try to eliminate suffering from your life. It will end up causing more suffering. Try it and see for yourself. You will wreck your psyche faster than how state controlled communist markets crumbled. Do not try to control the suffering. Tame it. Managing the suffering and stress in your life requires a lot of maturity and prudence. Whatever you do, suffering is unavoidable. But it is not worth glorifying or celebrating nor does it have inherent value. It all depends on how you manage it and come out of the other way. Either you will end up being better or end up miserable and depressed since you weren't able to handle it.
  8. There are many different degrees and types of suffering. I don't think anyone has ever outgrown suffering. Everyone is to a degree, helpless with life. The more I try to engineer life to perfection, the more I suffer. I was looking for a framework to contain the suffering or better manage it. To eliminate it is a fools game that is guaranteed to backfire.
  9. I wish people devoted more time to sharpen their natural intelligence than their artificial intelligence lmao.
  10. I love silence. I love it when there is no stimuli hurling at me from random sides. What's more important is the silence of the mind. Your mind should not be neurotic enough to hurl you with random shit throughout the day. Pull yourself together.
  11. Create more than you consume.
  12. The problem with liberal policies in general is that it's outcomes are far reaching and by the time you fuck up, it's already too late to rectify it. You have to live and suffer in that dysfunctional system, once you have corrupted it with liberalising it too much.
  13. Show me a war mongering dictator who has started more wars in the world than NATO. Not only they start the wars, but they get their ass whopped and destabilize the entire continent and the sanction them since they are too violent. Liberals and the endless hunger for power and imperialism.
  14. I used to think this way for a long time. But when you try to engineer your life to perfection, the suffering only increases and not the other way around. Understanding suffering is so counterintuitive. Suffering is like understanding itself. You can experience it. But you cannot put your words around it to a mould.
  15. I used to think like this, but anymore. True.
  16. Most of you might think that the biggest hubris of the situation has to do with making the Russians feel like the possibility of Ukraine membership of NATO was real. But in reality, even the US never really did have a plan to let Ukraine into NATO. They simply held on to their "open door" policy which they selectively apply when it suits their agenda. The biggest loser of this war is the Ukrainian citizens who are being used a pawns in a war between the two giants.
  17. You will never get everyone to agree. At the same time, most sane people agree on most matters. But you wouldn't see a heated conversation between them. All the conversations are between people who disagree with each other, and they tend to make the most noise. The important thing is to have sane conversations.
  18. You said it's a lie. Never mind. You are not in a sane state to discuss thematter. Come back after some time, preferably a day or two. We are good.
  19. Lmao it's the official US government source reporting on the talks you said didn't happen.
  20. https://www.state.gov/secretary-antony-j-blinken-at-a-press-availability-13/ Except that it's not a lie. The talks took place towards the end of Jan 2022. The US said gave a firm No to the Russian foreign minister who asked to keep Ukraine away from NATO. A month later, the invasion happens.
  21. Sane leaders in the CIA warned of this war from the 90s. This part is the most important that the western camp denies. Reasonable means were exhausted and unreasonable means were pursued. Bad things happened.
  22. America is who is controlling NATO. Of course that fits "my narrative". America is in charge of deciding what happens in Europe. Everything boils down to American leadership and their policies. Of course that's "my narrative". I am criticising America here. I don't get what you are accusing me of. Including irrelevant stuff to "my narrative" doesn't contradict it. Show me how it contradicts my narrative. You make broad and vague statements that are not compelling enough. And none of them goes against my narrative either. For ex: Even if I accept the cartoonish western narrative of Putin being an evil dictator seeking the former glory of USSR, that doesn't invalidate the fact that NATO was the reason for the invasion. Those are merely general stuff that's good enough talking points that gained popularity because the western media repeated them enough times. They don't have any merit to it.
