Think of yourself as the entirery of everything that has ever existed. In order to realize this, use more paychedelics. Do it more often. You can do anything any man has ever done. In fact, you ARE every man that has ever existed. You want to disolve identification with the body and that is an important step. The FACT is: you are not the body. You are EVERYTHING. (That includes the Body) Stop thinking of yourself as a seperate thing. Seperateness is a lie. You are everything. The more you think of yourself as part of instead of seperate or simply as the whole thing, the easier it will get ton realize your oneness on psychedelic. For me LSD has worked great, I know the bad bodily feeling afterwards. Listen to your intuition. If your intuition tells you to take lower dosage, do it. High dosages can actually make your first God realizations harder, because they make you afraid and unstable. You can realize God on low dosages, for me 150ug where enough. Most important thing to keep in mind while tripping: love yourself. Love yourself as you are. Feel yourself. Always do what feels right. See your feelings as Gods words. They ARE Gods words. They are Gods way (your own way sice you ARE God) of communicating with you. You'll realize it, trust in yourself. You are much bigger and much more intelligent than you thought. Nothing stops God. Nothing stops You. Neither women nor men.

Das Buch heißt: "Männer sind anders, Frauen auch" von John Gray. Liebe für das Selbst ist liebe für den anderen. Eines Tages wirst du im anderen dein Selbst sehen. Fange bei dir selbst an. Du verdienst es. Liebe dich. Liebe dich wie du bist. Sei wie du bist. Wenn du dich selbst belügst um dem anderen zu dienen, belügst du den anderen. Bessere Zeiten werden kommen. Wir werden sie erschaffen. Lass uns groß werden. Lass uns lieben. Lass uns fliegen.

I know this. The trick to solve this "problem" is understanding: Fighting the problem creates it. Looking at it quietly without judgement removes it. Next time you have sex and get nervous, don't judge yourself. Instead, look at your nervousness without needing it to go away. Be funny about it: "look girl, you're fucking hot I can't even control myself I'm shaking" Or when performing: Stop trying to fight it. When nervousness arises, watch it and stop judging it, while watching continue your act. The more you expose yourself to the situations that make you nervous, and the more you talk about and expose the nervousness to the public / other people, the quicker it will go away. One day it will be gone forever. Quick fixes I know of for being fearless temorarily (when you need to perform well); CRUCIAL: Correct breathing: only though Nose, slowly and gently - for more on that research James Nestors book "Breath" Microdose some psychedelics: LSD or Mushrooms, fear will be gone Caffeine can work, wouldn't recommend you'll get addicted, modafinil (Healthy diet, Vitamine supply, healthy lifestyle in general) You got this! Well, it IS possible. This is all that Leo is doing on his channel. And this extremely speed up my process of trancsending the words and realizing the actuality of God. And yes. The words are pointers. They are not the moon.

Well, I asked for Intellect. Simple, narrow human intellect. Why? Because my everyday state is simple and narrow. I am aware of the fact that God is not the words that are pointing to it. But also from my direct experiences of God I have to conclude, that having a good intellectual understanding of God and of how it works helps me extremely to go deeper into it. So I am on this forum and ask for a pragmatical thing: More words and better intellectual understanding. And then the "monks" of the forum immidiately come in and say: "well man, but intellect is not God"... Yes monk, I know that. Still, I asked for INTELLECT. Because I NEED and WANT my intellect, and because it HELPS ME. If this is a problem for you, please don't comment on my threads.
