'Something' is a manifestation/reflection of Nothing/Everything within the relative domain. The relative domain is itself a manifestation/fractalic facet of Nothing/Everything. In the absolute sense, there is nothing external - external as in being separate from That in which 'something' is occurring. That which is being held within Consciousness(the content of experience) is not only taking place within Consciousness --> They are not separate, they are 'not two'. In order for anything to be manifested as 'this something' which 'this right now' appears to be as -- this 'something' must be already one with 'this right now'. What is the reason for 'something' to appear within Awareness the way it does right now? Well, God is truly infinite and thus there's nothing to limit 'it' from appearing/experiencing anything. God's will is all-powerful. Being and knowing are identical in actuality. Which means that You are the knowing itself(all-knowing) and everything which can ever be known/directly experienced because You are Absolute Infinity. Absolute Infinity has a Will as there's nothing stopping 'it' from having one. Which means 'it' is absolutely free & unbounded. The reason the content of experience appears to be always changing is because the 'glass' is always empty.(nothing=everything) There is no time, so this 'always' is the Now itself/God which is one with the content of experience in the absolute sense. Oh God, so many words here in 'my' post, yet not even two. Hahaha -

Think about it this way... (Well, these are just pointers, do not get caught up in terminology & concept...language is dualistic.) Object and subject are one, there are no 'localized sensory perceptions' in Actuality. There is no such thing as `perception` as there is no external objective reality that's being perceived by an individual. The universe/universes/dimensions/realms = not something 'out there' / smth that exists outside of 'this right here'. But infinite potentiality of what can be manifested & experienced by You/Consciousness as 'this right here'. So the 'universe' is anything God's experiencing in the now. What's on God's menu? Infinity God's Will is all-powerful So what can be experienced has no limits whatsoever. God is totally free to explore itself. 'This right here' is the Universe. What's happening here... is direct/raw/immediate. ISness willing dreams into existence. Peace -

Let's suppose you fell asleep and you're dreaming that you're Johnny Bravo. If you become conscious that what's happening is not 'I am Johnny' but 'I'm aware that I'm dreaming', you realize that Johnny can become real but real as in - an experience in Awareness. Same thing with your human character. -

Any experience 'exists' as you think it, as That which is thinking it is Existence itself. -

Notice 'what' exactly you're reffering to when you say Johnny Bravo is a cartoon character. And I mean... Really investigate this matter. -

Try to 'Zoom out' a little bit. Or to 'Zoom in'. Same thing. In and out of the 'conceptual lenses'... You are not a person. I's not @RMQualtrough that is being conscious rn in a bubble of subjective experience inside your head/brain. It's the unlocalized Awareness being aware of a dreamed up character which became the imaginary '(your human identity) avatar'. You are Awareness/Consciousness, not a sentient, conscious *human being*. You are Existence itself. Awareness/Consciousness/Existence is where the experience of 'you imagining' or 'you watching Johnny Bravo' is occuring & 'THAT' which is aware of it. 'The content' is what's being dreamed up by 'it', not a perception of an external reality. Now...What does 'You watching Johnny Bravo' mean?... Well, it's Consciousness entertaining itself. 'It' is something that's happening spontaneously --- as in --- the whole indivisible experience of *all that's being experienced when you're watching the cartoon Johnny Bravo*. *The cartoon character Johnny Bravo* is a distinction you're making within the whole experience you're having. The observer and the observed is a distinction you're imagining. The observer and the observed are One. Not 'a conscious human' watching a lifeless cartoon/imagining Johnny Bravo. But unlocalized Consciousness having the experience of •believing it's a human watching a cartoon on a screen, standing on a sofa, in a room, on planet Earth•. Dreaming it all up in the now... It's all spontaneous -- as in -- 'a past' where ideas were materialized as a cartoon by humans some time ago is a thought you're having in the now. It's like watching your human reflection in the mirror. If you fall asleep while standing in front of a mirror, the reflection is not being experienced by Awareness anymore. Because this time Awareness is aware of smth else --> what you call 'your night time dream'. Which is being experienced in the same way 'your human character' is appearing to Awareness while being in the 'wakeful state'. What's aware of the whole thing? But the mirror, your body, the reflection & the room are one. When they disappear, •all the content disappears all at once• -- as you fall asleep. 'All of this' as a whole... turns into 'dreams you're having in your sleep'. What remains unchanged is Existence. The content is changing throughout your 'journey', but You are always here. As God. -

Consciousness is not localized 'in your human body'. The experience of 'watching Johnny Bravo' is happening to Awareness itself. -

My advice for you would be to focus on your own awakening process. I mean, what 'others' can or can't do, whether or not there are some other factors at play here, all these are nothing but thoughts in Awareness. By delving too deep into notions such as what is meant by 'spiritual genes' might bring confusion & unnecessary mental rumination. [[[It's like wasting your time researching about people who cannot paint or make visual art while you're supressing your creativity as that's one of your greatest passions. If you practice and practice and practice, eventually you might become extraordinarily good at it & become crazily successful & fulfilled.]]] In actuality Enlightenment doesn't happen to a 'person'. Don't overanalyze the relative structures too much. Sometimes the more time you spend dissecting a relative notion, the more details & layers you start dreaming up on top of it. 'Don't be ignorant to the view, but keep riding the bike.' Again, God-Realization doesn't happen to a 'person'. -
Imo, in this case you might benefit greatly from qestioning the situation that made you upset. Just ask yourself... What exactly is that thing which I want to do/feel/express and my coworker's attitude seems to stop me from doing/being/feeling/expressing freely? Another powerful question: What does this situation mean about me and how is it affecting my self-esteem while I'm being around them? What you'll notice is that what makes you suffer or what makes you upset in this case...is your own projection about 'your person' relative to 'theirs'. Something about *what you experience them to be like* relative to *how self-confident you feel around them* is triggering self image projections in your mind. In order to solve this issue you have to go to the root of the problem. Well, you can do that only by becoming more aware and investigating your own mind. Once you see the workings behind 'the conceptual show', you get a clear view of your ego-mind's judgements about yourself in relation to other people. Very often, when someone appears to trigger this kind of unpleasant emotions inside of us, there is a root cause for this, which is an underlying insecurity or fear that creates room for them to 'push the button' within us. And yes, beyond all these projections there's peace. The meanings we assign to 'what is' = what seems to be true for us. We create our own movie. Make it fun Peace ❤

Contemplate on how you've always been constructing & projecting *self-referential meanings* while deriving your sense of self from being the ego. Now think about the most triggering, judgemental & hurtful self-referential thought you ever had as a child. It really hurt, right? Why does that thought not hurt you anymore while recalling it now that you are an adult? Well, it's because you are not identified with being that child anymore. It's like, now that you're no longer identified with the 'child ego-mind', thinking that thought feels as 'impersonal' as hearing about other's opinions & judgements they have about themselves. Your ego-mind morphed into another version of itself now. In the initial stages of awakenings, one of the facets of the process is You basically realizing that you are That which is aware of the ego, you realize the personhood have been dreamed up by You all along. As you awaken deeper and deeper, there will come a point when there will be no difference between admiring your 'human face' in the mirror & watching the sunset. No difference between what you call 'other people's eyes' & 'your eyes'. Up & down. And so on. And I mean recognizing the substance of all form & ideas. Pure divinity. Just ISness Clear Direct As the *ego dissolution* starts getting 'deeper' and 'deeper', Awareness/You recognizes that you've never been an individual/human self/ego-mind. It's pure imagination. You see Yourself in everything & everyone. You stop getting things personally. You become Love. -

I suggest investigating deeper in this direction : What is the origin of thoughts? Isn't the origin of thoughts the same as THAT which creates the impression that •there have been a past which 'impregnated' memories into your mind•? All the stories that make up your *human self* are nowhere to be found but in your Mind & they have no other substance but Mind. Aren't your 'memories' = 'you as a baby', 'you as a child', 'you as a teenager' nothing but thoughts in the now? Ego is also a thought which is occuring within Consciousness. It's a very complex and convincing one. It's something that gets experienced by You because it is being thought by You. What is the origin of thoughts? Consciousness. What is a thought? A thought can mean potentially anything you imagine it to mean, right? Because at the fundamental level any thought is actually groundless. Thoughts are not separate from sensations & experiences as everything is being held within Consciousness. Consciousness is That which is prior to ANYTHING. So it is 'empty'/formless and everything at the same time. But where are thoughts arising? Where are thoughts occuring? To 'whom' are they 'happening'? To an ego? No. The ego is itself nothing but thoughts. It's like saying that the experience of playing a videogame is happening to the game character. The game character is a construct. A bunch of thoughts you're having. But in order to be able to play the game you have to 'entangle' your sense of self with a fictive creature, colors & shapes moving on a screen. Ego = Identification with thought Thought = Imagination Ego = Imagination What is imagination? Imagination = God This is why the relative and The Absolute are one and the same in Actuality. But paradoxally, to realize that, you need to transcend the ego in order to see that You've been nothing else but The Absolute all along. You are Truth itself. You are always 'it' no matter what 'meaning glassess' you choose to experience Yourself through. *watching the sunset*, *making love*, *drinking tea*, *dancing*, *living as Anne, John, Nancy, Freddie, Rosalyn x y z etc*, *experiencing a warm hug*, *getting bored*, *waking up in the morning*, "washing the dishes* and so on. And notice how your ego and other people's egoes are inextricably interconnected as a unitary whole within the tapestry of Reality. So much so that once you get God-realized, 'you can't help' but see everyone & everything for what they actually are as well, which is also God, oneness, togetherness, wholeness. That's because other people's egoes are being dreamed up by the same Conscious Awareness as yours, appearing as the entirety of what you call Reality. Oh God ❤ 'What' is that which is experiencing other people's egoes if not You as Conscious Awareness in Your direct experience? It's not your ego. The egoes are being imagined by God/Consciousness/You. So the same Conscious Awareness is dreaming up all the egoes including what you call 'your ego', in your direct experience. Now... What's the ego? Consciousness dreaming it up. -

You can awaken only through direct experience. Please do the work if you want Truth. Pointers are just that, pointers. •What's reading this text rn• is where I'm pointing at. But only You can see Yourself for what you really are. Explanations & descriptions are not the actual direct experience. "The map is not the territory." Bless -
Anahata replied to anderson's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
'Illusion' is a thought you're having. So is what you call 'nothingness' now before awakening. You're looking at dualistic thoughts when you say things like 'illusion', 'nothingness' without having direct experience of the actual (...) prior to any concepts. You are not a concept. You are not a thought. You're not an illusion. Also, you're not a creature/human on planet Earth who's been born on a physical plane. The way you experience life right now needs 'a backdrop of the story(you're creating)', a fabrication... aka 'my past as a child, my birth, my memories, historical events' and so on. Because Reality is ultimately groundless. But not what you think(before you awaken) 'groundless' means. You are absolutely free. Freedom itself. God's Will is all-powerful. Infinite creative control, infinite creative power + Infinite intelligence, imagination. You are Truth. By using the word 'truth' I'm pointing to THAT which is prior to any concept. Once 'it' gets recognized for what 'it' truly is/once You actually awaken to your true nature, you realize that Reality is truth. The Substance of 'what you call your body' or 'sound' or 'light' or rain' & everything = God. There is no external substance, there is no 'separate anything' in Reality. The meanings that can be manifested/dreamed into existence are potentially infinite. God/You/Consciousness is Absolute infinity. So any relative stuff it creates, any stories, life stories, identities etc are facets of Absolute infinity too. Beyond all the layers & concepts, there is actuality. Beyond any label & way of explaining away the present moment, there is Truth. But only by recognizing the relative for what its substance really is will You recognize that form & formlessness are identical in nature. This right here is it. Always.
