@Danioover9000 hi, you were banned from political forum? Why because you used the word God or for something else? I saw your post that you said Trump was saved by God, were you banned because of that? I mean if that’s the case it’s problem, it’s also an opinion as well and to brush it off is wrong. -

Are you sure they sell LSD, I have been to many countries but never ever saw it in store, yes I saw mushrooms; also I believe they outlaw mushrooms but only allow to sell truffles which is sort of diffent and they do not consider mushroom for some reason. Now as far as Ayhuasca goes, honestly, I think it’s now either legal or semi legal or even quasi legal pretty much everywhere. They have plenty of Ayhuasca retreats in USA and now in Israel, but I heard other countries as well now, because they go under ceremonial usage which sort of claim that it’s for religious reason. Though many people go there to get high, to be honest, but the beauty of Ayhuasca you may go there for any Kent trip but you come out as a different person, because it shows you what you need and not what you want. I have been to number of ceremonies and I see many people go in just for a high but when they come out is a life changing experience. as far as legalizing heavy stuff vs medium stuff, I actually had the same argument with someone but they made good point that I have not thought off. Like I am also in that category I say don’t criminalize psychedelics of course and party drugs like MDMA, Molly, Ecstasy, 2CB and etc but coke and heroin and crack for sure. But the person said that the reason I say is because those are dead to me and the others I don’t take, so he accuse me of being personally biased. And he is right on that, yes I use psychedelics for personal growth and I will admit I love going to festivals and obviously, sparingly I do take party medicine (I don’t want to call them drugs lol), and while I tried coke (was dating a model one time and it’s not a secret that they all on coke), but did few times (well little bit more than few) but staying away from it, so for me personally don’t care if they are band or not but I see his point. So if I had vote I would probably vote for legalizing everything. I am not a fan when government baby sit us, I may be naive and many will disagree with me, but I still believe people are mature and they can make their own decisions for their lives, and it’s all a learning curve. But @Leo Gura made a point that in general people are not ready for it. It’s like start teaching awakening in school, most will not be ready but only for those who reach maturity can get there. -
Let’s switch to a different topic, I see the political debates get very heated where each of us have their own biases. Let’s speak on a more neutral topic. i stumbled on a very interesting video and wanted to share with everyone and I didn’t know actually it was true that in Vancouver British Canada they legalized pretty much all drugs for personal use only. Meaning no decriminalization. There was another video but not sure how legit so not posting where they show where people sell drugs and cops pass by and not do anything. But back to the point. I am always a proponent to let people do whatever they want to do. And in addition when you go to festivals to listen to especially house music, it’s not a secret that people take drugs but many times the bouncers and cops make such hard time so it spoils experience, and also getting psychedelic for personal development, even LSD or mushrooms or DMT we all have to get under the table. Wouldn’t life be easier if they would be open? On the other hand, watching this video, people are getting drowned, they show this neighborhood that is pretty much drug friendly and you can take a look yourself. People loosing themselves. So then is the government doing a right thing? Where do you cross the line or is there even a line to be crossed. I don’t bite the argument where one say that their are responsible for using substances and everyone is not. Also I am not sure the idea with Nixon war on drugs was a good idea and where it came from as they made all into one bowl of soup. Want to get your opinion and what do you all think about legalizing all or keeping ban on all. (And I do not qualify weed to be in this category).

You can’t compare things. Please understand the other topic is where I am personally involved and I have a skin in the game and fine I admit I have biases because to some extent my personal survival is at stake. You can say many theories and they are all nice but when it comes to practice it all collides. And look all of us have biases and I am sure you also have biases. But regardless of our differences on one topic we may have a lot of similarities on others. But that’s the entire point is to hear other opinions and takes. I think the worse thing is to be among like minded people because they will only boost your ego. We have the right to disagree and it’s not about one convincing of another, we can still have our opinions at the end of the day. I bet you, if this forum was open only to one type of opinion group, it would become so boring as everyone would think the same and every topic posted, people would just reply with thumb up and nothing else. I used to stay in one community with all like minded people, at first it was fun as like everyone supports your view; but such eventually deteriorates where everyone becomes yes men. -

Yes for sure alcohol and Tobacco are much worse, they have side effect on the body can cause cancer. I know someone will try to argue with me on that as usually happens, but I don’t bite that. The reason those are legal is because there is a big lobby on that and a lot of money is involved. -
Gennadiy1981 replied to Gennadiy1981's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
I agree with you, and the whole war on drugs leaves a bad taste. Look for criminal justice system like when people commit theft, burglary, physical assault, yes they should be prosecuted accordingly and really should to keep society in tact. But when someone carries substance for personal use just to have fun and not hurting anyone, why should they get in trouble, that I don’t understand. But I see @Leo Gura point, it also makes sense, so it kinda reminds me of solipsism, should only be taught to most mature people and those who are not there should be forbidden. I mean that makes sense. And like @OBEler says to even have license. But what about an average Joe who wants to go to rave and pop a pill once? -
Gennadiy1981 replied to Gennadiy1981's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
Thanks for sharing your story. Oh I wasn’t aware that in Oregon they decriminalized all drugs I thought it was only weed, mushroom and coke. That’s a first time I am hearing such. And sorry for confirming are you sure substances like meth and fentanyl are not criminalized? Yeah I also noticed that there is no such thing as healthy balance. It’s either has to be from one extreme to another. I don’t know, before Nixon who made this war on drugs by banning all substances, what would happen if he would not. Maybe it would not be like this. And it’s like it’s a forbidden things become legal and people are thirsty to have it and they abuse it. I personally think when it forms for festivals and people wanna bring all types of things it should be allowed but then you mention crime goes up and people get mugged and shops are closed then the society deteriorates and that’s a bad thing. If that is the case then society collapses. So I guess there is no formula to satisfy everyone. Unless as you say it should be gradually maybe to people get nature and treat drugs with respect rather than escape like we do here with psychedelics. -
What do you mean, they had to rescue people. It’s not like another country police with court system placed them in jail but a band of actually terrorist captured them. Not much choices when you are placed in such situation. I would argue that any other country would have done the same. Indeed show me a similar case where things didn’t happen that way.
-
It’s very hard to speak after events passed by. I don’t think it would have been so simple as you say, and also the Hamas didn’t go all the way to end it that simple. And I don’t know if their goal failed or maybe succeeded. Maybe it was all along to get Israel into war and show to the world that they are being targeted. I don’t know it’s very hard to say, that info I don’t have so we can only speculate. Look the bottom line no one wants war, people die in war and it is the last resort. If it was started then other options were expunged.
-
If it was that simple it would have been done that way, but it’s not. Really? Hamas would just give hostages back? So you are saying we should have come to them and ask for hostages back and they would just give back? They have been planning this operation for two years and they would just give back like this? You are either joking or being naive. They wanted a war, they wanted Israel to go inside, it was their plan all along.

My humble advice is to turn off the media and turn on actualized.org. A lot of it is completes bogus. Second of all, Trump was president from 16-20, can you please list me during that period of time, how did you life personally changed, did you loose business, we’re you attacked by gunmen? What happened to you as a result of him being a president, And third of all, dude if you want to leave, the airport is open. -
That’s fine and I was not arguing with you on that, I get it there can be different ideologies, but what bothering me and especially since you posted Meirav Cohen, I know those characters, they beat their chest and say that they would be successful in ending this conflict and make the country a better place, but in reality they are just balloons filed with hot air. They have no other alternatives, they have no sets or goals how to win this war. They claim that they can bring hostages home but have no real solutions. That’s all what I wanted to say, they have no step plan or anything except being vocal. You keep posting those posters but it’s to no avail and it seems like you posting for the heck of posting, similar like @Raze but he deliberately looking for anti Israel to make himself happy. But those post that you post it’s like shooting blank. Look everyone wants to bring hostages home (maybe except @Raze) but in my opinion criticizing someone for doing bad job and when you have no plan, is silly to me. But switching then topic, you mentioned about lifestyle in Israel, you know I was contemplating on it, I really think the way country is running is fine. Politicians come and go but people are the one who make the country they way it is. What would you different if you were say prime minister for the country and let’s take to the side the war and hostages, that’s temporary and it will be gone soon, but for the country in general. I mean look you can’t ban religious people and you can’t ban gay people, they are all part of Klal, Nationhood. Like take the society in general, how would you change the society or what would you add or take away from it. Yes I am very well aware of internal struggle that as you mentioned could have ended in civil war, though I personally don’t think that extreme, but see the politics to me look very similar like in USA, democrats vs Republicans, it’s all bogus. Actually I remember of one event, maybe twenty years ago, I went one time to political dinner and there next to buffet table I personally met Curtis Sliwa and Kuby, they had a radial talk show, one was a hardcore republican and another hardcore democrat and I listened to the show just for fun, they were arguing and cursing each other and oh boy, I thought how can they not kill each other. And then I am at this dinner and I see both of them friendly chatting. I come to them and say, guys you are arch enemies I am not believe ungrateful my eyes, to which one of them replied, “you know we are doing that for a show and half of the stuff we say we don’t believe” and by the way both were e ray tipsy to say the least. My point exactly, politicians beat their chest for publicity.
-
I think we’re speaking of two different things, you are talking about the civil life in Israel, but the post you posted earlier speaks about of ending the war. Again, what do they offer to end the war, they criticize nothing current government for prolonging the war, but none of them have any answer, or I would say, probably will do the same thing if they would be in power. I know those individuals and they are in the center so they’re not much different. All they do is speak to get hostages back, but they do not offer any solutions, it’s just empty words. Being in politics, I learned that 90% are just empty words to play on peoples feelings, so they get elected and once they’re in the office, they do the same thing. Fine, convince me otherwise, tell me what steps they have to end the war and it’s not just once they get elected, all of a sudden, miraculously, the world will stop and hostages will be back, what are the concrete steps they speak off.
-
@Nivsch I am not really sure what you are trying to prove with this post or say anything with it. Look it’s so much easy to criticize the current government. That takes no brain, but I am sure if they would have been in over they would have been doing exactly same thing. Look for the past twenty years no matter what government was, the policy is same so when one say I would do better it’s just a nonsense. So tell me, what would they do better, what steps would they do? Give me specifics. Would they make a deal with Hamas? Would they allow them to come back to power? You know it’s like any politician before election promises that he will be different and will make life Better but at the end of the day it’s all same. As I said it’s nice to throw points out there when you are not behind of the wheel of the country. Believe me in the past I used the think like you did, and then I had my share in politics and believe me once you get involved you wil totally understand how difficult in general is to change status quo.

Was busy and didn’t get a chance to read. I sent links to few articles by major newspapers, but there are tons of them including by the way of Al Jaazeera that I was surprised, they all say that 90-95% of twitter posts are fake, not real, people make them up. Anyone can make any posts, I can make a post that I was the one who created actualized.org and Leo is my student, and no one will erase it. This is to the point of being ridiculous. Ok I saw your CNN article but that is not a whistleblower. There are a lot of people who can claim anything, like sighting a Bigfoot, Sasquatch, Aliens, I even heard someone recently saw Stalin (I think that’s a good one) but if you do not have proof then it’s all baloney. Through out time there were whistleblowers for different topics but they had proof with them, like form US regulatory agencies there is always a whisky b,owner pops up actually Al ost one a year and now more, they bring documents, photos, evidence. The article just speaks of someone anonymous who saw something, it has no basis. If you were a guard, then have some photos, recordings. That’s why the basis are not factual and pretty much no one in the mainstream or congress gives a F*** about it, because it is fake. And to bring a point about someone cutting hand, for your info by the way, there was one case reported by Israeli newspaper, it was a Hamas terrorist who was wounded badly and was in Israeli jail and he had Gangrene and doctors said to save his life they had to amputate, so this was the article. Now back to twitter, I personally don’t even believe the 5% true, maybe like Israeli soldier saw a girl and felt bad and gave her French fires but deliberately didnt give her ketchup, or in Israeli jails they were serving salad but didn’t give dressing with it and some like that lines.

Thank you for defending me. And I do have severe agreements with you but on this I will defend you and I am with you, they bluntly try to cancel you, with very poor reasoning. Its like Trump is some kind of plague to them and they loose reasoning here, like its the end of the world if he will win, basing on some extreme poor arguments and bunch of media fear porn that it makes it ridiculous, like you cant even argue with them or try to debate, its like their way or the highway. You know what I realize, besides that each of us has ego, most people have one topic, that is so dear to them, that they will defend it no matter what and will blindly close eyes to nay arguments or reasoning, like a speciif topic would define who they are and any attempt to make them think is triggering a defense mechanism. Lets admit we all have it, and @Danioover9000 you know I have my own topic that i will defend to the tooth. I believe none of us are really spare from that ego defense mechanism. Also @Danioover9000 someone called you "she" I always thought you were a male, are you a female? If you are then my apologies for referring to you as he. -

@DocWatts I would politely disagree with you. There is a fear mongering from media on both sides. I remember when Obama was running the conservative media scared people that he will make America like a third world country and etc, but none of it happened. And lets be honest, during the 4 years of Trump, if you reside in USA and I assume you do, did your personal life dramatically changed? I would bet it stayed the same, indeed all presidents are just nominal. As far as project 2025, first there is a lot of misinformation on it, second items that are in the charter most are nonsensical, they will never ban same sex relationships, but third, some points are good, like eliminating FDA, as most regulatory agencies are really covering the manufacturers and not looking for consumers interest. FDA cares more for pharmaceutical interest than ours and so does EPA and FCC, just for your info, so those agencies really need to be cleansed. The rest is just fear porn. I really thought you guys are higher conscientiousness than this, but you guys have the same fear as conservatives did before Obama. -

Hey Leo, not suire if you saw my post, I really think you are panicking more than usual. The way you speak as if the end of America is approaching and if Trump wins it will be the end. First of all there is a lot of empty talks even from media, like there was this talk that he will not leave the office, that he would prolong his stay, but none of it happened, when his time ended he sat on a chopper and left. Honestly there is so much media inflammation that scare the public but we with high consciousness should brush these silly things off. I cannot imagine how one person can become a dictator in such a high country that has so many branches of government. It clearly shows that you fell into scare tactics that the media propagates. I know that you are a very serious person and I can see based on your text that you are panicking and not as a joke but you are serious about it. Why do you allow yourself to be inhabited with just news outlets that need to sell news to make controversies so they make money. Honestly, most of the stuff is foolish and totally not achievable. I see you are being sucked into it big time. You give so much lectures on how not to fall into conspiracy trap, but you are falling there yourself, I mean most of the left wing media and so is the right wing media, are playing scare tactics that whoever will be elected will chnage America. -

I usually disagree with @Danioover9000 but here he is right on all points. I could not have agreed more. @Leo Gura I really think you are panicking more than usual. Are you serious, you are even doubting that? No way. About 90%-95% are fake news on Twitter, see all major newspapers wrote about it, like all major newspapers, I will paste few below. If that was true, the UN would invade Israel or US would cut all ties with it. I think you missed but some pages ago I said that @Raze he probably gets orgasms just placing them on and on and probably some perverted pleasure as well. It’s subconscious perversion where a person feels great watching but on a conscious level feels bad. That’s why I stopped even replying. I think it would be imperative if there will be a thread only for him to post and read and no one else allowed to view or comment, only him and he can even make up articles and painting and stories that IDF in reality is aliens working to abduct all humans but Gazans are only a test subject and they all want to covert them to octopus like monsters or something along those lines. And people call me low development stage here. See I may even be at a tier 2 spiral. https://apnews.com/article/twitter-x-hamas-israel-war-elon-musk-misinformation-5e344fc9134741d4f5dc17ed04262940 https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-news/israel-hamas-misinformation-twitter-explained-1234854331/ https://www.forbes.com/sites/mattnovak/2023/10/07/7-viral-tweets-about-the-israel-gaza-conflict-that-are-actually-fake/

So I would have to politely disagree with you on that. You need to differentiate the two very big points. There is an emotional side to it where people speak and argue and cry and whatever you can think of and swear and curse and post God knows what with fake info and imaginary info and partial info, that’s one thing. Now then there is a legal side to it. Let’s focus more on that one as at the end of the day that what matters the most and all Joann emotions get pushed to antler cause. As of now Palestine is not a country, it has no borders. Once a country is being deifnayely with borders or autonomous republic then legally it will exist until only if its citizens voluntarily want to join to another country, again referendum and there are a lot of nuances in it. If the country day becomes volatile and problematic and the UN sees it such that way, it will never disperse such country but rather will place its own military until elections will be held, and only in issuance if that country does not have a leadership, meaning anarchy that spills into another country. Dictator or even a newly appoint King does not count. There are legal ways for occupation of another country but that has to be temporary only. You can see how complex that situation can be.once the state is formed and don’t be fooled you would not be able to easily destroy it. Unless there will be a total world anarchy but that’s a different story. See the idea is not to get to such point, especially if the end result will be the same and deep down in your guts you know how that will happen. I get it, it’s nice to be a Mr. nice guy and show the world that we are willing to give a chance, and etc and feel good about it and then tell the world look we did all we could. But then again, who would tell Sharon that for twenty years the rockets were constantly fall on Nahal Oz, Sderot and etc. i want to conclude with one old Jewish story that has been told from generations not generation. Once upon a time a messenger came to king and brought a letter that had a really bad news. To which the king go so upset that he ordered the messenger to eat that letter. The messenger said anything but the paper, so the king ordered to being spoiled fish. The messenger took a bite and a two, threw up and begged for anything esle but not spoiled animal products. The next was rotten grapes. He tried but they were so disgusting that eventually he took that message paper and gladly ate it. So… if he ate that paper to begin with, he would not needed to go through hell with other things and spare himself some health issues.

Nice, so I’m still a little bit confused was it legal or not as it seems you just purchased in dispensary. And you seem like you had a full DMT experience, wow that’s nice and probably also scary, did you have a sitter or you do it away from your friend and girlfriend. And what kind of experience, your girlfriend ahead, you say, she relaxed, but did she have any visions or introspection.
-
@Vrubel I get your point but what you are advocating is more like autonomous republic, where a landmass has their own police and their own governance but not their own military, that’s very typical in Eastern Europe actually and in middle eastern countries as well, actually take Iran, they have a lot of autonomous republics even one Arabic republic and Kurds and so on. So your point is, give them a state and if they will attack us, then drive them out. But keep in mind, once that state becomes legal, then you cannot eliminate that state, then you will have international sanctions, see as of now there is not state, but once a state be proclaimed it’s there to stay. Same with Gaza, I remember Sharon was beating his chest and saying that if one rocket will fall we will wipe out and take it back, but once you proclaim independent it’s almost impossible impossible to take it back and see the backlash, I mean see absurdity, they entered our border, took our citizens and on the next day, the rallies started even before Israel did anything. (By the way even back then, I was screaming of the mountain tops not to do the expulsion, that’s when I got into activism, but most people told me, not to worry, everything be good and if they dare to throw one rocket, they will be wiped out). So the sages in the Talmud ask, “who is wise?” And they answer “He who sees tomorrow, today”. You know that their go is elimination of Israel of any shape or size, so what you are proposing is to play the game, extending it, show to the world and then pretty much do what I advice to do. But in my case, it’s done quickly, swiftly and less causalities and probably less war and destruction. The end goal is the same, I am just foreseeing to save a lot of people and by the way both Jewish and Arabs.
-
@Karmadhi I am not a slav and I don’t know such deep history so I will not argue with you on that, but I said way before the war with Russia and Ukraine that is happening now, they were two distinct people, and whenever they are abroad, a Ukrainian will never say he is Russian, which by the way many people abroad use the term interchangebly but that is a lack of historical knowledge. I don’t know about when they came all from one people, but if you want to dig so deep, we all come from Adam and Eve, how about that. It’s just during the Tower of Babel, God divided us into 70 nations. I am not saying for Israel to become like Iran, but I am saying for Israel to retain its Jewish biblical culture as same example I gave in my post about USA. Let me evaluate this more, when I worked for one American actually government company in the past, I had to negotiate with them to leave early on Fridays at noon, or during the corporate celebrations everyone were pigging on the food and I could not as no kosher food was available or I had to bring my own and etc. I don’t want to live like that, I don’t want to be a minority living among majority and if I will stay in one country, I know I have a ticket to go back at any time. And by the way, thanks to one Indian Boss, he allowed me to leave early but do you know how much I had to juggle with? Or for example you get say 2 weeks of vocation, but we have a holiday of Tabernacle (Sukkoth) and Passover, each 8 days, there you have all your vocation but what about Rosh Hashana (new year), Yom Kippur (day of attainment) and so much more. And those who want to be more observant by ranking additional holidays off, I saw how they had issues with work and were even let go. So why I do need to go through that S***. Not interested.
-
@Karmadhi oh one more point, I see you constantly proposing to remove “settlements” basically Jewish communities who live in West Bank for Palestinian state, but what about the two million Arabs who live in what you call Israeli proper? Do we remove them and move to the future Palestinian state? Or your proposal applies only to Jews. Like it’s ok to be Jews from their home (by the way for most who were already born there) it’s ok to lock Jews out but God forbid we touch Arabs? Just want to know your logic? If you are ok to remove 700k Jews from WB, are you ok to removed 2M Arabs from Israel proper? I want to see if same logic applies there as well. That will tell me a lot about your perspective.
