Exactly what I read into that statement.

@Leo Gura Thank you for the pointers. I’ll try 10mg a few times first to get a general feel of how I feel before ramping up a little. I was expecting it to be totally alien, I guess just surrender to it. Nausea is something I’d heard was pretty common with 5–MeO so I’ll get a bucket ready and make sure a don’t eat for a good 6 hours beforehand. At this point I’m so used to puking when taking psychedelics that it is worth the slight inconvenience of it. Do you use microscoops instead of a scale? I hear what your are saying about the 2mg incremental differences. Without spending $1000+ on an analytical laboratory scale, Amazon type milligram scales seem a waste of time. @Yali I was thinking the same. But I guess once you’ve got to the point of breaking through the ego. There isn't any need to keep ramping up the dosage?

These might help: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1_t0_dr7YYe9uw8SyHaYWKGugKsVsuUVx The Gordo Tek is a relatively common extraction method.

I guess maybe try and find out if Germany do a blanket ban on controlled substances from a particular class? In this case it will be ‘tryptamines’. Trying to find details on individual substances might be tricky, especially with lesser know ones.

If DMT do the e mesh method. ‘minty love’ on YouTube got a couple of videos explaining it all. Some pros and cons for you. Pros: 1. You can control the temperature in which the substance burns. So there is next to no waste. Unless you are an experienced user using something like a traditional glass pipe it will take time to perfect and you’ll burn away a lot of product to start with and it could be very harsh smoke. 2. Because you can can control the temperature so accurately it’s not harsh at all. I fact I can’t even feel DMT on my chest / lungs when doing. Not to say this is 100% safe. Cons: 1. Depending on your financial situation and country you live the initial outlay might be a little costly. You’ll need Mod box / Battery / RDA / Little glass drip tip / roll of mesh / accurate microgram scales and some microgram scoops. 2. Setup can be a little fiddly. But if you follow those minty videos you’ll be up and running in no time. Word of note. DMT used this method is very effective and is very powerful. You can literally blast yourself off in one toke. So my advise would be to take it slowly and steadily. You don’t want to scare the shit out of yourself and never do it again. Start slow and build on it over time. It’s not a race. Also if you are buying any substance from a 3rd party. Make sure you reagent test it. Never leave it to chance. If of course you’ve already had experience, you are good to go. If you are taking about other substances like 5MEO I’d say plugging would be the preferred method rather than vaping.

Like @TimStr mentioned above if you are going to vape nnDMT emesh is by far the best option in terms of delivery and accuracy in dosage. Spend some time watching/reading and understanding how it works and invest in the right gear. Once your setup is right you will be able to breakthrough in one toke (should you wish to) and there is no harsh burning on your lungs and you don't need to learn the skill of burning like you would with a glass pipe. The minty videos above are a great start. -

I use an air purifier at home constantly (certainly during the summer months). I live in a rural area and it's excellent for purifying dust / pollen / bacteria. Can purify a room in about 10 mins. I'm sure they would work for other air pollutants. Do your research, don't be cheap and get good quality filters and change them regular.

I'm freelance web designer full time. Have been now for about 15+ years. Like Leo mentioned the challenge is getting a constant flow of clients. Also working out ways of retaining residual income, rather than clients coming in and out of the door. So hosting / maintenance contracts and retaining future work will all help build up constant flow of money without a great deal of work involved. The main area of over saturation I see is the vast amount of poor designers / developers, that charge little money. But in the grand scheme of things this is only an issue if you are competing with them. Build your skills, set your rates and stick to them, if clients don't want to pay your rates, they are not the clients you are looking for. You also mentioned 'web design' I would call this more frontend work, so design skills are an absolute must (so good X D / Illustrator / SCSS / GSAP / Javascript skills) and being able to beautifully code from designs and again like Leo mentioned being unique. Anybody can grab an off-the-shelf 'theme' for a site and change the colours, but this is not web design and this is the main area of over saturation.

@Huz It falls under the class of 'tryptamine' which in the UK is a Class A drug and illegal. Although that being said, you will be able to get it if you do your research. I'd be curious to know if Leo takes a leap of faith and tries a very very small dose to see for impurities or if it's lab tested to verify the contents? When you are dealing with pretty much unknown research chemicals I suspect getting the contents lab tested first is almost an impossible.

Is this a cultural thing? or are males seen as a monetary gain over females? -

Why is this? -

Yes I understand it's a very tricky subject for sure. Reproducing is a very easy thing to do, any idiot can do it. But raising children is difficult. I see an awful lot of people (both men and women) that bring children into this world and the child suffers greatly. Because the parents are not cognitively capable of bringing up a child, so they abuse, beat and inflict trauma and the child suffers. When that child grows up the cycle will (not always) be a large proportion of the time repeat the same cycle of suffering. Because the child doesn't know any different. -

Just out of interest do you think it would be better for a women to have a child that is incapable of raising the child and thus causing a lot of suffering / trauma / abuse or aborting the child at an early stage? -

Which video series of Leo's will give me a deeper understanding of nonduality? Would it be the 'Understanding duality' series? Also anyone got any good book recommendations for better understanding?
