  1. Tnx for the story. I would not engage with such a person, that's like the opposite of me.
  2. People hate themselves and project it to the world, this is none of your business and their decision. If you are relating to them, you have to reduce and destroy this fear and powerlesness of being disliked and hated. If you reduce the pattern of feeling that somebody is your enemy, your enemy gets weak. You can help people who want to be helped. The other people will not need help, ignore or hate you for helping.
  3. Hinduism IS to be implemented and taken literally, because those sutras, pointers and teachings work. For example, Mahabhatata war really happened. Rama lived way over his lifetime etc. All of the hindu stories have some relevance, even today, ok, maybe those stories are not so literal, but have a perspective, and still some stories are quite literal, like when Shiva opens his third eye, the whole existence burns. That means that the dimension of third eye makes everything sense perception phenomenon irrelevant in your existence, that, however, is literal.
  4. Yes, if they keep re-occouring and you can identify that this phenomenon is repeating, it also subtly changes the idea ( increases the degree or ratio of which you think you are the body, emotions, memories, things you have or abilities you poses versus you nor being any of that). Profound spiritual experiences will lubricate the rest of your path, but you can't rely on them or wait for them to happen. The closest thing what you can do instead is to contemplate the Truths in ancient scriptures that express trough contemporary enlightenment scholars or masters. For example, contemplate the meaning of eternity, that you are spaceless, timeless, how would it express, how would it feel like, understand that at some point in your lifetimes in the eternity, you are bound to have enlightenment. This life(s) only destination is the space less, timeless, eternal bliss which encompasses everything and nothing, and you are all of that acctually. There are other things to contemplate like if you can will to be blissful and feel blissfully you are acctually God itself or whatever.
  5. Life is for enlightenment, let me live that possibility
  6. I don't know, never had it. Don't care that much either at the moment. I will have her only if I really vibe with her, otherwise it's just a social barter.
  7. "I am never wrong, Leo, only you are wrong. All of you are wrong, I am always right."
  8. My point is that you merely cannot do some practice for moderate amount of time and call yourself a yogi. You need a lot of practice to make big things happen in your experience. You and me need to do these practices until yoga means nothing to you and that discipline will take all your time if you want to be a yogi and attain while retaining the body. For moksha (breaking the life and death cycle at the moment of death) or blissful life you don't need to be a yogi. But to be a yogi, you cannot live whatever lifestyle. After a certain mastery your practice will be so refined, you might not need to do it a lot to enjoy life or you will do it all the time while doing other things or you will be so established you might not need any practice for the rest of your life, that is what I mean after certain point.
  9. @Emerald can help you
  10. That is not the main reason (but it is also true) of the flaw I highlighted, it's that society is unable to resolve the high degree of self-hatred and confusion about life they carry and project to others in their virtue signaling, therefore the things that a human being naturally expresses, doesn't get to express to live a balanced life.
  11. you just described a fundemental flaw of human society which is that usually children sing, adults become serious and repressed. they stop expressing themselves and put down others who express which explains the phenomenon of gossip.
  12. I think Yogis reach points where they do not need spiritual practices, but some prefer to do it after attaining something significant, so it's not self-honest. Person who is in yoga is very different than somebody who benefits from spiritual practices like a bogi, the blissful man. You don't have to do a lot of practice to feel blissful, but to make bananas out of apple tree, you need quite something else.

  14. Semen retention does not "force" open the minds eye. You need sadhana, meditation, practice to slowly transition and switch the channels. Yes, semen retention does produce force of potential to be used, but if you have no bliss or no meditativeness in your life, persistant sexual fantasies is all you will have and you will be frustrated, if you manage to persist that, maybe it can happen, but it's very unlikely. If you retain semen and do sadhana, yes you will have growth. You will have more mental clarity, emotional stability and bliss.
  15. I noticed that there is another school of thought regarding people who used omeprazol and pantoprezole for few years (for acid reflux and gastritis), they have tried something else until it has worked for them like one very popular solution is to regularly consume apple cider vinegar, aloe vera juice etc. depending on their problem. I also don't want to sit on omeprazol or pantoprezol, therefore I feel I will solve this problem by a lifestyle change which is not so clearly laid out by the docs I visited. Also stomach ulcer/gastritis can be created by stress alone which only reflective people who can find some time in the day can manage to heal and prevent by a change of their lifestyle. In that case I can see why it can suck. I think they are more helpful for more serious conditions and photo of your stomach ain't that bad if you have researched some solutions for the type of thing you have.
  16. Yoga, shadow work, self-enquiry, sitting in sielence, abstinence, celibacy, fasting.
  17. I had it and still have it. I am also on omeprazol. I am still searching, I have a few things I will do to try to solve it. Seems like a lot of people have it acctually, when I asked around.
  18. I will just state my concern for all of us. We are where we are. The infrastructure for mass enlightenment is simply not there. Nobody knows what to do with their life. This is where we are. We do not know. And if you figure and try to implement everybody starts dragging you back or you get killed for the truth. Perpetual idiots run the world i guess and like sheep we follow it because we don't know any better.
  19. 1) You have control over it. But you have to have a very strict lifestyle. Things like vegetarianism, intermittent and prolonged fasing, yoga, bhutta shudhi, practicing releasing psychosomatic disorders with shadow work or poornattva shtithi or nirbhaya dhyaana. 2) work on your Fear of death and fear of suffering by the same technique of nirbaya dhyaana. You can PM, I will send reference to it.
  20. I feel that self inquiry gives you mental clarity when you are low that you can just bear and thrive with life but kriyas will make you blissfull and other things but you just don't know why. Self inquiring increases the power of tought in your cognition in my experience.
  21. @Leo Gura I just want to present how much advice was presented on the OP question versus arguing about nothing for the sake of being correct, so you can evaluate how this forum is functioning.
  22. tough topic. I am definitely buying an apt on loan, even if I am alone for the rest of my life. In northern Europe people tend to buy instead of renting. But I would buy only after the Ukraine war goes into remission and Russian war machine gets exhausted or the Kremlin regime collapses internally.
  23. just chill, don't engage with him. He will pinpoint you on assumptions he does not define. You could box his argument with defining terms like natural, music and birds and his "music is bad for you argument" which he clarifies and criticizes me for not guessing that this was his position, so, you know, let's save our blah blahs. His blah blahs are more important than our blah blahs you know.
  24. ok, i got what you are about, i think there is no point in arguing with you, hahaha. I think this is a good sign of doing what I want with my life instead of this, my bad. Sorry. You would be a good "political streamer" like Hasan. It's very nice poke and run tactic with very generic points on the initial reply, but in a rebuttal this wall of nuancing your point which you didn't explain in your initial reply + with your wall of text recalling some previous convo, god job my dude with this debate brain tactic. It's not that there are no replies to your questions to me but I will give a reply you will nuance it and find another point to criticise and endlessly grift with an insult to the person. So you know.. you can make whatever you want out of this.
