@The0Self Thanks! Since 100mg after 3 days chelating every 3 hours doesn't give any side effects, I nearly wanted to stop trying chelating. So this effect keeps on working after these 6 months. How much fatigue did it lessen? From a 7 to a 6 on a scale of 10, or more? I have a feeling studying is going way more difficult than is had like 10 years ago. When I take a bit of amodafinil I feel good, but i prefer not taking such stuff.

@The0Self I thought if you get no side effects from 200mg ALA then your clean? But you got no side effects anyway at much larger doses? I am now testing 100mg ALA.
