  1. Cool dude. Indeed a good example on how the job can be done without unnecessary superimposition and make-wrong. Kind regards, Chris
  2. @Socrates Will you tomorrow again write me an apology message, as you did after @Leo Gura closed the another thread where you accused me of beating my wife at home? What the actual fu*k with you, mate?
  3. @Socrates Ah, the Master of Superimposition himself, once again. Tomorrow, enlightenment day, my friend. As promised.
  4. I agree with you, Henri. It can and often is an obstacle. For example: Exorcism (like in the Roman Catholic Church or other traditions) not only often mishandles spiritual connections, these practices often work with lots of (imaginary) superimpositions and wrong assignments (for example of the actual intentions of spirits). Some spirits just "stumble" upon a guy, are confused and irritated, uncounciously take over some moods or attitudes of the guy but are treated like a devil. Lots of repeated and re-enacted strife is being created in the name of "we are the good ones". My advice is this: don't engage in spiritualism for the sake of entertainment. When you encounter phenomena from other dimensions "knocking at your door", use vipassana/mindfuless or just plain awarness. There is truly nothing special about it. But it will become if you start superimposing man made assignments of evil, darkness and all that fear-based stuff. What is there is there. No need for additional superimposition. ~Chris
  5. I see, but the pranamya kosha is in intimate connection with the physical body and all body issues will have an impact on the nadis (and ultimatly on the chakras). So by addressing the body issues (like overtoxification, malnutrition, smog and electro-smog, inertia) we can partialy restore correct alignment and flow of subtle energies through the nadis. Would you agree? It wouldn't be possible though when the (physical) body suffered seriously (brain, nervous system). You just reminded me how beautiful, sophisticated and superior the yogic view on the human system is compared to the western school. Thank you for that and all the input. Chris
  6. @Henri From my encounterings with people, indeed the only ones that were "spiritually" irreversible have been the ones whose nervous system and brains have been demaged by use of too many psychotropic drugs, or worse, lobotomies or electro shocks. Additionally, the pineal gland and other glands as well as the brain, liver and other organs can be calcified, toxified and demaged, therefore bringing the hormonal balance out of sync. Also this brings about a general tiredness, low mood level. In correlation with this, the aural spectrum goes into disalignment. It's new information for me that the crown chakra is the only faculty responsible for high frequency reception. It's different in my experience (but it may be we have a differing background of defining higher frequencies). Entities from other dimensions can access anyone whose current frequency is in a low range (but I don't want to go too deep into this subject on the open forum as it scares the (peep) out of sensitive people). But this in itself is no real block to make further progress on the spiritual path (i.e. it's not really irreversible or something tragic when you have someone to help you out with spiritual connections). I think many "hopless" cases can be brought back on path (if their desire is strong), there is lots of sadhana and other handlings (like detox, right nutrition, body excersise) for many of the above issues. But I have not seen them all, so your input is valueable for me. I'm just not sure if the irreparability is based on the chakra/energy issue or the physical body (nerves, brain, severe glands demage). In any event, thank you for being here and providing another viewpoint. ~Chris
  7. You didn't mention the crown chakra. I agree that there can be such a discord that the person will never be fully able to bring it back to alignment. What is being done with them when they arrive? I mean, are they allowed to stay for longer in your Ashram? Are they given some advice to reduce their strife? Kind regards, Chris
  8. Yes, new-agism spreads a lot of misinformation, non-comprehension and misaplication. The sudden influx of information age is taking its toll on the western civilisation aswell. More information than can be comfortably processed by the reciepient. On the light side of it, there is some progress and harmonization taking place. Collectivly speaking, this process will take a while. Yes, but don't write them off. There is right sadhana for all these phenomena. The question is, how much attention one wants to spend on these cases. There are also people so totally blissed out that they can't feed themselves. But they're being revered for their deep mukti experience. :-) So there are extremes on both sides. Kind regards, Chris
  9. @Tristan The third eye, when open, grants you access to subtler truths, this because you will now have access to an array of new perceptions. Your experience of space will be different. A sense of inner space. And the inner world may begin to seemingly merge with the outer world. That's very different from enlightenment in so far, that enlightenment transcends all perception, sense and logical or even intuitional insight. I agree with the above quote Henri posted. Don't fall for people who "will open your third eye". That's a natural process which is progressivly being enhanced. It's not happening at once as you would not be able to accustom your current "logical thinking" to the new perceptions that arise parallel to the "opening" of your third eye. Opening of the third eye is accompanied with a larger amount of the secretion of DMT in your pineal gland. Many people who opened their third eye too fast (wrong advice, a not prepared system, or the use of Ayahuasca) suffer from crash and burn phenomena after a short period of "high". Often they don't know how to align their experience with their current purpose line, or are disenchanted heavily with what they encounter while on their trip (or afterwards can't seem to align themselves with their new found insights). Kind regards, Chris
  10. Yes, when you fully commit yourself to mastering it. Good point about connecting the dots where there seemingly are none. ~Chris
  11. Yes. No. Both statements are true. Both statements are false. Enlightenment is beyond the realm of space, time and any physicality whatsoever. This means, while in that state, you have lost all operational faculties. Therefore when you see "enlightened" people walking and talking, they are partially sacrificing their state of enlightenment to play the game of life, fulfill some mission they see is worthwhile or what have you. But, to be noted, there are as many definitions and beliefs about enlightenment as there are about water. What is water? How does it smell? How does it taste, feel like. What is its color? What can one do with it?
  12. It is what it is according to your current perception. "Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change." Separation is by choice, not a condemnation from somewhere outside. For us people who want to undo the appearance of separation, we must undo the choices (decisions, desires, cravings, protections we build to separate "us" from "others"). It"s quite a process to undo or let go of some of these. :-) Chris
  13. In my practice, I follow the positives and the wants/goals. (spiritual and mundane aswell) This brings about the negatives that need recognition and handling. After handling, back to the positives. Simple rules of practice: never end any session before the thing is fully handled. (Especially if it's a negative aspect.) If the thing to be handled is a monster, split it down into pieces and handle the pieces until you handle the whole. acknowledge, integrate and celebrate your new won or regained insight, ability (if it's something technical) or truth But we digress ;-)
  14. Fair enough, @Socrates. It's good you bring it to the table. But not recognising a situation for what it is (curse or blessing) as in the questions I put above can bring about lots of strife and focusin on the negatives. Giving yourself (or others) wrong "reasons" is worst of all.
  15. Yes. Generally it has to do with 3 things: Focus and Attitude, and Emotion. These 3 factors produce a vibrational wavelenght around you body (and in your body). The higher the emotion, the better the attitude towards life and the stronger the focus. At a medium level your Focus is out of your control, that's a state of "overthinking", "daydreaming" etc. That's where there is no flow in your desired direction. To some degree the person starts to be "not there" and is not really in present time. Below this level all the person does is contrary to what she actually desires. So in short: work on high emotions, good attitude and on your focus. That's a short version. But there is more. For instance, in order to be in flow on a guitar, you need to start with the basics (even the best guitar players train regularly their basics). Master the pieces and then master it all. It's actually the same in any desired area of your life. Meditation is helpful. Practice with focus and the right attitude is helpful. When you encounter stopping blocks, your flow diminishes. Master the block once, master it twice. You've mastered it. It's not done overnight. Ask Tiger Woods how he manages to be in the right focus, attitude and emotion where he is able to make a small hole appear in his conciousness as big as a swimming pool. Practice, focus and attitude in a high mood. Kind reards, Chris
  16. @Huz88 Don't beat yourself up. We all incorporated lies as a "save solution" in the past. You shouldn't worry so much about what you've done. Just decide that you want to be more honest to yourself and others. Good thing about honesty is, that truth actually makes free. It's your ticket back home. Just as @Emerald Wilkins mentioned: From an ascendet point of view, it's more obvious what a lie actually is. That's one of the reasons people suffer crash and burn phenomena after their first (few) ascension experiences (translate "enlightenments"). Some truth are hard to integrate and people tend to disguise and obfuscate the truth with a new load of self deception. Honor and integrate the truth you find. Even if it's a truth that you're a liar. In the long haul you will greatly benefit from your practice. ~Chris
  17. @Wouter The state you describe, when playing ping pong, is called the state of flow. It is also called "being in the zone". Also note the Japanese masters of many arts, gardening, cooking and many many other disciplines, many of them use it as a way to reach Satori. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satori#Attaining_satori Put involvement into any activity and you will reach meditative states. ~Chris
  18. Noni Juice Pro-xeronine, educational animation (xeronine is an ingredient in the Noni fruit): Rhodiola Rosea http://www.foxnews.com/health/2012/03/07/rhodiola-rosea-natures-anti-depressant.html http://www.lifeextension.com/magazine/2007/12/report_nutraceutical/page-01 Germanium You'll need to do your own research. Here is some more information: http://www.janethull.com/newsletter/0207/the_health_benefits_of_germanium_1.php Flax Seeds and Flax Seeds Oil (Dr. Budwig diet) More info: http://healthwyze.org/reports/190-the-true-budwig-protocol Raw foods Eating lots of raw vegetables and fruits, uncooked, is very beneficial to your system. There is still lots of living energy in the food and it's good for your body. Many of the previously mentioned foods and supplements are great. It's important to take care of our bodies when on the spiritual path. Many people don't actually see how much benefit there is when the body is in good shape. Too many are lost in their mind, neglecting the body, bypassing its significance and wondering why they're short of concentration, energy and residing in low mood levels. When the body is weak, all kinds of "mind chatter" can come up and instead of seeing it for what it is (malnutrition), many start to "trace it back" to some spiritual or psychological issues. The whole human system, body, mind, emotions, energies need to be taken care of, because all those parts are working together. They all build a composite whole of the system. Food is not all. But it's not wise to neglect the bodies natural needs. @GeorgeLawson , thank you for the thread. Kind regards, Chris
  19. @likhil Take your time. Be aware that you're aware while you're there. You're loosing touch to physical space, time and objects. But you're still there. That's, as @Pinocchio already said, "Is home. Always has been, always will be." Enjoy!
  20. Just depends on how you want to slice and dice it. Either way it's in the right direction. Agree!
  21. Good advice above. @Pinocchio, well said, though I wouldn't place enlightenment there: Enlightenmen is beyond awarness (but I don't want to feed you with my insights). This realm is very enlightened in its own right. ~Chris
  22. @Laura While it's important to overcome these "lifetraps", it is advised to also (and more so) concentrate and acknowledge the "positives" you already have. It can become a trap in itself to run after traps. Handle them as they come up into your view. But don't forget to acknowledge the positive aspects of your life. Your sense of "not belonging" can also come from the fact that your interests and basic motivations are totally different to all the peoples in your environment. You are different. But is it really a curse? Or maybe a blessing? The book about the Sedona Releasing Method has many good processes to release some of the items on the list you shared (from the website). There are many techniques available to approach these. But really, I encourage you to make a list of 10 to 20 positives you are aware of in your own life (habbits, achievements, personality/character traits, et al). Kind regards, Chris
  23. It's possible, of course, to be in an identity- or ego-less meditative state. But regarding your experience of fear and the voice, can you tell more about it? Where does this voice come from? Is this your intention? And your inner-voice? "ok lets see what happens","i surrender","am i really gonna do that" ~Chris
  24. Some more fair use quotes from this book. (I can't overemphasize the importance of this knowledge for your personal development.) ~Chris
