Besides the additional radiation it gives off while on (you have to be all the way across the room to avoid it, tested with my trifield rf meter) it's known to damage nutritional value of foods. Used sparingly its probably ok, but it is indeed not good. https://raypeatforum.com/community/threads/the-hidden-hazards-of-microwave-cooking.27607/

Heres a quote about sun and sunglasses "Unless I’m trying to avoid snow blindness from a day of snowboarding on a glaring bright white slope or I’m at a windy beach getting sand blown in my face, you’ll rarely find me sporting sunglasses. Why? Our bodies are designed to be able to perfectly cope with sunlight. The retina in your eyes actually registers how bright it is, then secretes specific hormones to keep you safe from the sun. Specifically, sunlight stimulates your pituitary glands, via the optic nerve, to produce a hormone that triggers the melanocytes in your skin to produce more melanin, which allows you to tan and offers some protection from excess UV radiation. When you wear sunglasses, less sunlight reaches the optic nerve, and thus less protective melanin is made and the higher the risk of a carcinogenic and uncomfortable sunburn" https://news.brown.edu/articles/2011/11/melanin

Because feeling good is about perception, which involves identifying with mind states. Doing wholesome actions produces wholesome mindstates which is perceived as good feelings. The actions aren't whats important, but the mind states associated with it. An arahant for example no longer identifies with his actions and mind so they would not "feel good" when helping others. They would only think "at this moment this is the proper actions to take."

Get an oura ring to track your sleep. You'll see eating before bed screws with your sleep cycles heavily. And sleep is probably the most important thing for health. It's when your body repairs and mind Defrag.

Just a PSA: those four sigmatic packets have useless levels of mushrooms unless you take like 3x the dosage. Not cost effective at all if you want the benefits of medicinal mushrooms. Research mushroom supps carefully, the industry is full of crap supps.

There is really harmful chemical sunscreens and there are less harmful ones. For skin aging sunscreen is actually really important for the face. Just find the ones with less harmful chemicals. The sun doesn't cause skin cancer. It's actually cancer protecting. If you were sunglasses in the sun that is what causes skin cancer because your body doesn't know its in the sun and doesn't produce protective chemicals. Most moles aren't cancerous unless you got some really nasty one. Your dermatologist would know which. Eat right, exercise, and don't worry too much.

It's your perception of God giving him form. For example I'm a buddhist so I don't believe in any god. To me god is not Infinity, he is nothing. Birds, mountains, stones, trees are just materiality. There's no deeper meaning behind them. They are just there in their forms through the laws of we can say physics and karma. There is no meaning behind it besides what your consciousness perceives it to be. -

Buddhism says there is no God. It would be more correct to say why do some religions interpret God to be humanoid. Hinduism has monkey god hanuman, kali 8 arms, a formless brahma. Buddhism recognizes the existance of devas which are humanoid beings but extremely beautiful making the most beautiful earthlings "look like a she-ape." So perhaps all mystics of the past saw or remembered lives as devas and thought those were godly beings because they were so much more beautiful and grand than us humans. So they had glimpses of higher realms, but without penetrating knowledge of the Truth mistook them for "God." -
Oh yeah if you can go longer it's probably better. It's just 5 days is for a lot of people is difficult. You could add activated charcoal when you start getting the die off symptoms and enemas. But I think fasting is just an adjunct to the treatment, it won't give full resolution to sibo. Unless maybe you do an intensive 3 weeks or something like that. But it's easier to just fast for a short period then take the antibacs and spore probiotics and gut lining powders

I can't remember the actual info about dmps but it's supposed to cause less side effects than dmsa. Perhaps a stronger binder meaning it doesn't let go as easily, so not necessarily it pulls more mercury, but whatever it does grab it holds onto until out of the body.

ala is super cheap if you go to swanson or get powders and pack your own pills. i use ala powder from bulk supplements. i take a plastic microscoop (red one) that is around 10mg size. Usually measures around 7mg level scoop. then i put them in a capsule machine and add vitamin c just to fill up the capsule. this method you can start with 7mg for your first few rounds, if your good, up to 2 scoops per capsule next few rounds and continue that way. Ive been reading DMPS is MUCH better than DMSA no matter what the andy cutler people say. Creates less side effects and better binder. must take every 8 hrs though, so its a bit more confusing to dose if your doing ALA along side it which is every 3 hrs.

what i did for my sibo is something similar to the healthy gut healthy you book protocol. begin with fasting 5 days, or bone broth fast, this starves down all gut bacteria, good and bad, so when you start your killing herbs it has much more effectiveness rather than trying to kill a healthy and hale army of bacteria. then when you start eating again, eat low fiber that exacerbates sibo and start taking your antibac herbs. i like formulas like fc cidal/dysbiocide combo, or gi synergy by apex energetics. Dr ruscio of healthy gut healthy you has sup formulas too according to his protocol. you need to switch formulas every couple months and not take the same one all the time. What a functional doctor told me was basically you wont kill it all at one time. Each treatment will reduce the population of sibo by X percent. not even the prescription one they use riflaxamin or something is successful on the first treatment. So you have to usually do this for 4-6 months. You can take some probiotics which usually work in conjunction with the antibac herbs. Restore Flora by microbiome labs is a good one, or the one Dr. Ruscio has. To reduce some of the die off you can take activated charcoal. itll bind to the toxins being released. also helps to reduce inflammation in the gut so some type of gut mucosa powder usually with aloe, slippery elm, glutamine, etc to help heal intestinal lining. something like colostrum helps with that also. id read dr ruscios book to get a general outline, then go on his webstore to see his supps so you can get a general idea of how to attack the problem. If you have the money its easier to just get his supps, or you can piece together a regimen with various brands to get the lowest cost. I use this persons fullscrip account to get 25% off of supps. https://www.maybeitsmercury.com/supplements sometimes its a lot better than normal cost, sometimes its almost the same, you just gotta compare prices. Id say the 5day fast before starting a killing regimen is key to get those exponential gains which will save you money also. Like every 1-2 months take a break from supps and just fast. then start supps again after the fast is over.

This is more a personal statement than anything. Coffee doesn't have a negative effect on meditation for a lot of people.

Try not to give it fuel. the more you feed it the more energy it has. This includes negative feelings towards having those desires. Be aloof to them, without participation, and gradually the desire will weaken.

@SQAAD Try to increase fiber from vegetables if you do have white bread to help move it along the digestive track. the lack of fiber is what causes that constipation since white bread doesn't have the natural bran to move it through the intestines. Water helps too.

@Preety_India good luck with vegan. It seems very difficult to get enough protein without milk products. Luckily we live in an age with all kinds of supplements and powders haha.

Try more cooked foods rather than raw. Healthy fats like olive oil and coconut oil. I'd recommend against polyunsaturated fats like sunflower. They generally dampen metabolism and thyroid giving you less energy. Try to get more protein. Hemp seeds or hemp protein powder for protein. Sprouted/soaked nuts. You can try amino acid pills or powders like the MAP ones or other variations. Try to soak/sprout your legumes/beans overnight to reduce the digestive burden. I'd recommend against soy milk since there are a lot of phytic acid acid in soybeans and soy milk doesn't properly get rid of them so they burden your digestion. Increase sea salt intake to help with electrolytes.

Healthy gut healthy you is a good book with protocols.

Some people tend to hold their breath when they are concentrating or anxious etc without realizing it and this has an effect on the nervous system. So if you can just breath in and out smoothly this will but you in a more parasympathetic (relaxed) state. I think for daily breathing the main points are to use your nose only, breath with the diaphragm, and slower/longer breaths are best.

Arabica is a species of coffee tree. Brazilian is a region the coffee was grown. African coffees are fruity/floral with high acidity (fruity acidity), South American coffees are sweet and fruity, central American like Brazilian would be more earthy and chocolate. Brazilians are usually cheaper and known more as lower quality, but there are some that are higher quality. Check out roasters online like black and white, passenger coffee, onyx. They are well regarded specialty coffee roasters. They ship to you or have monthly subscriptions. If you want the full coffee experience though you need a good grinder. If you use those 50$ ones from Walmart you won't be able to differentiate the flavors your specialty coffee beans can bring out. Automatic will cost more while hand grinders give better quality for the price. Entry level automatic would be baratza encore. Fellow ode is a good mid tier automatic. I'd recommend hand grinders though because a $130 hand grinder is equivalent to like a $200 automatic grinder. For hand grinders I recommend 1zpresso j series to start with, or k series for top of the line. Commandante are also top of the line hand grinders but pricey. A v60 brewer is one of the best brewers and have tons of recipes you can find on youtube.

Do you think minkoffs products actually work? I tried the metal free spray but honestly it sounds a bit woo woo. Like some probiotic that digests heavy metals etc.

All those except chronic stress are the result of ingesting/inhaling things into the body. I think environmental toxins, emf radiation, microplastics, and pesticides do much more harm than people think. While a sedentary life does not make ones body strong per say, I don't think it's enough to develop these chronic degenerative diseases. I feel like if we didn't have these insidious toxins but still lived the modern day lifestyle, we would have far less cancers, autoimmune, etc.

@Consilience there are herbal alternatives for treating h pylori. But it'll probably be more expensive and take longer. Do your own research before deciding. Some of the recommended things are black cumin oil, mastic gum, berberine, licorice extract, zinc carnosine. Honestly h pylori is nasty stuff they can destroy your stomach. Taking antibiotics aren't THAT bad, especially when h pylori is worse, they have these hooks that dig into your stomach lining and make them evade a lot of medicines. You can just make sure to take probiotics and eat correctly while your gut microbiome is recovering. Taking licorice, zinc carnosine, glutamine or a combo powder that's used for healing the gut lining is helpful because when you heal the ulcers, the h pylori weeken. There's studies that say taking black cumin seed/oil with antibiotic like orniprizole (sp?) Increases cure rate than just antibiotic alone.
