The cholesterol in eggs is actually healthy. There's a myth that's perpetuated about all cholesterol=bad. Having high cholesterol is actually protective as long as it's the good one. Eggs are amazing, especially the yolks. One of very few foods with real vitamin a (not beta carotene) and vitamin e in good amounts. Best to have runny yolks to get those vitamins in tact though. You'll see the color of the yolk go from orange to yellow as they oxidize. Free range eggs are also superior to soy and corn fed eggs. If the yolk is light yellow, they most likely been fed a soy and corn diet which leads to low lvls of vit a and e as well as being higher in unsaturated fats which is toxic. Also if your not using eggs for protein and bulking, you could not eat all the whites, because the whites of the egg are actually a little unhealthy. I forget why exactly but I think the albumin or something messes with the gut and can enter the blood stream where you don't want it. When cooked it's less of a problem, though still a small problem. Dr mercola only eats the yolks and gives the whites to his personal trainer lol. Michael you used the argument about tofu having no saturated fat being a good thing, but most people these days will agree saturated fats are healthy. The whole saturated fat is bad and hardens arteries has been debunked. People are throwing out their toxic margarine and unsaturated fats (which are highly oxidized) in favor of saturated fats as its metabolism boosting along with other benefits. In general I'm still on the fence about tofu. It's loaded with unsaturated fats which leads to storing fat in the body. Which is why they feed it to livestock, to fatten them up. They actually tried feeding cattle coconut oil because the myth it makes you fat,, but the cattle ended up losing weight! Then they found how corn and soy fatten them up so they switched to those. But there are possible benefits eating it sometimes for certain people who are at risk of breast cancer and such diseases. I wouldn't use it for anything other than medicine though.

Purador anti hair fall shampoo is good one. It's soap free since soaps like sls do not belong on the face and scalp. Soaps strip natural body oils and raise the pH of the skin which is not good for it. Screws with your endocrine system also. For face, use gentle cleansers that are low ph which is important. Cosrx good morning cleansers a good one. While Michael is right, most facial products are chemical cocktails, it's also true they help prevent skin aging. Properly cleansed and moistured skin will always have less wrinkles than just trying to do everything with diet alone. It's good to use a moisturizer after cleansing as cleansing strips natural oils and dry unmoisturized skin leads to wrinkles. When you talk and smile, your stretching the skin, so if your skins dried out it creates more tears, i.e. wrinkles, than if say you have elastic well moistened skin that can bounce around with your expressions. That's just a simplification of course, but the principle holds true. Some people can get away with coconut oil on the face, but it is comedogenic for some (clogs pores leading to pimples). Easiest to just buy a face lotion like cerave am/pm. Cosrx is a good Korean brand that's more affordable and cleaner ingredients too. If you have good skin then you can probably use whatever, but if your prone to clogging you'll have to find something that works for you. I'd stay away from essential oils in facial products since they're irritants, but the scalp and body is fine.

try being aware of the natural breath, whether is it long or short, shallow or deep. just light awareness of the inhale and exhale. dont try to control the breathing. if you still find yourself putting too much effort on the breath try breathing in for 5 seconds, and breathing out for 10 seconds. longer exhales promote parasympathetic response (relaxation response). then after a while of doing this you can go back to the natural breath. if still focusing on the natural breath is too difficult, you can use the counting method. after an inhale and exhale note 1, after another inhale and exhale note 2. count to 10 then go back to 1 and start again.

cutting a blotters not a good way to get even doses. throw a tab in 10g or 10ml of vodka. 1g/1ml would then give you around 10mcg depending on strength of your tab. or get a 1oz dropper bottle and fill it with 30ml vodka and drop the blotter in. 1 squeeze of the dropper is just a bit short of 1ml. so if you put 3 tabs in, 1 squeeze would be about 10mcg. make sure to let the tab sit for 24hrs and then shake it before you take.

get a sleep tracker that measures your HRV. then youll know if sleeping at the wrong times of the day is affecting your health, but generally yes, not sleeping when its dark will mess with hormones like melatonin and cortisol.

i wouldnt over drink water. the kinds of drink x amount of water a day advice is pretty old school like the food pyramid. you should only drink as much water as you feel like drinking and not more. dont drink if you dont have thirst, unless you find your urine very yellow then you should probably up it a bit. but if your pee is always clear then your drinking way too much water and taxing your kidneys and leaching minerals from the body. sounds like you know your problem is from stressing out about where you are in life and the answer is going to be how you want to come to terms with it. maybe you can try some breathwork first thing in the morning. i like doing Soma breath, they have free vids on youtube. they combine affirmations with breathwork. i usually find this helps with quieting these types of anxieties. to help with sleeping early you could try blue blocking glasses; the ones that are completely red block the most blue/green light but may be harder to see with than the more orange ones. idk if your work would look at you funny for wearing it though, but if you can wear them 30 min before you get off work it really helps to mellow you out, especially if you work somewhere with fluorescent lights which do the opposite and wind you up (which is why companies love using it).

you can buy these red films to put over lights, but then everything will be red. you could also just buy low blue light bulbs. hooga is an affordable brand. low flicker are as important as the color as normal LED lights have high flicker rates which causes subtle stressors to the eyes and thus the nervous system.

I don't like taking essential oils directly because it's very irritating (especially oregano oil). You can try oral probiotics (I use nature wise brand). They always leave my teeth plaque free even when I wake up in the morning. Or if you prefer antibacterial diluted hydrogen peroxide is great. There's a brand of mouthwash that sells pre diluted ones. It's also a natural teeth whitener. Fixed my dad's bleeding gums up right away.

I did liver flushes instead of water fasting. Basically drink half cup olive oil in the morning and evening mixed with half cup of grapefruit juice. An hour before I'd do water or a coffee enema to get the stones out from the previous drink. I'd also take some liver cleansing herbs (herbs that stimulate bile flow). Did it for 4-5 days. Not big changes to diet, except I ate less vegetables, little more meat. Didn't eat stuff like celery or garlic much because that gave me bad gas because the prebiotic fibers.

You could check out the book becoming a supple leopard by Kelly starrett. It's pretty much everyone's go to book on stretching and staying supple, but it's a hefty book with a lot of techniques. Very good myofascial release with those small rubber balls (I forget what they're called), foam rollers, exercise bands, stretching. I found MSM powder will very quickly give your muscles suppleness. Only thing I've found to be a real supplement that helps flexibility.

Everyone has their own "protocol," but out of all the ones I've found I like that the best. It's got steps, and rationales for them, all thats left is to follow it for the correct duration of time. I used to try this and try that for a month and didn't have much relief, then I just stuck to one protocol that's good and got relief. His supps are nicely organized into steps and is convenient to just get and use, but I resourced my own from other sites for a bit cheaper, though the ingredients are mostly the same. I used https://www.maybeitsmercury.com/supplements for fc cidal and dysbiocide as the main killing herbs. Combined with oregano oil, and allicin (only in the beginning since it's expensive) and restore flora from microbiome labs. Then I'd switch to apex energetics gi synergy from Dr Alex Reinhart website for my 2nd killing herb formula. I'd usually do each formula for 2 or so months before switching. I also took some powders for gut mucosa lining healing and incorporated 3-4 days of fasting before starting a new killing herb formula.

Qigong isn't magic, it's just control of qi. Kind of like learning to do a back flip. Practice it long enough and you can do it. It's a more baser type of siddhi, more like training an unused muscle,, not like telepathy, flight, clairvoyance type of stuff. I met this guy. Had him use qi on me. With a light touch (like barely contacting) he could spasm a muscle. Not really spasm, but block the qi channels with his own qi, which you feel as electricity/buzzing, not painful though. Like if he brushed my shoulder, my arm would fly up by itself and when I force it down then relax, it flies back up. He then took the qi back without touching me at all and my arm went back to normal. Also did other things like send qi to the spleen from 10 ft away so all I could taste was sweetness for like an hour. Not magic, just qi. Edited: put better video https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=kLyLXdRNKLU He died though, he was doing a healing session and it was the last patient of the day and even though he was tired, he thought he could finish the treatment, but he overextended his qi and got a brain hemmorage. So even with "super powers" you can still die and it means nothing. That's why the masters always say don't bother with siddhis, it won't lead to the end of suffering.

I think the diet that causes the most suffering is best for consciousness . There's a reason why the most poverty ridden nations also have the most highly advanced beings. They're all like crap I better get enlightened fast or i have to keep living in these conditions, while we're here in the 1st world arguing about whether hamburgers or acai bowls will bring us enlightenment.

You could also ramp up your metabolism. Take saturated fats 1-2tbsp a day. Drink coffee, lift weights, do red light therapy.

something with AHPCO and polar ionization. they release particles that bind to surfaces and sanitize the area. normal purifiers just filter the air that goes into the machine or try to use plasma or uv to kill passing air, but it can only clean air that goes into the machine, whereas AHPCO and polar ionization actually go out and do the heavy lifting to disable molds and viruses. something like https://www.airoasis.com/compare-portable-air-purifiers/. or hypoair makes a whole house one you install in your vents. look for coupon codes and stuff because theyre out there.

edit: didnt mean to double post but w/e oh yeah it helps to take some bile moving/producing herbs if your going to do this. usually can just get a supplement meant for "liver cleansing." itll usually have herbs to open the bile ducts which will help move everything out and reduce any discomfort the olive oil/grapefruit juice potion may create.

the elemental diet is the easy way where you can still have some energy and go about your daily business, it just costs more money. fasting is the more do it yourself way, that may be more tiring, but its free. i think 4-7 days water fast is fine, you can do more i guess but i dont know if its more efficient, but theres benefits of water fasting itself of course. i think doing 4-7 day fasts every once in a while is better than longer fasts for sibo just because you still need the antibacterial herbs and good population of gut biome to get well. MAYBE fasting can cure everything but i hardly see success stories doing it that way. so the point of elemental diet and short fasts is just to starve BOTH good and bad bacteria down to a lower level, then when you start on herbs and stuff its easier to target those bad bacteria. its like throwing a grenade into a huge army vs a single platoon. youll get more success if theyre not as full and strong and breeding like animals, well bacteria. personally i did a 5 day liver flush protocol instead of water fasting. drank 1/2 cup olive oil + 1/2 cup grapefruit juice shaken in the morning and evening. then did enemas 1hr before each time to help move the bile/stones out.
