My point wasn't that a person should suffer, i don't think a person will suffer if they go a week like that, my point was that when we stop indulging with physical reality that makes reality lighter which makes God more obvious, it won't physically hurt us or kill us, not for that period at least. Like for example a month ago i went 40 hours without food, water and sleep and God became pretty obvious, i was in that state of being merged with everything while at the same time still operating like a normal human and all, and that's only 40 hours, the more one goes the more obvious it becomes.

Removing food, water, sleep (of course this would include having to rest instead, but without falling into deep sleep and losing the consciousness) and waste of sexual energy out of our lives, i think this would be enough for anyone to have God pour into their bubble of consciousness, or have God reveal itself within like a week, of course psychedelics are another option but they don't make the state permanent.

(Also i just wanna say when it comes to the no-sleep part you will still sleep just not to the same degree, for example you'll sleep maybe 30 minutes to an hour every 4-5 days)

I don't literally expect a painless life with 24/7 bliss, of course there will be pain and i'm fine with that, but i do expect there to basically be daily bliss and even in those moments of pain at least behind all that pain i expect there to be that constant bliss. And the reason why i'm expecting this is because i had moments of life being that way whenever i was doing pranic living + not wasting sexual energy, it's just that i would fall of track. Let me put it like this because you want it binary, Leo and basically no one on this forum is enlightened, she is enlightened. Of course you can realize something without embodying it, that's what most people do in spiritual communities, they realize they are God, love, bliss, blah blah blah and then they aren't any of that in their human life, they live a blissless, loveless, selfish life, everything they have realized isn't showing in practice. I mean psychedelic realizations are a perfect example of that, psychedelics give a high that goes away, it's not constant, it gives you an orgasmic state and then it goes away.

She is more enlightened than Leo or basically anyone that i have seen on this forum, you can't be enlightened if you don't have sacred sexuality (basically the most important thing there is) and some degree of pranic living (2nd most important thing in life) in your spiritual inventory, because without this you may have all the realizations but none of the embodiment, what's the point of all the realizations if your life isn't bliss 24/7 for the rest of your life? And instead is in most cases still hell

She has lost it in some ways i think but overall i find a lot of value in what she talks about, especially when it comes to honoring sexuallity and pranic living, these 2 things are massively missed by Leo/forum and most spiritual circles, People don't talk about it even tho it's maybe the most important thing in my opinion.

Just do brahmacharya and you'll be good (doesn't have to be for a lifetime of course), that's the only way to become a real man really, everything else is good too, all the other techniques and tricks are nice and i add them to my lifestyle as well but they are additional, they don't change the core itself, only brahmacharya does.

I'm not gonna argue cause i can't be bothered, i'm not a malnourished Hindu, i'm just a guy who heard about the practice, tested it myself and realised that life without it is hell in contrast, if you don't want to do it don't, if you're open to doing it try it out, i can't think of anything more beneficial for a human life than this lifestyle.

I would personally say a masculine man is what you naturally become on brahmacharya, as long as you're not on brahmacharya to some degree (doesn't have to be whole lifetime) whatever you are is an attempt at being a masculine man, an act, a character, but still not an authentic one truly.
