  1. Leo when you began your psychedelic journey you stated that 5-Meo-DMT potentiates other psychedelic experiences, making other psychedelics have qualities of a 5-MeO trip. Is it possible that your DPT experience has been potentiated by previous 5-MeO trips, where as if you never touched 5-MeO it would be completely different?
  2. My life isn't half bad however I did loose the desire to be alive, not so far to kill myself, but just a desire to not live. Then I did LSD in a rainforest and EVERYTHING CHANGED. There is no escape, we are here to grow. My advice to you is to responsibly try out a psychedelic medicine.
  3. Hey self-actualizers, now that I have your attention, let me clear out that I love meditation and I am passionate about it. I've been meditating everyday ( missed a few days, and taken intentional short breaks) for 5 years now. I am in my mid twenties, I want to be building my future life, carrying out my purpose, and all that good stuff. When I meditate, I feel so at ease with the present moment, everything is beautiful and perfect as it is, (and it is), so I find perfect Peace in the silence of my living room. However it leaves me not wanting to carry out tasks, accomplish goals, create a vision, get shit done. This is a problem because if I don't get my shit together I'm gonna regret it and create unnecessary suffering, working an unfulfilling job, yet I my gut tells me quitting meditation isn't the right way, I feel too neurotic without it, (I only do it for 40-60 minutes. ) Can any of you relate? Now I just meditate for around 10-15 minutes and I do visualization for the next 10-20 minutes and It has really helped to put some drive into my life. Hope this tip helps. note: There are a few good articles online about this, as well as articles with the opposite view in favor of meditation.

  6. If you were alone in a deserted tropical island and you could have just ONE book with you, what book would it be?
  7. I would love to share with you guys a wonderful tool I used to teach myself meditation. It's simple, just write down your experience of the meditation session in a Meditation Journal. I jot down the date and time, duration of the session, my general experience, tips and tricks I learned in the moment to focus the mind. After the session, I write down how I felt before, during and after, also whether or not I could focus or calm the monkey chatter, if I was uncomfortable or serene, sensations in the body, and much more. Whatever the experience, it goes on paper after time's up. The real value recording the experience is that it helps you to permanently teach yourself how to meditate properly, and it's fun as well. Hope it helps! Peace
