@Leo Gura Leo ! Congrats on finally experiencing and remembering your essence. Thanks for sharing it with us. One piece of advice. Instead of using a drug to reach that state, change your vibration. Become pure love and pure light and you will return to your essence.

Enlightenment brings profound happiness and Joy. But it's a kind of happiness that comes from deep within. From a place of tenderness, acceptance and pure love. Laughter is also very common

@cetus56 @Leo Gura Something I wrote about a year ago. I wanted to share it with you.. ------ "I was taken back, before everything began, before everything that IS came to Be. We were pure awareness, we were pure love, we were a sea of light. We were One. We felt a deep desire to share everything that we WERE (beauty, joy, love, light, compassion etc..) But how can we share ourselves with ourselves if we are one? So we made a plan. We will separate and we will hide ourselves from ourselves only to find ourselves again. When we find ourselves again we will remember the beauty that we ARE. That will be our gift of love. When we remember the beauty that we ARE we will become one again. That is our promise. It's like hiding from a child the most delicious candy he can eat only to see how the child cries in joy when he finally finds it. I finally understood what “We are one” means. It is our nature, our essence, it is where we came from and where we are going, it is our highest state of being. I could finally answer, the question I had tried, but failed to answer in the letter I wrote to my son years ago. Why are we here ? Now I know. The ultimate and only purpose of our existence, is to one day, in full awareness and blissful joy and beauty remember and experience the beauty that we are. Becoming aware of the beauty and greatness that we are is so amazing that an entire universe was created just so that we could experience it. This is how special it is. Truly beautiful.. When we remember who we are, we become one again, we fulfill the promise awareness made itself and we return the beautiful gift of love we were given. Nothing I can write can describe the beauty that we are. It needs to be experienced. It is meant to be discovered. But If I had to put it in words this is what I would say: We are pure awareness, pure love and pure light, eternal, divine and one with everything and everyone. We are one with all that IS. (We are one with God) What he wants is for us to become aware that we are made of him so that we can shine with the same love, the same wisdom, and the same strength than him."

@cetus56 Yes. Imagine a huge sea of pure awareness vibrating as pure love, radiating pure light. That is what god IS. Before everything you see came to Be that was the only thing that existed. The first surprise of enlightenment is that you are made of the same essence. (Pure awareness, pure love and pure light). The second surprise is that we were all a part of that huge sea of awareness. We are all part of God and where we all together as one. That ́s what “We are One” means. The third surprise is that everything you see today IS made of the same essence. And even though we see ourselves as separate we are really together. We are still One in essence.

One suggestion: Read this with your heart, not your mind. ... When I asked What does we are one mean ? My awareness was somehow taken back. Before everything that IS came to BE. Before we decided to express to create and enter form. We were “pure awareness, pure love and pure light.” Imagine an immense sea of pure light vibrating as pure love. That is what we were. We were blissful, we were complete, We were ONE !.. We were completely immersed in our being. Completely immersed in our beauty. Out of this ecstasy of joy and love a deep desire emerged and permeated all our being. The desire to share our joy, our beauty everything that we were. But how can we share ourselves with ourselves if we are One ? So we made a plan: We will create the illusion of separation. We will hide ourselves from ourselves only to find ourselves again in absolute beauty. When we find ourselves again we will remember the beauty that we ARE. That will be our gift of love. When we remember who we ARE we will become one again. That will be our promise. This is why everything that IS came to BE. It was an act of Love. How did it actually happen ? How did we create the illusion of separation ? Well this is probably the most beautiful part of the story. Contrary to popular belief we didn't have a “magic wand” in our hand. We couldn't create form out of nothingness. It was only us. So we created it out of our own awareness. Out of ourselves. Awareness can vibrate at any frequency. Everything you see is made of our own awareness vibrating at different frequencies. That is how we created the illusion of separation. We are lost in a sea of vibrating awareness. But it is only an illusion. We are still together. We are still One. Now to answer your question: As you know, the highest frequency is Love. When awareness vibrates as love it radiates pure light. Light is not our essential nature it is the result of our vibration. This is why mystics and theologians refer to God as having a triple nature. Christians “trinity” The father (awareness), The son (Love) and the holy spirit (light). As always I dont want anyone to believe me. This is only an invitation to look inside yourselves and find the truth. Look deeper.. and let me know if this makes sense to you.

Amazing how we all get to the same place of light and stillness. It is not a coincidence. We all come from the same place.. Our home is the same.

@Emerald Wilkins @Leo Gura @Nic @cetus56 The first of my last 3 experiences was also very beautiful .. and it came a few days before my second final awakening experience. I wrote it down .. this is exactly what happened: " I tuned my feelings into the music, as I usually did during meditation. Once again light surrounded my head but this time the energy was so strong that it clouded my vision. My entire body was vibrating in love. I can't explain exactly what happened next, but somehow my awareness was transported to a different place. It was a place of endless emptiness with a huge radiant light in the distance. I was there, staring at the light deeply humbled by a beautiful vision of love and unity. Tears of joy fell from my eyes as words flowed through me directly from this place of love and light. “ light, love and compassion surrounds me .. my entire body shines and vibrates in awareness.. i am there.. i see the light, bright and clear and millions shining in joy, a sea of light, stillness and wisdom.. i am there, as a witness, it is a gift to be remembered and shared. we are pure love meant to shine bright and illuminate the skies.. no fear, no sadness only eternal peace and joy.. we are together, together as one.. this is the truth, the only reality.. it is time to remember who we are, it is time to be awake.. we are all made of light” Eventually the sensation of light went away and my awareness returned. A profound peace and sense of grace came over me, at the same time my emotions were at a state of euphoria and excitement.

@Emerald Wilkins @Leo Gura @Nic @cetus56 I've had many experiences, all of them beautiful. The last 3 were very, very profound and mystical. The last one was breathtaking. I didn't understand exactly what “We are One” meant. And I wanted to know. I had been immersed in a deep state of being for months and my vibration was extremely high. When I asked What does we are one mean ? My awareness was somehow taken back before everything that IS came to BE. Before we decided to express to create and enter form. We were “pure awareness, pure love and pure light.” Imagine an immense sea of pure light vibrating as pure love. That is what we were. We were blissful, we were complete, We were ONE ! I remained in this state for days ! .. It was not only a vision. I physically felt everything that happened. Then I remembered ( and felt ) why we decided to express (create everything) the reason or purpose of FORM/creation

@Lorcan Who you are (in essence) is dificult to express with words. Nothing I can write can describe the beauty that you are. It needs to be experienced. It is meant to be discovered. But If I had to put it in words this is what I would say: You are pure awareness, pure love and pure light, eternal, divine and one with everything and everyone. We are one with all that IS. It is called enlightenment because when you experience who you are you become Pure Light. You experience your deepes Self. Becoming aware of the beauty and greatness that you are is so beautiful that an entire universe was created just so that we could experience it. This is how special it is.

Reminds me of something I wrote a year ago.. "magic, is all around us everything.. from the biggest star to the smallest particle of dust is a gift of love to us. Fulfillment and joy is in becoming aware of the absolute beauty and perfection of everything around us life is a beautiful gift .. paradise is here and now, look inside yourself to find it”

Yes. In fact that was my last EGO crisis. That was 9 months ago. Complete acceptance of what IS since then. Very beautiful to realize that accepting, loving and having compassion for yourself is the only path to finding lasting Peace. ?

@DizIzMikey I dont know exactly what you are going through but I want to share with you something a wrote when I went through an EGO crisis about 9 months ago.. I hope it helps ! --- @cetus56 @Emerald Wilkins @jjer94 A deep feeling of grace and love filled my life and days and weeks went by in perfect joy and beauty. I had fallen in love with this sublime and beautiful part of myself. One day during one of my weekly guided meditations I felt a deep cold emptiness inside me. How can this be ? How could I feel this emptiness inside me after all I have gone thru ? Once again I would find the answer inside myself. I paid attention to my feelings. Something inside me felt alone, forgotten and sad. It wanted to be seen, it wanted to be remembered and it wanted to be included. I could visualize this energy inside me like a lonely child in a dark place shaking, cold and scared. It was afraid and it wanted to reject this new and beautiful side of me. This energy of fear and sadness was so powerful that it took me out of the beautiful state of grace I had been for weeks. My first reaction, out of ignorance, was to to reject it. But the more I rejected it the stronger it became. Rejection was not the solution. The answer was love and compassion. The answer was acceptance. I would accept this energy as part of myself. If it felt alone I would embrace it, if it felt forgotten I would remember it, and if it felt sad I would give it all my love. Nothing would be left behind, nothing would be forgotten, everything would be acknowledged and everything would be accepted. I would visualize myself embracing this dark and frightened part of myself and accepting it as part of who I AM. A few weeks later, the sense of cold emptiness was gone. ---- Love Yourself !!!! Dont reject yourself !!!!
