Sit on a chair, close your eyes, put your hands on your lap and stay that way while you feel comfortable. During that state, thoughts, emotions and sensory impressions will appear to you in the present moment, events experienced during the day or from your past, and all that is good, spontaneous cleansing of negative emotions from those events will follow. Do not interfere directly and willingly in the whole process and after a while your Soul will send you direction what to do.

The purpose of incarnations on the Physical Plane is to recognize and materialize the own spiritual essence. When we achieve this, we end the cycle of birth and death, after which as immortal spiritual consciousness (which we are now, but immaterialized) we continue our development on spiritual planes, to the level of creator of a completely new Universe, the Universe created in accordance with our ideas and concepts.

Enlightenment represents the final stage of the development of consciousness, which certainly requires the practice of some type of non-Ego meditation. Then the Soul of the meditator with its healing-developmental action lowers the level of vibrations of consciousness, erases the "patches" of the Ego from the 12 layers of the aura, heals all disorders and diseases that exist ... and much more, which is individual for each meditator individually. Thanks to these actions, the Spiritual Plans of consciousness become available to the meditator, first of all through contact with his Soul, and later with other spiritual consciousnesses from which he received the necessary spiritual knowledge and directions.

When the moment of permanent abandonment of the physical body comes, the Ribbon of Life in the area of the navel is cut, with which begins the process of decomposition of the Life (Etheric), Emotional (Astral) and Thought body. The permanent consciousness of a person who resides in the area of the thymus gland - the Developmental Consciousness of the Soul, leaves the physical body through the central energy flow, meets its Soul and then spends some time with it in the so-called a Resting Place, a level of vibration that precedes the entry into Spiritual Plan. During the stay in the Resting Place the whole life takes place again, from the last events to the previous ones, and then conclusions are drawn about the correct choices and mistakes that the person made. After that, together with his Soul, he enters the Spiritual Plan. After a certain "time", she feels the need to incarnate again, correct mistakes and realize plans that she failed in her previous life, then her Soul communicates this desire to a highly developed spiritual consciousness which - in accordance with its karmic and darmic data, determines the elements of its new incarnation. How to avoid the abuse of aggressive and psychopathic people is a million dollar question, so everyone will react in a different way.
