@BlurryBoi Tbh I didn't quite understand.. What do you mean by 'action' and by 'meta'?
-
@BlurryBoi I think that, with respect to all you've said above, it would be way smarter for you to go for psychotherapy than psychedelics. If you can't afford it yourself, you can get free psychotherapy here: https://youarerad.org/ Either way.. just take care ?

@Eternal Unity Congratulations! I'm so happy for you. Wish you all the best!

@Carl-Richard Sorry, but you are not @Someone here and you can't really know what it's like for him, in his personal experience, for everyone constructs his/her model of reality in his/her unique way. These questions were asked mostly to make him try to really think about it in a different way. How could one change anything if one doesn't change their perspective on the matter first? What is exactly his 'itch'? Why is he 'scratching' the way he does, and not in some other way? What would happen if he just stayed present with it?
-
Why is smoking so unique? What does it offer that nothing else does?
-
I'm hoping for this too. Life purpose Be patient Self-actualization Subconcious mind Be present ?

@Ulax Thank you. I really needed a reminder for this.

I've been fighting this bacteria for 3 years now, but they keep coming back. I get symptoms - antibiotics therapy - symptoms disappear for some time - then they come back again... and so on and on and on. I just got the results of my nasal swab and I'm positive on this bacteria again - 90%!! In addition to antibiotics, I also tried a saline solution with 1% hydrogen peroxide. I really don't know what to do anymore. Has anyone had a similar problem? Any advice on how to get rid of them once and for all?
-
Nope, tried that as well. The only thing that helps besides antibiotics is 1% hydrogen peroxide in saline (guess it kills some of the bacteria), but it's not a long term solution.
-
I already tried this, but they wouldn't go away and I would have to do something about it eventually. Well it is.. it makes 90% of my nose flora which isn't quite normal.

Dry scabby nostrils with small sores. Due to postnasal drip bacteria get to my throat and cause bad breath. Lately, I've been getting nosebleeds more often. I'm not sure if this infection is the reason, but it wouldn't surprise me.

How could you make your reality so pleasurable that you wouldn't want to be in a fantasy land anymore?
-
What is it about reality mode that makes you want to run away from it into fantasy mode?

Lack of life purpose

What I meant was: whether these traumas imagined by us are going to be used in order to keep us asleep or in some other way is up to how we interpret them.
-
I don't think anything is created or imagined for any particular reason. It's us who choose in which order are we going to (or not) relate and react to it based on the meaning we are attaching to that thing.

Not at all. It only tells me that person is in some kind of crisis and needs to be heard and understood.

@StarStruck There's a book 'It's not always depression: Working the change triangle to listen to the body, discover core emotions and connect to your authentic self' by Hilary Jacobs Hendel. You may find it helpful.

@StarStruck Hey, I have problem with repressed emotions too. Do you have daily meditation practice? I've been doing SDS for 2 years now and since january all kind of bottled up emotions and childhood memories started coming up during my sessions and I often end up crying my eyes out. I've never done any psychedelic, so I can't help you there.
