  1. So I’ve decided to dedicated myself to this area because I know I’ve approached this subject in mainly only a cognitive way to date. I also don’t want to do the journal and that’s another reason why I have to do it because the very reason why I don’t want to do it is purely emotional, a blocker to emotional growth that I realise I still need to pair with my cognitive growth in self awareness. I know this is an important subject to many here as well so I feel it has the potential to be of great benefit to others so it’s for this reason as well that I will enjoy the pleasure of doing diligence to this subject. All the best and genuinely looking forward to what’s created here.
  2. Raising awareness in the big toe. So I've just now been doing this feedback exercise where I: 1. focus on awareness as calmly and intuitively as (1) possible (2) needed / is the flow 2. focus on an area within my body --- in this case it was my big toe, yeah I know haha 3. play and sing improvisational piano and harmonic voice that was designed to improvise based on the communication aka the feedback between awareness and my big toe Experience was beautiful. And yeah... I know.... Haha. I'm learning a lot here about this process and work, sincerely.
  3. A lot of questions, postulations and hypotheses here are being developed from these insights, insights which will take some time to reach full conclusivity. For example, I've now for the first time experientially (meaning cognitively I've been aware that others have voiced this possibility) verified that memories and associative memory can even be stored at least in part within the body. For, after allowing awareness to come more alive within certain areas of my body, new memory associations and freedoms have opened up. To this realisation as well, various bodily movements will therefore aid the opening of awareness in certain areas then if I am correct, two, perhaps certain specific exercises can be developed for the specialised goal of opening awareness in certain, any and all areas within the body. How did I stumble upon this insight? In my experiences with people, every person that I have developed a personal relationship with has shared their energy body with me through their presence and through their presence they have given off a different "vibe", this vibe I now realise translates into a distribution of awareness within their body and in doing so correlations with the way that energy flows within their being. This "vibe" was no doubt a combination of noted distributed awareness and the felt energy of noted intrinsic personality. I will not pretend for a moment that I am an expert in this subject, the purpose of this journal is to exercise and achieve mastery; correct attention on my focus, purpose and goals here please to all readers.   4. My thoughts are not inflexible of course. Investigation continues. It's a completely new domain for me at present, in all honesty I'm thinking the likelihood that intrinsic self may even be located throughout the body as an evenly distributed awareness, that instead of it being just in the centre of the body rather that is just where I am feeling my awareness so instead, intrinsic self is fully realised after awareness is fully realised across the body and to the extent that this is achieved. Further related hypotheses where it serves.
  5. To briefly discriminate in relation to how I will be personally moving forward here. I am not here to intellectually perform for anyone here, I am here to share and discuss, philosophical and psychological terminology or any other scientific (i.e. hypothesis) and spiritual terminology will only be used if necessary and otherwise avoided for the laymen reader Discriminations will be made between the following: Personal theory and personal sentiment Others personal theories and sentiments The validity of one and two where it is relevant to provide elaboration What will be done with all contributions here no matter the contribution? Everything will be correlated and creatively synthesised to aid where it is beneficial to do so to my ongoing understanding and development of ideas expressed in this journal and otherwise. How do I want you to interpret my words here? As freely as you wish Am I trying to brainwash anyone on the forum here (just in case)? No. What have I learned today about emotional self awareness? Personal sentiments to personal theory: self-experimentally validated only: Based on my self observation of awareness and the movement (i.e. shifting) of awareness following the concentration on certain aspects of my body I have realised that awareness most definitely has a kinaesthetic property much likened to understanding that in order to develop our physical dexterity we must use our body in skilled ways the same can be said about awareness, not only this, our awareness can be more or less focused in certain areas within the body, including too, located within the body. My hypothesis based on the above is that this plays a very large part in personality expression as the positioning of awareness within the body impacts emotional regulation, social cognition and responsivity and where the energies of psyche are dedicated from and to. Based on my experiences so far relative to my present personal understanding of intrinsic personality, to the extent that our awareness is located within the centre of our body which is where I believe intrinsic personality truly lives, a person will be more impervious to cultural influences, social conditioning, addictions, psychological manipulation including negative psychological self manipulation like self-gaslighting, thus all in all they will be impervious to brainwashing of sorts which arises as a consequence of not only "being out of touch" with our bodies as some may put it, but actually not having a certain presence of awareness that is located within the centre of our body which is representative of intrinsic self. After awareness has developed within intrinsic, a natural relationship between intrinsic self and the silent consciousness that awaits can begin to unfold. Now a link has begun to be established between the two, this is the beginning of the fluid combination of both emotional and cognitive awareness being able to be employed simultaneously on our experience of reality, aka all that we know of concerning experience and all perceptions we have therein. Based on these sentiments what can be concluded? intrinsic true self exists within being and it cannot be imagined (in the mind to be precise) only felt and experienced awareness has a distribution process and ability, something that is completely novel to me by the way, that is to say that awareness can be distributed across the body as opposed to simply awareness being located within our head and then being used to instruct certain aspects of our body. The way that awareness is distributed across the body has an undeniable impact on our personality and the level to which intrinsic personality from intrinsic self is expressed placing as much intelligent awareness on intrinsic self within the centre of the body is the gateway to emotional development at our deepest level of vulnerability and subsequent gateway to intelligent awareness of our bodies emotions; to begin with

Thank you. For correction, understanding emotional stability is the first point of stability, that comes from awareness. Psychedelics are to be used by those that are ready for them and no one else. It is irresponsible to be suggesting psychedelics in SEP area.

Emotional self awareness is the container of love > love is the container to openness > openness is the container to cognitive self awareness > and cognitive self awareness is the container to differentiation that takes me to truth. There can be no true courage in the absence of the love towards truth and the loving reason to be so courageous as for the act to also be heroic.
  15. Introduction: (just typed quickly on iPhone) The world of the felt experience is our energetic lucidity with the sublime of presence, unity and connection. Disturb this world and we are by corresponding degrees out of presence, unity and connection. It is arguably our closest relationship with the true self, the inner indivisible personality that is not subject to change, corruption or distortion. It is our closest relationship with its influence on our psychology, thus to the level that we are cut off from our true vine, our psychology will by those same talked about corresponding degrees will experience chaos, absorption and ostracising of both our true self and our connection with other beings at the deepest level. “Love” is often related to our human experience in an emotional sense, though it has deeper relationships with our being than being merely our experience of oxytocin. It is a precursor and nurturer of those first three characteristics through the openness, permeability and flow that is intrinsic to the fluidity marked by the expression of love in its full force in our being. “Hate” conversely, is unsurprisingly to closedness, impermeability and inflexibility with a self-imposive quality that is inversely related to love in that love is self-explosive relative to the self-efficacious expansion of being. The dichotomy of these two will reflect a gateway to understanding the full spectrum of being from an emotional sense and in combination, bringing focus to how we can both enhance and use our awareness to use the growth that we build in our understanding here to advance our overall state of being. Emotions are the knots, lenses and filters of and to the cognitive, the cognitive only has a positive change relationship to the emotions in the form of using whatever emotions we have stored in certain associations to change our focus rather than having an intrinsically positive influence. This means that emotional self understanding has a more powerful influence on our state of being than our cognitive self awareness, though this after we have the necessary cognition that enables us to use both focus and discernment in that understanding directed to our emotions, so in part, our cognition still of course has an indirect added benefit to enhancing the state of our emotional self awareness. In our state of presence, unity and connection our emotional self awareness is now the gateway to our empathy and through our empathy the building of and the maintaining of our relationships with others to the level that we have achieved stated integrity. To its inverse, our lack of personal integrity is to the chaos of our relationships and subsequent lack of integrity that would be the glue that holds our parts together to maintain whole perspectives of ourselves and in doing so, our ability to hold whole perspectives of others and our bonds with them. Emotional self awareness is the order to our energy body and in combination with the order of our cognitive self awareness we have the keys to ordering our entire being to the level that we can translate our ignorance to knowledge and our knowledge to wisdom. This concludes the end of the introduction, looking forward to what good can be created here.

I am completing this journal for the following two main reasons: I want people to be able to use this knowledge to spot and distance yourselves from narcissists in your lives Anyone here that has the self awareness to begin to modify their inner world that has already been infected by culture to be more narcissistic I want to be provided with a way out of their behaviours At present this is purely preliminary and I will likely make this more formal by next weekend or two. Checklist: 1. Do they have a grandiose self? firstly, for certain people this is going to be easy to discern however at the upper levels of human potential it’s going to become increasingly more difficult to discriminate between the nuances here, much of which I’ve noticed people have more difficulty with. trying to max out an ability doesn’t mean you’re “grandiose”, what matters more than anything else is whether the persons grandiosity is tied to a false self. Testosterone for example is going to all things being equal make others more achievement orientated, your ability to discern whether this orientation is based on either or both a grandiose false self and or to garner the approval and or validation of other people is what will spell out the difference here. another indicator is are they trying to always create a certain identity for themselves rather than having a natural fluidity that isn’t bound by this kind of inflexibility and “mode of interaction” with other people? 2. Do they show validation and or approval seeking behaviour and by what degree? to me outside of sensitivity to criticism even if it’s constructive feedback this is by far the best indicator of narcissism at the upper levels. The very definition of a narcissist is predicated on a false self that is designed to garner the approval and attention from other people. More pertinent here though is we’re studying the emotional reactions of people in relation to the behaviour of others. Meaning this is entirely drawn from understanding how they respond to feedback altogether. How responsive are they to flattery? How reactive are they to the inverse? This doesn’t mean that any reaction that is negative should be classified as potentially narcissism this is after all context dependent, however regardless some kind of scale here will be generated. 3. Callousness vs sentimentality do they form strong bonds with other people? If so, how strong are those bonds and in what ways are those bonds tied together? 4. Trust vs Anti-trust do they have trust issues or so they find it difficult to trust? Someone high in narcissism is more likely to be paranoid about other people and therefore will trust much less. However we can have the inverse of where due to someone being high in sentimentality they trust “too easily” and need to understand constructs like this. 5. Gaslighting, sabotaging and other covert to overt tactics All these things can be done in defence to protection so to this end we have a breather however to the extent that they’re done purely out of attack is to the extent that we need to be developing an understanding on how to discern the differences on and the depth to. This is just all preliminary as stared We hit two other birds with this stone here that we’ll explore later, BPD and psychopathy for example share many interesting overlaps here that I would like to refine my abstractions on. Lastly, I want this to be remedial as well so I will be sharing my own designed ideas that will help people wire their brain away from the validation seeking that most of western culture has almost overnight for younger generations conditioned them to be more inclined towards. Validation and approval seeking is a natural phase that humans go through in their development however after a certain period in adolescence this is meant to wane down considerably. To have this present in young adulthood and greater is a big concern that is under emphasised and needs to be taken care of so that those people can set themselves up to thinking independently about the world around them to make the most creative contribution to the world they can without worrying about the negative or positive feedback from others outside of constructive learning to wisdom here. This journal is going to be extremely comprehensive meaning anything you need to know about cluster B personality disorders will be able to be fully comprehended in this journal to the highest end I can complete it to. I have decided to use narcissism as an encompassing term and how I will begin this journal in light of it being the biggest worry for our culture and to add solutions for people that either need to become better at discerning narcissists from non-narcissists or where they themselves need to take preventative action based on how they’ve so far been conditioned by their society to seek the validation and or approval from other people that stimulates narcissistic tendencies.
  17. Main Entry #6 The social world is so intrinsically tied to the personal world that makes up our entire view of reality, at least for most people. Civilisation has been brought about by our agreeable natures coming together to accept one another enough that we all feel comfortable to contribute to the building of this world on our individual to collective terms. Life happens though, chaos strikes in the form of ignorance and ignorance manifests in the form of irrationality towards our fellow man, snd sometimes even, and unfortunately this is a widespread phenomenon, our future, our children. The beings that will cast a light on the future of this planet and hold our heritage as a race up high relative to their abilities, relative to the pride we have given them. In our ignorance though, in our lack of nurturing the finer qualities that contribute to their truest self recognition, we fail as mature adults to see them properly and in that failure we steal from them the ability to realise the potential of the universe through the expression of sentience that they’re still trying to make sense of. I am a young adult however I make myself just as accountable as any other adult these days. It is by our example towards ourselves and our understanding of love through both love and truth or with love as truth vice versa, that we automatically modify the manner by which we relate to our fellow man, woman, child and every other form of uniqueness we have there which at its fullest potential is designed to usher us into the next age while paying respect to ages that have past.   18. @SQAAD There is a socially reactionary imaginary belt that exists around consciousness that for most people on planet earth they’re socially conditioned to be codependent towards. It is an endless unforeseeable loop between social presence and social prison that some people face depending on the pre-existing associative memories they have planted within their energy being. You must go into your being and begin to imagine the most nerve wrecking social experiences you’ve ever faced and begin to follow something akin to the vipassana exercise to sit through them. (I would also share my own processing techniques but I want it to be blatantly known that for SEP it is pure organic in the moment aid that I want to provide others, if anyone that posts wishes to read my other journals that’s completely up to them however I am in no business to get them signed up to anything) You have anxiety, this you already know however you must identify all the instances that have contributed to you not yet solving this problem for yourself. I haven’t sat down with my past negative experiences and processed them in a healthy way. True or false? I haven’t started a private journal where I write out the instances where I felt the anxiety/related throughout the day then re-experienced those instances at the end of the day to process them. True or false? After the processing I didn’t write out learning lessons that I would remind myself about in a daily basis so I could positively reinforce new behaviours for my subconscious to follow when in social experiences. True or false? After doing all of the above I didn’t continue doing it in order to truly train my subconscious mind to experience the new world I would have experienced post fully integrating the lessons from those experiences I taught myself. True or false? Answers to these statements are of course for your own personal understanding, no need to share. My father sounds a lot like how your parents were so I can completely relate. You’ve obviously intuitively done a great job at discerning the relationship between how your parents treated you, the lack of acceptance you in turn inferred and how this set you up to feel not accepted by your peers and otherwise when you found yourself in social situations or just try odd that spring to memory most which relate to these insecure feelings. Nurturing ourselves psychologically starts right now with yourself and learning to associate that responsibility only from yourself. Like I did you will have lingering associations that may link you to weak psychological impressions that you still want your parents to nurture even though they’re no longer in the same position they were to create rightness here. Moreover more than the feeling social acceptance and self acceptance what you need is an acceptance of what is, what is happened and the emotional learning you need to now come to terms with as it concerns teaching yourself to heal from those experiences through your own resourcefulness regarding what books to read and how to practice the lessons in those books. As stipulated, at the very least on a nightly basis you need to train your awareness including your social awareness through your imagination on a nightly basis. Combine this with the true/false exercises by going inside of those simulations and teaching yourself in those moments to create new emotional associations with your experience. Again, this is going to improve you three fold, you will grow your awareness, emotional intelligence and social intelligence all in unique ways here, in combination I guarantee you incrementally overtime you will see the changes that you so desire in your reactions to the social world around you. In processing those experiences in this simulation world do not of course forget vipassana, in no way should you use the imagination to dissociate in this instance, it is all about reconnecting with what’s true by remember to activate the lessons as well that you will learn by following your intuition through this experience. Those lessons that as noted to you will write down. For everything else, you will learn it yourself. This will be the foundation you need to build a bridge between your present difficulties and a higher level of self awareness that puts all this in the past for you after just a little bit of patience on your part. As I began this entry, this will shift you from social codependent actions to increasingly more interdependent social reactions. Much love and respect! All the best!

Main Entry #5 (two haven’t been logged in this journal yet but can be found in SEP’s recent space): When do we give up on allowing the universe to be “being the universe”? “The worlds that makeup our worlds” simply because we decided to make up those worlds and then convince ourselves that we never created those worlds with our own minds even though at a bare minimum they’re just our perceptions, is a trope that many people unknowingly face. The relationship between mind and its perceptions could be so vast in between that we begin to identify what truly created those worlds that tie that not and lead to its offspring, awareness. Awareness and especially it’s nuance as I have depicted in part is such a misunderstood abstraction by the majority of us that we scarcely imagine the power of our awareness and the power that it has to generate a coherent picture of itself and the origins of the rest of its being. Our perceptions of “life” is just one of those self-globally encompassing generalising abstractions that can imprison us or free us, how do we then work to use our awareness to free ourselves from the false perceptions we have of life, where all notions of giving up on it can only reside with falseness once we have realised enough truth and beyond too? So when do we give up on allowing the universe to be the universe? Is this not the final truth we reside in? If not, how is it not true that some level of falsity exists in the belief that it is not a greater truth than the one otherwise proposed? What I primarily mean by this initial question is to provoke enquiry into the realisation of the openness, wonder and imagination that exists in realising that it’s not that we would be giving up in life it’s that we’re being so grandiose as to imagine that there is some flaw that exists in the universe that we would wish for it to cease existing in its entirety. To encourage the non wishing of anything like and through this, learn to bask in its beauty, to allow this to broaden our scope and boundaries of self and how those boundaries build our notions and how those notions build our possibilities and the larger world in return. Do we not now see ourselves again in the mirror reflection of the universe self-perceiving? I think this answer is going to add some positives to many peoples contemplations here. Best.
  20. Brief as Needed Elaboration of Technique #1 within Theme #1: If not already obvious to personally infer I added #13. Core elements then we have here for your own conceptualisation and general intuitive construction: 1. Awareness 2. Imagination 3. Phenomenon imagined through, in and as awareness 4. Simulation to pairing phenomenon with and from awareness 5. Ego reactions 6. Ego growth through the level of encompassing awareness with consciousness that we frame as "processing", which denotes noted "Echo / Consciousness-Feedback/Learning". 7. An understanding of the End Objective post adherence and understanding of expressing these core elements: Pure awareness that does not exclude the full present awareness of the full intelligence of being including the present awareness of the energy of being and all other elements otherwise described above. As needed, ask any questions, etc that you think the corresponding answers there would either add to this technique and or add to your understanding of it and its application.
  21. Advanced Techniques All of these are original, it is by mere coincidence that they are similar to ones you may have heard about otherwise. They are free for you to claim as your own, this is all spiritual karmic currency as I have stipulated in the past. Let's look at the word advanced here, from a relative sense. As stipulated these are advanced techniques, do not attempt these techniques if you believe you may have certain consciousness vulnerabilities that will be activated as a consequence of their practice. Advanced here, is of course a relative word. We will be working with themes, to begin we will focus on the imagination which inclusive of that of course as a consequence to practicing the techniques they will be a means of growing the imagination. This is of course as well the outcome of most techniques that utilise any particular faculty, inclusive then of any other faculties that the imagination is simultaneously recruiting. Let's look at both the number of themes and number of techniques from 1-infinity, as I don't know when I will be concluding my work here. Theme #1: Imagination Technique #1:The Echo technique Description: The following technique is to aid awareness in identifying the areas of the "ego" that may either need growing, healing or adapting. The use of the word growth here in any respect here is through a feedback loop and or a mirroring function where the insight generated through this mechanism is reflective of the echo of growth. Hence the name, "The Echo Technique". All that you need to do for this technique is to: 1. Simply close your eyes and focus as silently as possible within on your awareness. 2. Begin with a neutral phenomenon. Aka a phenomenon that is not at all triggering. Begin by imagining this phenomenon in your minds eye as separate from you while maintaining concentration on the awareness that is you in the moment that you're practicing this technique. A neutral phenomenon could be a desk, tree, lamp cloud, etc. 3. Now imagine yourself as this neutral phenomenon, while maintaining your concentration on the present moment, your real self, the awareness that is free from everything else that is not pure awareness, not excluding the pure resonance of being you feel. 4. Now observe all of the reactions your "ego" goes through by imagining yourself as this neutral phenomenon. Let's say you're a cloud a part of a storm. Let's say you're the cloud that is responsible for forming the lightening that somehow destroys your most loved person. 5. Now we have evolved by this point to experience this previously neutral phenomenon as now a potentially threatening phenomenon because it "triggers" your ego. Now I want you to observe and experience all of the sensations that arise during the imagining of you as the cloud being responsible for destroying your most loved person. Sit with them in the way you would with the vipassana technique. This work is analogous to exposure therapy however for the purpose of identifying particular aspects of conditioning within the being that in your personal view require healing, growth and or adaptation, something that you will experience through the insight that you draw whether intellectual, emotional, intuitive or otherwise as an "Echo" that forms through the execution of this technique, THROUGH the healthy processing of those impulses using the noted complementary technique (again, the vipassana technique, don't screw this up). 6. Now imagine further threatening as well as positive scenarios with you as this cloud that occur as a consequence of being this cloud following the same efforts in step 5. 7. Have a free-associative writing session where you write down all of the insights you may be having from this experience about the growth of your ego, be as true as you possibly can adding no false indentation to the writing of your experiences. Allow these free-associations to be drawn from your deep subconscious mind emotionally, spiritually, intuitively, energetically and in every other way that is reflective of the all encompassing intelligence of your being 9. Now you're ready to actually begin identifying threatening phenomena already logged away in your memories that only you truly know are threatening to you that you can process in the same way. You've likely never done this before where you're imagining yourself as the threatening phenomenon so this is going to be an excellent way for you to draw new judgement on that phenomenon in a way that is designed for you to grow consciousness through the development of the ego. 10. Any lingering "negative" sensations you may have from the experience I want you to begin to write out so you see them out on paper in a brainstorming way. And in the same way that you received an "echo" from the previous exercise I want you to draw out those intuitions again from this echo while at the same time making a conscious effort to dis-identify from associating as you as now no longer you, this is as a precautionary measure to ensure the health of your psychology so no unnecessary memory associations are stored. 11. This technique can not only be used for threatening phenomena but also non-threatening phenomena that you love or just simply have some difference with that in turn makes your ego draw a certain non-needed reaction to that phenomenon that wouldn't be there if your "ego wasn't in the way". Go all the way up and down the animal kingdom and everywhere else with this technique and notice your ego make modifications to itself automatically by following these steps more and more. 12.   22. I received a warning for sending a warning to a male user her recently for harassing another female. The mods know who that male is and if any mod doesn’t know feel free to respectfully contact me and I will respectfully let you know. Let it be clear that in no way shape or form am I going to allow the misbehaviour of others especially people without noticeable personality disorders visibly harassing those with personality disorders in the same thread they’re being public about it. This is a community space where we are all here to grow and learn from one another continuously each day in the best way we can. If the moderators do their job which they did in this instance then in no way shape or form will I need to partake in that role. But if moderators do not more if they neglect the fact that people with personality and mental disorders in general are going to be extremely more vulnerable to social situations and therefore taunts towards them interpreted with greater sensitivity, then this isn’t going to be a community where all people here feel safe to grow in the way they would like. I mean this in particular more as it pertains to women rather than men because of the fact that they’re biologically more wired to seek safety more than risk. Yes as mods know I have sometimes been at the cost of some users own difficulties here however that comes with the territory of the situations I involved myself in and I am learning from those experiences accordingly, again I am learning from those experiences accordingly. Learning is a principle that must be followed at ALL TIMES on this forum so that there is continual adjustment to the ongoing developing boundaries on this forum so that more people feel more safe to grow and socialise in a way that best makes them feel comfortable and trusting towards one another. To in any way positively reinforce the actions of someone towards another especially a woman with a mental disorder when such a person has neither revealed they have a mental disorder or it is yet to be proven is a gross mistake to the longevity of such growth in a community like this. Reprimand me, I accept it with full respect. This punishment however does nothing to stop me from any such activity in the future if the same or any other user is not properly reprimanded and to ensure the ongoing safe growing haven of this forum. It is abhorrent that someone without a notable mental difficulty that his voices to others would treat people in this way and be allowed to treat others in this way on a self actualisation forum. It’s dark triad and therefore the kind of mental problems that we don’t want to run rampant on this forum with males attacking or demeaning other females on this forum in any way shape or form. Males that are mods, you may have your insecurities towards females or even certain females on this forum but they need to be faced head on for the benefit of the growth of this forum in the future. Thank you. I say this now because he is not the only one on this forum that has done this to this woman, many other males have in the past and many other males have gotten away with it. Well they’re not going to on my watch, again thank you though for addressing this situation as it needed to be addressed.   23. State of Responsibility vs Environmental Acclimation I realise now that I have to take this a little more seriously, I’ve been up and down on the serious tone as some may tell. Energetically I’ve been in the motions of clearing out mild to moderate cynicism regarding the forum that I’ve only really just become conscious of so I suppose that’s where I can trace some of my humour to keep me along the path here. As to what general energy I have consolidated for my daily activities here (1-3 responses per day though it’s not the most active part of the forum) after it’s all cleared I’m unsure though regardless there’s certainly a level of reservedness that is revealing itself outside that forum area across all of my journal spaces now. No doubt this has to do with trusting the forum again rather than feeling like I’m in the back-foot, I originally created a stir for my own investigative purposes so naturally on both sides there’s some hesitancy there still though inwardly I feel like a new equilibrium is beginning to emerge that was far healthier than any past relationship I had with this forum so this is what I am leaning towards with wisdom more than anything else. It’ll be good when I’m able to once again feel like there’s the full openness to accept the forum in its terms and no longer have to concern myself with any form of defence where I can just focus on the kind of service I would like to bring as natural part of my growth. My presence and participation at the moment feels like a contradiction that is slowly finding its balance which I’m looking forward to seeing the other side of including the other side of the picture that awaits post a full development of my contributory experiences at SEP. Todays responses: Part 2 to corresponding link: As we all know, as we have so far lived in this human body and experienced it’s upper and lower limits in many respects, attachment is no different in what has been reflected in our sight. We have experienced the highest highs of attachment and it’s lowest lows. Attachment can have such a powerful influence on how we think of not only our personal social lives but how we frame and think of all of life, as such, the choices that govern the frames, lenses and approaches we have with respect to attachment dramatically impact our self perception, our perception of the world around us and through this it becomes a fundamental reflection of our chosen purpose in this life and the purposes that we fundamentally inevitably take on with or without our active choices. In saying as much, what have you decided on attachment at a subconscious level to date? What has led to this decision? How would you like to improve your stance on the topic? How are you personally biased and what would bring you closer to your own truer personal truth?
