  2. i am reaching out for guidance on what others who experience binge eating recommend to do to help stop the cycle. i like to think i know what the triggers are but i can’t get over the autopilot to stop myself from continuing. i am aware seeing a specialist is best but before i do so i would just like to see others opinions and experiences.
