  1. @AuroraDream Exactly! And I would add that appreciate every little progress you do, because if you don't value your progress, where that motivation would then come from? You don't need to remove anything from your diet, but just replace that with little bit better, because if you would just remove things and have "free space" then that could be extremely dangerous time to get addicted again. Problem is not to still have cravings - problem is that you don't decrease amount of lost battles against cravings.
  2. @Yoremo Point of spirituality is to make your life as good as possible and enjoy present moment as much as you can. Spirituality does not make suicide feel right thing to do, but actually what spirituality does is that you won't fear death in your daily basis so much. Also more spiritual and happy you are with your life less logic there is to kill yourself. Most can associate spirituality with suicide, because many people who already have suicidal thoughts end up discovering spirituality as last chance so to speak. And if you want to know more about spirituality - because you actually want to increase your happiness levels overall - there is almost zero risk. Higher risk you have if you wouldn't do spirituality at all so if you want to increase your chances of living then start spirituality right NOW. Trust me, because last thing I want for people is miserable life. I want everyone to find that happiness which I function 24 / 7, because that feels like I am king or something Every sensation feels remarkable, every experience is interesting and I am so happy that I start laughing for the fact that this moment exists right NOW. <3 If you want to do this kind of meditation you should put some limits of how much you can drown into thoughts and feelings, because if you just go closer to "unconscious" that is like you are about to fall in sleep and that's why you should have some point of meditation that you could sometimes come back to. You need to be so conscious of this moment that thoughts actually couldn't come. One tip for that is to let this breathing happen "automatically" and still have awarness in it. That would teach to be concentrated, but not participated in action. Second tip is to be really curious about your point of meditation which in this case is your breath. What is this breath? How does it feel and how do I feel it? Can I recognize it's location? Where does it come and where it goes? -joNi-
  3. @Preety_India You could start by being that inspiration for yourself and to others : ) Most of us see positive traits in others, but few actually do anything in order to have these by themselfes. You know what you need to do, so go and do that. I know that you have one or two things in your "to do list" waiting your beautiful presence - so go and actually make something happen NOW. Also if you think yourself as worse than for example Leo that leads to worse action and therefore worse outcome than Leo and after that thought pattern you actually are worse than Leo and this loop feeds itself and you feel stuck. Does that sound familiar? Only reason you don't have your dream life right NOW is because you don't live like you have that right NOW and that is because you don't see that you have this right NOW. Take this comment as message from Universe to make difference on how you see yourself, how you see your life and how you act in your life. Also you may just read this and return to function like you have always done and to expect same results as you have always had. This life just works like you need to have clear intention to have something that is important for you. You can't just ask me once to give you 5 euros, but you should instead write to me essay about why should I give you 5 euros and to be honest I could actually maybe do that, if the essay is good enough Hope that I helped you and if I did then it's your turn to help yourself right NOW. <3 -joNi-
  4. @Tamim Cut milk, sugar and wheat consuption and add water, veggies and lean protein to your diet. If you follow only that single advice I would be pretty sure that you would see progress at least on your well being and that is point of all this. Also eat more times a day "real" food. Good amount could be like 5 times. Any kind of physical activity should be advised and the point is not merely to push yourself to your limit, but actually start enjoying moving your body and that could be anything that just makes you happy. Then councel that almost nobody tells - treat your body like it is your best friend. Do you want to make it feel horribly or energetic and loved? Think this next time you think between buying chocolate bar and gym membership. Your body pretty much shows how (un)balanced you are and that could be sign of lack of motivation, unhappiness, unprocessed feelings etc. Start meditating and loving this present moment, because if you are not happy to live, how could you ever live so you could be happy to BE. Learn to love process instead of goal, because if only thing you want is to get these goals of course you would naturally set very easy goals such as eat chocolate bar, watch netflix and eat some more.   5. @Ulax Definition of prove is to have external source that validates truth of the claim. Then that next source needs to be validated based on the logic. A needs prove B that needs prove C which needs prove D and so on till it references to itself and becomes circular or continues infinitely. Only way out of that is that A proves it's own existence in some point. Direct experience is the prove for it itself and we don't need any unnecessary thinking and actually that would just make things more complicated.
  6. @r0ckyreed That joke was actually pretty good . Also it is even funnier that you analyzed joke which only 2 meanings that it had were to make you laugh and see how easy it is to make an error. Most logical conclusion that you could have is to allow yourself to use feelings if that is the most rational thing to do. If we would stop making problems from nothing, problems would cease to exist.
  7. @AlwaysJoggin Actually you are kind of right on this one. It does not matter which is your game you want to play and be better at as long as you enjoy doing that. Yeah you can definitely enjoy pushing yourself. That has also some practical uses like you learn self control, productivity and passion to do almost anything. Still aligning your work you do with things you want in your life is even more useful. Like cycling on exercise bike daily is great from the percpective of your fitness alone, but cycling to school does the same and also saves you money simultaneously. Think smartly, execute powerfully and live a life to the fullest : ) @puporing Yeah most people speculate all possible outcomes and still future is always a mystery.

  9. @Julian gabriel Actually there are many possibilities and therefore you need to contemplate that for yourself so no one could mislead you. You should ask yourself strong questions that lead to the understanding like "how does it make me feel when I am (not) being seen". According to maslow's hierarchy of needs one wants approval from others. Contemplation is a great habit, because it trains your thinking capacity, self knowledge and its result is knowing what to do. Share with me what you found after you thought that for couple of minutes and we can then have further analysis on this topic. Happy contemplation, you sweet : )
  10. @eTorro What scares you even more is that this I AM is also an experience to be had so it is not you, becuse there is no you : ) You don't have to accept every experience you have - only those that you want to bring joy to "your" life God has no ego and therefore it does not choose one over another one.
  11. @happyhappy Thing is that non existence would first need to exist so actually non existing kind of is impossible. Its like thoughtless thought and if that is not thought that ain't even a thought As I have said many times a row in this forum that actually "I" does not live forever and therefore there is not this problem to begin with about living forever and getting bored. Also there actually is not death in a sense that there was never a birth.

  13. @preventingdiabetes You could drive your friends from place A to place B and earn some money from it and at the same time you could enjoy driving. Also if possible in your country then go to drive taxi licence and you could actually do that for a living until you get bored to it if ever. Also I will little bit play with you so I give you video about rally downshift and only after learning to do that - driving becomes even funnier Just stay safe : )
  14. @preventingdiabetes Actually that is what happens to almost everyone when they get license and in some point you may just want someone else to drive, because you understand it again how kingly it is just to sit on car and have someone to drive you to places. When you first get licence that makes you lot of more free, because you are NOW to decide wherever you go and whenever you come back. It's actually pretty heart warming to hear that people have problems of life being almost too fun Become child again and think everything as a game for yourself and that is how you transform your life to the fullest. Highest spiritual teach is just to be child and play in this infinite field of playground. You got the essence of life and whenever you get bored to that then find something else to be "addicted" like child to candy. Every spiritual teacher teaches not to cling on things, but if it is pure joy then that is something which is essence of life and that shouldn't be taken away : ) Learn to be happy in moment whatever it is and then you won the game per se. If you don't label wall with a name wall and you look at it you actually do not know what you are looking to, because that is no particular thing therefore it is nothing.   17. @Yoremo I see why you are caution, but actually there is nothing to be scared of. There is no need to look what enlightenment means, if you don't have any passion or curiosity towards it. To be honest best way to develop yourself is just by continuing doing whatever you think you should do NOW. Enlightenment or spiritual "experiences" are just bonuses and therefore one actually shouldn't just aim itself to have these, because that slows progress and makes it less enjoyable. Point of meditation is to feel good where you are and to let go of negative feelings that you carry within you. Your mind becomes more silent and thoughts affect your mood less and that leads to happiness. There are lot of different meditations out there and actually you should test what works for you and only that way you can be more optimal with your practises. It's like you need indstuctions in language you undestand. Don't get confused with concepts and things people tell you about spirituality and no-self, because actually thinking these things won't help you at all. You could easily get overwhelmed and scary about these things if you understand them wrongly and that is why I suggest you to only believe your own direct experience you have right NOW. As you are more experienced and you want to know more about meditation and other cool things that it may give to you only then you should think these things seriously. It's like you don't want to know all weird mathematical concepts if you just want to calculate how much money you have to use in a month. Thinking about it won't lead anywhere unless you want to use that knowledge for something. Buying map without intention to go anywhere is pretty much wasted money at least if you ask me. Know what you are interested about and only after that you can start to build strategy about how you get there. Also learn to appreciate your work that leads to somewhere you want to BE, because otherwise you waste so much time doing things you don't want just to have one thing you want. (1) And guess where people who don't know where they're going to end up, end up? Some place they don't want to be. That does not have to be you. Also if one of your goals is to become super focused to the thing you are doing then I would suggest you basic "concentrate to breathing" meditation. Reading almost anything for longer period of time helps also, because it forces you to stay focussed or otherwise you will jump from one line to another and passively read without even recognizing that you are reading right NOW. On the other hand if you want to become extremely organized and have clear thinking you should start writing and that will help you to see broader perspective of things and your own deceptions and biases. (2) The primary reason to write an essay is so that the writer can formulate and organize an informed, coherent and sophisticated set of ideas about something important. If you just want to be happy then I would suggest you to do "do nothing" meditation or as I would call it "non-acting". Point of this is not to want anything and kingly appreciate every sensation that come on goes. If you catch yourself thinking just regocnize thought's existence and soon it goes away and maybe next thought appears, but at the end of the day there will come time where thoughts stop coming, because there is so much concentration in present moment that there is no room for a thoughts. Lastly meditation cannot be done "wrongly" per sē, because every obstacle, misunderstanding and mistake is worth thousands of euros and that is way to live rich life. If you want to have very fulfilling life you should try many different things and find new insights about things that work and things that don't, because that's the only valid way. If you avoid every mistake that is possible you end up too scared to even live, because you think failing is somehow bad thing, but actually it is best thing that can happen as long as you don't repeate same thing many times. That is called stupidity and avoiding of the teachings.   18. @BenG You are completely right. It's like mining diamonds and nothing can guarantee that you find these, but if you try to find the most optimal place to mine - you are way ahead of others. Also dropping assumpions away is pretty important thing, because if you assume that what you see is wrong how can you see it as right if it actually was right. To be more clear everyone basicly is enlightened to begin with, but you have to just see that. There are still many traps and most common is to think that you are ready when you really aren't. I would still just meditate and pursue happiness and calmness. Enlightenment comes when its time is and doesn't when it's not. Any experience does not guarantee you to be happy, but just stop wanting different things and kingly appreciate every sensation that come and goes. That is path to happiness and that is highest thing there is. Most would say that love is highest, but actually that just means same thing, because love is to accept everything as it is without seeing separation between anything.   19. @PepperBlossoms It seems like you can answer to your own question after there was something to think about First of all what is the point in knowing which has most potentiality. I mean do you want to change world for better or what's the matter. If I understood right this time that which you meant then your question is What industry has most freedom and potentiality to impact others? If you want to know that you could just continue contemplating like you did here and you would actually find pretty good answers. I would still say that motivational speakers, some spiritual gurus, book makers or business (wo)men have actually most impact to people, because they have big audience and good status for people to take advices pretty effortlessly. Also only being popular in internet now a days increases that potentiality exponentially. If you want to increase your own pontentiality to impact others you should also build lot of friendships and followers around you so everything you need is behind one click and that could be pretty handy. (yeah actually you may be happy, but you would't show it) Second best thing is to let everyone write long description of their moment to moment experience and if that is long enough we could spot someone faking that. Also talking to that face to face could be pretty good measure too. Still I would ask that what is the reason to know others location if only thing that matters is your own situation?
  21. @PepperBlossoms If I understood the question correctly then you ask How do you know what you should do to maximize positive outcome in relation to the time spent? (hope I answer for the right thing and if not at least you get answer to this thing then ) First you should make list of the games you play. By games I mean things that you want to be good at and you find important for you. I give some of mine as examples below. - I want to increase the level of happiness of people around me. - I like spirituality, meditation and all deep things. - I like to make music and express myself If you are brave enough you could share your list of important things here and that could help me to help you more. More topics to list the better, because that helps to analyze your values. Also I guess it's good time to say that there actually is are no any social morals or anything you should follow, but only that which leads you closer to your dream life. When you know what you want to do then it's so much easier to get there, because NOW you have map where you are and where you want to go. Next thing is to find that path that at least makes sense NOW to you. Also if you are very diligent you could also point out traps in your path that you should be aware of. After you know what you want to do and where your passion exists then make only decisions that help you to achieve those goals. There are absolutely no reason at all to do something which won't help you in any game. Also you should maybe rank your values so you know that if there is selection between those 2 you can easily choose that which is higher in your game list.   22. @Samsonov There is no reason to do things that make you feel bad. Comfort is not the problem and when something is between you and your dream life then that should be taken away. Also home should feel like a place that you can just go to relax and relief stress levels by doing activity that you like. If you can't relief your stress levels at home then where? Of course you should still be productive if your dream life requires that, but learn to enjoy those productive things and then you are winner. Also moving to live by yourself alone will make you more independent and strong. To me there is no question even that should you move to rent free apartment where everything works better. Also you could still see your friends when you want, but after that you can decide how much time you want to use for them. Too much comfort is only problem if that handicaps your productivity levels. Also by making big decisions your self-esteem and confidence levels increase. If sociality drains your energy levels I guess you should find people that share same interests and therefore you would enjoy those conversations even more. You can still see your old friends, but if they don't make you feel good then they don't make you feel good. Do you want to feel good? I guess you understood the point NOW. -joNi-
  23. @DManKee Do you have any control of thoughts or movements of body left? If you have then which is this which has control and when you find that then understand that this is also something that is "perceived" and if you don't find that then stop believing that something has control. Do you still feel like there is a perceiver left? If yes then know that this feeling is another experience and that there would be something outside of experience is just imagination.
  24. Actually if you for real understood no self you wouldn't be here to ask any of these questions, because it would be crystal clear for "you". People may have different definitions for awakening, enlightenment, purification etc, but after everything in the moment is connected and there are no thoughts of something living outside of it like "awarness", "perceiver" or "material world" then I would call that pretty much it.
