@Gesundheit2 What I was trying to say is that there is diamond front of people all the time, but they see it as garbage. I try to show people that they are seeing what they see "wrongly" and when that finally clicks to people they can come and thank me. This talking I am doing in absolute scale won't increase nor decrease happiness, but right NOW I am only doing it, because I like doing it. I like helping "other" people, because what else there is to do after you are as happy as you can all the time . -

@machiavelli I have said it many times, point of life is to enjoy it. Also, if everything must happen then "bad" lifes will also need to happen at some point. However, if you want to have good life then you must learn to accept moment as it is. People just read my post and don't do anything. Right NOW understand how beautiful it is to exist. -

@machiavelli Why would there be karma in what you do, if what you do is anyways automatical and who would give you your "penalty". Of course it is dream after dream forever, because there is infinite amount of dreams to be had and, if they are had one by one then it takes forever to completele all of them. Why would you have karma, because everything must happen so whose fault it is then, the dreams? -

@Godishere Yeah I wanted to just make this forum little bit more accepting and loving and you could do that by not being too "aggressive" with the responses, even if it is true that it has been adviced to try psychedelics many times. I haven't yet tried psychedelics, but will, but still I can easily say that I am incredibly more stable and happy than the medium of this forum, thanks to contemplating, deep conversations and mindfulness. That's why I don't see psychedelics as a must thing. -

@Godishere All roads lead to Rome. If one likes to contemplate and think about these things, what is the problem? It may or may not awaken you, who knows. Isn't living as you want the point of life anyways and no one actively does that what they don't want. People talk about psychedelics like they would instantly fix their lifes and if that is the case you should either have perfect life or you are stupid. We don't want shortcuts for the sake of skyrocketing to the destiny, because the goal is the path . -joNi- -

@Someone here Yeah, but if the movie you are about to watch is known is it that good anymore? Also, if you go to amusement park 10th day straight would it be that great, because the experience is more that known already? I feel this way always when I am exhausted and bored, but actually when I am having the best and most incredible day I want infinite dreams. This is the most important insight, if you are even a little depressed guy, because most people think that their whole life is horrible when they feel like horrible in the moment, but when you understand that the feeling will go away then it actually goes away, because the feeling always tricks you to think that you will never feel better. -

@Someone here Okay then lets be honest none of us 2 knows what happens after dying. Why would you want to know and what would you want the answer to be and what is the reason you want that and also explain why wouldn't you want something else to happen. -
Kksd74628 replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Someone here Then explain me how you are awakened to being God like you said in the past, if you don't have any clue about how you made it. -
Kksd74628 replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Someone here There are many misunderstanding in one short post . First of all why would you want it to be eternal rest, because anyways when you "reincarnate" all "memories" will get vanished and everything would be fresh. If you really think about it, if eternal rest would have been possible and it would be that great then why you are here to begin with. If you came here once why not twice or infinite times? Btw if you want to know answer about dream will you ask it from the dream characters? That would be like first baking cookies and ask from one cute cookie that how to make cookies . -
@something_else I just meant that, because everything can be taken wrongly, there is no reason to block access to some information over another one. Stable people most likely take all spiritual insights right way, because they actually want that. Unstable people with mental problems and weak mind shouldn't even start from spiritual insights, but basic self-help and emotion control.

@Leo Gura Hello Leo Gura! I thought about doing this post for a long time and decided to actually make it. If you have got suicide messages or anything negative about this video I am sad to hear that, but NOW it is finally come time for me to tell my own opinion about this whole case. People get confuced about spirituality all the time and your content can't be somehow special that it wouldn't make that happen. Only reason you have 50k views on your videos and over 1 million followers is that you teach something for us. And if you would stop doing that, then what is the point you existing as "Leo"? Your biggest dream has been to have knowledge of everything and teach people on the way. If you stop doing that then you could just straight go to cave to do your psychedelics ALL ALONE. I am not to hate, but actually youtube, books and other media are full of basic level spirituality and self-help and your videos are just one thing more to this totality. Reason that I have followed the content is, because "Leo's" way of presenting things has always been crystal clear and very holistic. Contemplate which one is more dangerous. A) People get confuced about solipsism, get sad and suicidal and end up understanding that thing wrongly. B) People get confuced about solipsism, get sad and suicidal and end up understanding that thing rightly. (Actually if in this case solipsism would be the best thing ever, there could be decreased amout of sad people after integrating what you said) Remember that if you leave this whole case too open people would get even more suspicious about your words and I guess that this is thing that no one would like neither you nor the people that will live their life in falsehood. Why won't you tell us what was the exact reason to delete that video and why wouldn't you just put that video to your blog so those who are more interested about your content could actually watch it. You have published many other high tier teaching and if in this video something horrible happened then know that this was predictable to happen sooner or later and it could have happened with any other video as well. There is always chance to put high tier video behind paywall and that could also benefit actualized.org financial situation and you could make this everything more broad, have paid moderators, have paid content creators and source reseachers for your videos. The paywall would ensure that people who really are into that content would pay for it and therefore there would be less people who would take these things wrongly. Please concider this, becasue as you have said everyone needs to be open for feedback and you taking action in this would be pretty important for your followers that even you take good feedback. <3 Concider also that do you want to have people having false information on your forum harming other lives or more conscious forum. People will continue talking about solipsism on this forum unless you change rules that its not allowed to talk this topic, but that would make you actually look like a clown. You can only provide high tier teachings for your followers and you don't have any chance to know how it is taken today, tomorrow or after "Leo's" death. Following video has also pretty good points about this case. Comment that had good point about this case. Also there could maybe be rank system in forum that would block newbies to not see hidden content unless they are promoted. That would guarantee that your knowledge wouldn't cause harm, but also that your knowledge wouldn't drain into the well without any benefit. -joNi- Your passionate follower and the one that would be interested helping you on your forum by being moderator for example : )

@something_else Even, if you only grasp it intellectually, it isn't dangerous. Motorcycles are also dangerous with that logic, but the thing is that people need to understand thing in a right way and be smart, because yeah, everything can be dangerous without caution. It makes total sense to remove video from some perspective, but from the other it may not. The conversation that I tried to induce was to have holistic and mature talking, but that didn't really happen. Also this topic is kind of old.

@machiavelli Nope, it was just one video I thought had a good point.

@Consilience There are 2 things I don't want, ultimate level of pain or being completely "crazy" in relative terms. Slight headache or little pain somewhere is not the problem, but still I prefer life without them and that is why I do things not to feel pain. I did strong determination sitting one time till the point that pain transferred to euphoria for a couple of seconds, because I realized that pain is just feeling and nothing else. I could be without doing anything for long period of time, but that you wouldn't mind being tortured in normal day to day experience sounds pretty hardcore. That all being said I would like to have voice conversation with you if possible, because it seems that you could have something useful for me : ) -
Kksd74628 replied to stefm5's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Consilience Then I had pretty easy path, because there was not that much of resisting and try harding. I watched and still watch spiritual videos for fun, but actually pretty rarely I find anything useful, because I come from the stand point - this moment is all there is and point of life is to be happy, which means to smile to whatever happens. Why so much effort and grinding to see what already was there? I see that even trying to enjoy present moment has become new "game" I like to play, because actually I don't anymore care about how mindful I am and what is the level of happiness that I have. I guess it was because I binge watched almost all Leo's, Frank Yang's and other great guys videos in half year or so and that lead me to where I am right NOW. Of course I may realize some little things occasionally, but nothing too radical. What helped was that I never had too much going on with my life so I was "saved" from unnecessary drama and "low consciousness" stuff. I always knew that somehow what I really want was to be as happy as possible even long before I heard anything about spirituality. At some point I got insight that what if I could drag my meditation state to life outside of it and when I started equalize the difference I noticed that meditation actually is not trying to focus, but to see that the perceptions happen by themselfes without any mind work and that was quite radical shift. Another big breaktrough point was when I was running and I saw that aswell as the surroundings even "I" and "my body" is thing which is happening by itself automatically without control. -joNi- -
Kksd74628 replied to PenguinPablo's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@PenguinPablo This stuff actually is pretty damn easy; just go and accept present moment as it is and you will be happy. Less you "need" things the better, because you want happiness to exist without it being product of external process, because that does not last forever. I would suggest you to learn basic mindfulness, because I would say that to be the most important thing in life. -
@Realms of Wonder You need to know your own values and list them and live up to them. Being authentic doesn't have anything to do with helping others, but that can be the case if helping others is the thing you like to do. Everything is about what you want to do and when you do that, you are aunthentic. In reality there is no reason to be authentic, but to straight aim to have the best life possible and be the happiest one. That leads automatically you to be authentic, because what else authentic would mean, but to do that what you deeply want.

@somegirl Yep! People need to understand that even if something is meaningless in the big picture it doesn't mean it is meaningless in relative level. Games you play on your computer or phone do no have any use in life outside of them, but they serve enjoyment during playing them. Same goes to life, because your life is one incredible role-playing game so enjoy it as it lasts and then go to new game. -

@Asayake Exactly! As it was already stated, the only thing which matter is that you are personally happy and live a great life, everything else is useless. If addiction makes you unhappy then it is problem, but if it makes you happy, what is the problem? What is socially acceptable and what not has impact only, if you make it impact on you, but if you can live your life without it bothering you too much then I see it as win. There are many paths to happiness, but every path is equally good if you can walk it with great smile on the face . -
Kksd74628 replied to Jahmaine's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@vizual My conclusion was not from Alan Watts, but from my own contemplation and life experience. Goals are good to track your progress, but actually I have never had any "goals" in playing piano, drums or in making electronic music and I see myself extremely talented in these areas. My claim is that the more focussed you are in the present moment, greater your results will be. I don't know about you, but I personally have lived non-serious relaxed life and I am ultimately happy and I laugh and smile almost every second The point of spirituality is to become child again, but do not take this like you should stop doing things well, because as I said earlier, that is not the case. I only encourage people to start seeing life as playing for example see chores like some fun activity, not something you "need" to do. In life you don't need to do anything, but just do those you want to do and, if you want to have good health you should eat healthy. Nothing really changes except your mindset about the situation and that can decide between you smiling or not so in that sense it is kind of radical. -
Kksd74628 replied to Jahmaine's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@vizual Being serious and doing things well are completely different things. Being serious is kind of being tensed and thinking too much about the end results. If you focus all your energy, concentration and time to what you are doing right NOW, I would bet that your results are better than actually stressing about the outcome. Alan Watts is not saying that you shouldn't aim to be precise where you need to be, but he only tells you to enjoy life, because what else there is to do. Many people really think that life is about who is the most successful, but actually it is about who is the happiest one. -
I have come to the conclusion that we can assume to some degree how much you understand from the way you write and what words you use to describe different things. If you want to talk about table you don't use word god, wooden thing or anything too fancy and weird, but you actually just say table and that's it. Many people think that using words imaginary, god, infinity, love or anything else is good word to explain reality, but the thing is that reality does not need any explanation, because it is what it is. Yeah I understand that it is good self-expression to say same things with your own way, but in this context it really just makes things too complicated. The word that is most direct is the best and how could one say this moment is all there is, there is no separation between anything and it stays as present moment forever more directly? Always when I hear people using word god, infinity or mind which creates everything that brings me picture that people think that reality is somewhere else than HERE and NOW. People use this forum too much to think about how reality is made rather than how to maximize happiness; when you actually focus on happiness you will eventually realize everything that is important and useful. The thing that does not increase someone's happiness is useless, because happiness is the point of life and therefore everything should be thought around that. Life is learning to accept present moment, love present moment or see perfection in every moment - you choose how you want to say the same thing, I don't mind. Everybody wants to be spiritual kunt, but nobody wants to fully wake up - Frank Yang. That being said everyone wants to fix their low self esteem by being smarter, wiser, clever and challenging each other about who can say the same thing with the most beautiful and compact way. "Everything is imaginary", "You are god", "It is just a thought", "Language is dualistic and just go and experience it by yourself", etc. I understand that these may be great pointers, but one shouldn't use them to show their level of understanding, because there is nothing really to say. People misunderstand spirituality to mean understanding more, more and more, but actually spirituality is meant to make you silent and happy with the moment you have right NOW. I don't know why, but I rarely see any posts now a days here talking about something which makes people happy. Constantly people just try to argue and increase their level of understanding without first understanding the reason the want to understand to begin with. Do you want to be happy at any cost? is the real question one should ask from itself and when (s)he says yes, after that the real progress starts. Spirituality is art of living consciously, beautifully and aesthetically and therefore it would be so much better, if people would start topics about how to decorate home, how to feel fresh, how to calm mind, how to smile and laugh from pure happiness and how to be the best friend to others. "It's all love", okay fine, show it by making beautiful post here and link it to this thread. The most loving and beautiful post earns high level of glory from me and I will personally come and give my compliment about it. I will again link this song, because I really think that it is very beautiful and how a little can sound incredible when the love is really in it <3 With love -joNi-

@Gili Trawangan That is again about the definition of word logic, but what is logical is coherent reasoning. That reality doesn't need proving is actually logical, because if it would need a proof then also that proof would need proving and it would be groundless continuum or circular reasoning to itself. Only reason you think existence is illogical is, because you assume that everything needs to "start" from nothing, but that is only true in "human world", but who said that this must work exactly like that in absolute perspective? Logic implies causation only, if you are scientific minded person, but who said that logic is same as science. Spiritual people don't like word logic, because they assosiate it with science which just assumes that everything can be proved externally, but they miss that paradox it makes that even proving needs more proving. As I said existence is its own internal proof and that is logical, because otherwise there would be this paradox. What I suggest is that actually everything can be explained logically and that you need direct experience over logical reasoning is itself logical. It's is logical to understand limitations of logicality. -
Kksd74628 replied to DrugsBunny's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Nivsch I agree! I only make distinction between what is happening right NOW - "real" - and what is not happening - imaginary. This present moment is the realest thing there is and thinking that there is something else is just a thought. When people make word imaginary include everything then the word doesn't make any sense. That is the reason I don't like non dual words in communicating these things, because it doesn't give any new information. In absolute context word "imaginary" is meant to mean that there is no ground and there is no reason for anything, because truth is that which doesn't need proof, because existence is proof for itself. -
Kksd74628 replied to DrugsBunny's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Gili Trawangan People usually say that something is not logical when it does not match their worldview. Word logical is highly misunderstood to mean something which is easily understandable, but it depends about how accurate your current worldview is. Everything is logical which means it is consistent. If material world is logical to you then all spiritual things are illogical, but you need to remember that only the wrong worldview is illogical, because there are some assumptions that are here without any logical reason. Illogical and counter-intuitive (against common-sense) are different words.
