  1. That Rainy Sparkle's journey is even more personal. BROOS try to keep up with her and don't let her take too much distance .
  2. @ZenSwift Waking up early and taking cold showers is sign of true soldier and overall it sounds like your life is going to right direction for you. See also that you could listen audiobook or useful youtube video while cooking your meals. Maximize your productivity and keep doing, I trust you bro <3
  3. @KH2 Actually Heyyeyaaeyaaaeyaeyaa! is way to go .
  4. @Devin I'd see it that you shouldn't aim for the god-realization, zen state or other spiritual goals nor for extreme success, bodybuilder type of body or dozens of girlfriends alone. Those can be your goals, but being fulfilled, happy by doing and being should be the top priority. That being said I'd still suggest you to push harder and make some routines, because actually that way you start to see that you have lot of time every day and that way your stress disappeaps. Hit couple push ups now for me and I'll smile . Maybe even go post that to gym or/and here. Stay strong and positive, you machine <3
  5. @KH2 Do that everyday till you start to feel like you want to have break day so you can recover the needed 48h per muscle group. As I said earlier in this thread work smarter and harder, but the hard shouldn't come from being stupid and not doing things optimally. I really like that you see what I see as well; push yourself to move your limits to become stronger man with more stable mindset. You don't need any splits even if you ate perfectly and also better diet doesn't cost more necessarily so don't use that as an excuse. KEEP PUSHINGG, BLOODY SPARTAN!!
  6. @Julian gabriel Become so confident about your strenghts that you don't care about your weaknesses.
  7. @Devin Do things with an intention because without one you're going to burn yourself. Point is to train your mind while doing chores, working out, studying, working or whatever to be disclipine and do those regardless of how you feel. Of course most people will hit wall fast, because they don't have the true fighter mentality, but you should just keep going until things become easy again. You could also just add one useful habit to your daily routine every week until you have good foundation to raise motivation and male energy. Wink-wink, join Actualized.org GYM -joNi-
  8. @King Merk Keep going champ! Maybe add some running to your routine to train your endurance levels.
  9. @Arthogaan True men take cold shower. Also continue posting here, you beautiful
  10. First day at the gym after break. The reason I went to gym was only, because I said so aloud. Walk the talk and do that which you told yourself to do even if it costs your other leg. If you don't respect your words you'll destroy the only true motivator you have in your life and after that you're really fucked. So learn not to say bullshit things and complete those things which you actually promise yourself to do. It's all about training your inner fire. SO START RELIGHTING YOUR INNER PASSION TODAYYYYY!!!
  11. @Carl-Richard What @BipolarGrowth meant was that usually the best long-term emotions are also hard in a sense that you must put yourself into the equation. Only doing hard things which are stupid or which won't lead you where you actually want to go of course is not suggested. Doing hard things in general is adviced, because it is what builds your mindset. Hope that this made more sense. -joNi-
  12. I have done cold showers for a week and now I can be under the coldest temperature many minutes without too many troubles.
  13. That Rainy Sparkle's post is just what I am aiming you guys to do. It's personal, authentic and close to day to day life. You don't need to climb mountain to post here, but that could be good thing also. The thing is that just post anything again and again maybe twice a day even. Lower your standards for things you think are productive and you'll feel more productive automatically. It's all about change in mindset and how you perceive world. This gym is meant to be used so don't hesitate to post that you cleaned 5 things in your home or drank healthy smoothie. Keep surprising me buddies <3
  14. Where all self-help people have disappeared? If you truly care about making change in your own life then you must start being stable with your progress and that's why this gym would be so helpful for you. I just encourage everyone who sees this to post at least something here. It doesn't need to be big thing and it can be thing which is only important for you specifically. It's your journey and I want to help you in it so COME ONE lets start this and stop just talking forever.
  15. Got new record in cooper test (12 min running to measure how much you were able to run). 2600 metres which is 1.62 miles.
  16. @KH2 Ok, I have to think about that more at some point, thanks for helping : )
  17. All great fighters cook their own meal and there are many good reasons for that, but I challenge you to make something and maybe post it here to inspire other destroyers so you don't need to go to the battle alone. Here is mine. Recipe 700g ground beef 250g vegetable mix 200g chopped onion (Mine were frozen straight from the packet) 150g spinach 3 eggs as a flavor: salt, pepper, garlic, honey (it actually goes very well with all foods, one big spoon is okay) Pro tip: Add olive oil to the pan at some point or you have to eat your food covered with black pigment First throw ground beef to the pan and then maybe onions after that just throw everything else here. Eggs and honey maybe last; I don't know, it doesn't matter. Just understand that the most important thing in cooking is that you throw in all your favourite components and it can't possibly fuck up. With love and good taste -joNi-
  18. @KH2 I have to think about this at some point, how much is the income for an hour.
  19. @KH2 Nice! Could you explain more about this cold email thing?
  20. @Raptorsin7 Also if you want to be as heroic as Napoleon then you could experience with cold showers if you haven't already. Aim to do those couple days a row and tell us how it felt. The point I gave this task to you is because you said you do lot of work, but anyways you shower during the day so that way you can't circle around the fact that you actually have time to change. Also it's nice to hear that listening to these stories gives you energy. Keep going champ <3.
  21. @Mormegil Great videos, bro. Btw how you are going to take that knowledge into action and what progress you'll share to us in following days?
  22. @King Merk At one time I cleaned my whole house while listening to audiobook, so I could bravely say that I know the power of combining different things .
  23. @Arthogaan @King Merk @Raptorsin7 @r0ckyreed @Emrie @KH2 @Tyler Robinson It's time for posting new results. Let's try to keep it somehow constant with our activity with our memberships in this gym so you could be the inspiration for others . LEEEETS GOOOOOO BROOS <3
  24. I learned couple lessons from listening/ trying to listen this book. I listened for a little bit over hour until I decided change the book, because I saw being disclipine to wrong goals doesn't do anything, but maybe trains your disclipine, but you could to that with beneficial acts also, so I don't see the point. Because I try to listen books from the perspective that I want to see more perspectives then maybe listening to summaries (as I did 2 books today) is better and if the subject is interesting I could use more time to it. Sometimes it's just better to work in how you work instead of just working aimlessly. Use that information to polish your working, but don't use it as an excuse to be lazy and ending up doing nothing. Instead - if must - redirect your energy to something which you see more valuable and keep going. My decision didn't even come only from this one listening session, because I already read 4 books this month and I have seen that in my level there isn't too many good nuggets of information so I have to start changing my style of seeking for information.
