  1. @BipolarGrowth My time was really miserable to me. I got mile in time 6:40. Was first time trying to run that short distance fast though.
  2. @Danioover9000 Drop me link to that so I could do my research about that, thanks ahead.
  3. @universe Yeah I mean many people need to change mindset about food. You should start to enjoy food from how much it fills you, gives you nutrients and how it makes you feel. Bad diet usually is sign of you enjoying food in very narrow and flat way. Cure for that is trying to enjoy different tastes and trying to appreciate food as a gift. When you have some health goals like building good body, being in shape or recuding acne etc. you are more motivated not to eat wrong things. Point is that there must be some deep reason behind all your actions or you won't stick to those habits and that is the reason why fat people stay fat.
  4. @Danioover9000 I have watched him talking with people who have different perspectives, ideas and values and it seems that if you give enough time for him, he can make sense of why you two dissagree and what could be logical step to take next. It think this thing alone is tier 2 feature, because he genuinely researches and tries to understand new information and perspectives. There is no limit of arguing per se because that problem only comes if someone's arguing is so much better than the other ones and that could be used not to see the truth. High logicality anyways helps this not to happen if you don't purposely use it for wrong intentions.
  5. @kray Like there is bro code - which is that whenever you are situation where there is only men, you start to act more freely, make points that couldn't be said in internet nowadays and just the overall vibe is more manly - there is also black man code. Black people are more friendly, they hug their friends when they see each other and they have this extreme cool vibe that I can't even explain. That needs just to be seen. Whoever disagrees that there are differences in races either lies or is stupid.
  6. @DocWatts Sad thing nowadays is that this needs to be said or whatever you say will be used against you and it may still be after saying it.
  7. Destiny is easily tier 2 and that's why I have watched his content lately. I know that tier 2 or not is question that should be answered based on spiral dynamics model, but I think that being very logical, understanding and taking account necessary perspectives and overall being the chillest person in the panel is how I see who is tier 2 and who's not. If someone wants to be tier 2 then I have only one rule and tip for that; try always see if you're missing something in a conversation and make claim only when you're 99,9 % sure about the thing and if you find yourself being wrong then instantly apologize and move on to next points. -joNi-
  8. @sleepy When you have right reasons to eat healthy, you'll not even want to eat unhealthy. -joNi-
  9. Today I destroyed my run! I hit new record in both distance and duration. I ran 11km (6,91 miles) in 1h 10 min. That's 2,4km (1,5 miles) and 18 min progress in max running, Hooray. Also feel free to beat this record.
  10. @Jo96 I'd say that you don't need to know these things. Just do your practices and one day you may know, for sure.
  11. What we can learn from Rainy Sparkle's last post is that do you push or not is not even the most important thing. You should remain in control and do things which you, yourself, see as what you should do. Still don't bullshit yourself and take that as a possibility to fail. Sitting down to analyze what is happening is not being lazy, but actually going meta on what's happening in present moment. Conclusion should still be after contemplation 99,9% of time to continue what you told yourself to do.
  12. @Tyler Robinson Nice, now that you have said those, what are you going to change today and what tomorrow?
  13. @KH2 That you try to make most of your workout based on your goals is itself sign of improvement! Good job <3
  14. @Devin Yeah that's what I am talking about and hope we agree on that. As I tried to explain that you shouldn't exhaust or harm you, because that could even make your pruductivity and happiness levels drop and what's the point in that then. I just want people to see some perspective that how much you could actually push yourself if you work very smartly. You could hit gym like 10 hours a week, run for 7 hours a week, do your normal work and maybe even study on your way. That just reguires you to take care of your body and mind in the meantime.
  15. @Gesundheit2 Are you claiming that you couldn't be top athlete, succesful business man or otherwise very talented artist without having all possible mental illnesses?
  16. @Gesundheit2 What I just said about working hard, but smartly. Of course if you do lot of stupid decisions you have to pay for them, but I am not talking about that. What I am talking about instead is that if you do things correctly and with an intelligence you could push yourself 10x times more that you do right now. So I could phrase the whole thing as that the smarter you plan your work the harder you can easily push yourself. I am not encouraging people to punch wall 1000 times as hard as possible with your head. That would just be complete stupidity and misunderstanding of what I mean.
  17. What type of question this is . Just use nose to breathe and try to breathe calmly and let your stomach expand when you breathe in.
  18. @Gesundheit2 Human is made to survive in extreme conditions and its limit is way higher than 99,9 % in this forum can even imagine. Again working and pushing hard is not the same thing than doing stupid things knowing that you'll destroy your body. The key point here is that lack of recovery is the problem not that you push yourself to extreme levels. Think about car's engine. It can move you many thousand kilometers, but without fuel, oil and overall maintance it'll die. Anyone who truly think he or she is pushing too hard I'd like to have look at your life, because I can't believe that you truly push too hard. You should be somewhere like a spartan so I'd accept that claim. -joNi-
  19. As you people can see from that; knowing what you should do and doing that is the key here. Follow your inner wisdom, my babies .
  20. That Rainy Sparkle's journey is even more personal. BROOS try to keep up with her and don't let her take too much distance .
  21. @ZenSwift Waking up early and taking cold showers is sign of true soldier and overall it sounds like your life is going to right direction for you. See also that you could listen audiobook or useful youtube video while cooking your meals. Maximize your productivity and keep doing, I trust you bro <3
  22. @KH2 Actually Heyyeyaaeyaaaeyaeyaa! is way to go .
  23. @Devin I'd see it that you shouldn't aim for the god-realization, zen state or other spiritual goals nor for extreme success, bodybuilder type of body or dozens of girlfriends alone. Those can be your goals, but being fulfilled, happy by doing and being should be the top priority. That being said I'd still suggest you to push harder and make some routines, because actually that way you start to see that you have lot of time every day and that way your stress disappeaps. Hit couple push ups now for me and I'll smile . Maybe even go post that to gym or/and here. Stay strong and positive, you machine <3
  24. @KH2 Do that everyday till you start to feel like you want to have break day so you can recover the needed 48h per muscle group. As I said earlier in this thread work smarter and harder, but the hard shouldn't come from being stupid and not doing things optimally. I really like that you see what I see as well; push yourself to move your limits to become stronger man with more stable mindset. You don't need any splits even if you ate perfectly and also better diet doesn't cost more necessarily so don't use that as an excuse. KEEP PUSHINGG, BLOODY SPARTAN!!
