  1. Sorry, I just couldn't help myself.
  2. This was my initial opinion of Tate. I predicted he will self-destruct. A week ago, my friend's grandpa was hospitalized due to covid. I told my friend that death is necessary to create balance and a better species. He died the next day. It's like I read the future without even trying (clairvoyance), or that God is trying to accommodate my thoughts cuz he's in love with me (narcissism). Or both! I'm going to be super rich!
  3. Now, let's design my dream girlfriend: (Orange) Ultra Ego: (Green) Hippie Witch: (Yellow) Inner Glow: (Turquoise) Actualized Dream: Or considering the post right below, let's just say my 4 wives...
  4. It's not enough to tell the truth. There are smart and stupid ways of telling the truth. And the same applies for lying. Integrity is a highly contextual thing.
  5. My new profile picture was generated by AI. It's really cool and artistic and multi-faceted. I like it. I was not able to generate many good ones. And I kind of regret that I did not prompt for the highest quality. I only have it at 256x256 pixels. I will search for a way to regenerate the same image in higher quality. I don't think it's possible, but I have to look. EDIT: Here's a larger image: Not bad. I used a free online tool from a Google search.
  6. You won't be able to solve this puzzle unless you decouple morality and integrity from high consciousness and development. It's a common belief/dogma amongst spiritual folks that high consciousness means high morality and integrity. And I'm not saying they're opposites, in fact they're nearly identical, or at least parallels. But to see that, you need to separate them first and understand why morality is necessary. And sure, manipulation is inevitable at all levels and scales. The amount doesn't matter, cuz everything you do, whether consciously or not, even taking a breath is manipulation, so demonizing it is pointless. A few tips, though: Keep on doing what you're doing, but now try more consciously. And don't be neurotic about it. Be cool, relax. Try your best to navigate correctly, but don't beat yourself up when something goes wrong. Be in tune with your environment and know when to take control and when to surrender.
  7. How would that look like? Do you at least have a realistic vision of this goal?
  8. @Leo Gura No, I'm serious. But it seems you lost track of your own mission. Self-actualization is the realization or fulfillment of one's talents and potentialities. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you seem to have achieved that to a great extent. You have met most of your needs. Otherwise, what else do you still want and have not yet achieved? And where do you peg yourself on Maslow's hierarchy?
  9. But you've actualized yourself almost completely. You've utilized your gifts and talents to the max and now you're basically the best version of yourself. Isn't that like the original and main goal of this work while God is just a tangent/side part of it?
  10. That dude wins Leo's top stalker's award.
  11. I used to feel depressed in the winter, now I don't anymore. I only feel cold and get frostbitten. Looking back now, I don't think it's the winter, but school that was depressing.
  12. Happy wife equals happy life. The collective/others are your wife.
  13. I don't think it's necessary to demote anyone, but I have a suggestion that might be useful. It has been my experience with some moderators that things can get a little bit personal sometimes, especially when points and warnings are issued. It just can give off bad vibes and impressions. Though, by no means this is exclusive to this forum. However, I think in most cases of conflict, it's the responsibility of the mod to take on the role of the bigger person and be aware, careful, peaceful, understanding, and resolving of conflict. This should be especially the case here on Actualized because it's implied that mods should be generally more developed than the average user. But that's not the general theme that I've experienced here. What I've experienced felt more like top-down, threatening, condescending communication and bossing around. Maybe it's my projection, but then again I'm not the only one who's complaining. My problematic behavior has been hard for me to correct because there was not enough transparency and care in the communication. For me, it wasn't even communication, but rather abuse that created a snowball effect of bad conduct on my end. You see, I am not an angel, and part of what made me so was the moderation. My imagination of better moderation would be something like this: Hi, dear user We appreciate your interest in this forum and discussion/topic, etc. However, this behavior is not acceptable here because, etc. We like your presence here and want you to stick around, and it would be a far more pleasant experience if you're mindful of blank behavior. Let us know if you disagree and we may have a discussion about it. Best regards. ... This or something like it could be made into a formal message to send to people showing problematic behavior. It should be positive and encouraging, and at the same time impersonal, unlike the penalties and points system that currently exists. At the current scale, it's easy to keep track of consistently problematic users. So give them three messages max, and then if nothing changes, a ban might be warranted. The points system is not necessary at this scale imo, and it doesn't really serve any meaningful purpose except triggering the users and making them feel powerless, attacked, and criminal, while in truth they might be innocent and simply ignorant.
  14. Exactly! He could have easily bribed his way out of anything there if he wasn't too overtly audacious about his goals. But he's just too goofy and kept shooting himself in the foot over and over again.
  15. @Zeroguy Waste of time. The MBTI tests I did before were more nuanced. This one just gives me two options to choose from. In practice, the answer I would give to most of the questions would be: it depends. The tests I'm used to give a range of agreeability, and I find myself most of the times giving a neutral response and sometimes somewhat in one direction or the other. So, in general I don't have any extreme preferences where I would completely agree or disagree. It's really hard to say cuz the questions are very contextual.
  16. I read this post today, and it reminded me of my mission with my presence here. Thank you for all the work you put in here and all the nuisance that you experience dealing with us. You are extremely loving, patient, and generous.
  17. I've been feeding ChatGPT more journal entries, and I've noticed this: Assuming the estimations are correct, apparently I tend to have a consistent streak of the same personality type across entries within a timeframe, with a few exceptions, then I shift to another streak, and so on. It's as if I enter the state of mind of a particular personality type for a period of time, then it runs its course and move along. Sometimes, a single streak can contain two types, i.e. there is still some consistency. So far, I've got a lot of Is and Ns, and very few Es Ss. And as a person who doesn't know a lot about MBTI and doesn't know how to type himself or others, I find this to be very interesting. But supposedly, the first two functions are the most prominent and dominant (primary and secondary), so I am supposedly mostly Introverted and iNtuitive, which seems fair, but not entirely correct. The reason is that I am not separate from my physical environment. My current personality is optimized to fit best with my current environment. Plus, the factors I mentioned yesterday regarding the forum and the influence of English speakers. It's not so simple. I really still don't think I have a strong preference for anything.
  18. Destroying some hippy myths and nonsense. My intuition is always correct.
  19. It's called procrastination, and it's usually a sign of burnout and/or overthinking. The answer to your question will depend on specifics that you did not provide. For example, are you trying to learn something or do something? And what is it that you are trying to learn or do? In any case, meditation is a good practice that can help you with this problem. Rest and good sleep are important. And healthy foods and lifestyle are important, too.
  20. @Arthogaan You don't have to suffer for others, as that'll probably only set you back, anyway. Instead, just try to do your best to help them, and be absolutely pragmatic about it.
  21. Here's what ChatGPT has to say about the implications of Gödel's incompleteness theorem:
  22. Making peace with yourself and living from/in that vibration.
  23. @Arthogaan @Bobby_2021 Even if it was only you that experiences suffering directly, the suffering of others will indirectly cause suffering to you in the long run. Think about it. Would you rather live in a world where others are suffering or happy? Especially when the cause of that state could trailed/traced back to you.
