I didn't watch the video, and won't, because the title is clear misinformation. I've read a couple of books from Jed, he's one of the best teachers alive. You might be shocked to learn that he writes about the beauty of life, the depth of experiencing every detail, and the effortless happiness that you can achieve. He likes poetry and quotes a lot from Walt Whitman. His style is super direct, which I personally like so much. But perhaps that's what the video is referring to, which if was the case by the way would be the one and only obstacle to enlightenment in Jed's view. So, to the normal materialistic dude, he might seem cynical, when in fact he's the exact opposite. But to see that, you'd need to put your ego aside and listen to the teachings objectively. -

That's because we think using that thing

Haha nice one! But the divorced women reputation is not a very good one, especially in a conservative society. @Preety_India In case it's not an arranged marriage on his side, the solution is simple, you can ask him what he likes in a wife and then do the exact opposite until he loses attraction and moves on. Just keep your reputation in mind while you're doing that. In most cases, creating unnecessary drama and conflict ought to do it. It happens all the time here where I live. In case it's arranged on his side too, I don't see except one of two options for you. You either move out of your city/country if possible, or you surrender to your fate so that the pain would be less painful. Sorry you have to go through this.

@Hulia Zero's latest date. Can't blame a man for trying to stay healthy, though.

They're arbitrary. And that's rather a feature, not a bug. Because if identity was solid, then you'd not be able to adapt to any changes in reality, and in result you'd break down at the very first challenge. The appearance of static reality creates the illusion of static identity. It creates comfort, and in result makes identity rigid and hard to change. A lot of times, rigidity can be rather destructive. Fluidity allows exploration and growth. But you shouldn't strive to be completely fluid, because then you'd have no structure to hold you together. So there needs to be a certain balance between fluidity and rigidity. You need to ground yourself in reality at least to a certain extent, while at the same time keep challenging your comfort zone constantly. The minute you stop challenging yourself, you are no longer growing. That being said, and in terms of discovering your authentic self, consider that it is in fact infinite. So, you don't need to search for a list of values and hold them as a holy book to follow. That would rather hinder your growth. Instead, whatever arises in the moment, accept it as your authentic self, and integrate it into your personality. Doesn't mean that will become you forever. It just means it's a skill you've learned to utilize at any given moment and in any given situation. I know I said somewhat abstract, yet unorganized, things that perhaps require examples from real life, but I can't currently think of anything good. I'm not in my creative zone at the moment, so. But I hope that helps somehow.

@Zeroguy Grow up.
-
@Vzdoh Thank you. Will definitely check it out. @Zeroguy Is that you?
-
@Zeroguy Good for you.
-
@Zeroguy You're one to talk, Mr. Six-pack abs.

@Vzdoh I really liked what you said a few days ago about taking care of one's own body. I'm not sure it's in this thread, but I so much respect the dedication. Good for you. I wish more women would follow your lifestyle. Also, as a man, I think taking care of my body is a healthy thing to do, and I already do a few things, but perhaps I can learn more. Can you give more tips?

That's just part of a standard formal contract that's very much the norm anywhere within the medical field. The purpose of it is simply to ensure the legal rights and preserve the jobs of the employees (doctors and pharmacists, etc.). They're basically saying: "We are going to do our best, but we can't guarantee you life. We can only promise you to work hard and to the best of our current knowledge and ability. But we can't give you health or life, so don't expect that from us." If you ever go to a hospital, that's one of the first things you need to sign before they could admit you in. Otherwise, you're free to go somewhere else. Because they don't have to take responsibility for such inevitable risks. So, unfortunately, with that perfectionistic mindset, there won't be any treatment for you, unless you accept the realities of inevitable risks. Because even if everything is performed perfectly smoothly on the nano level, mistakes can still happen on some other unexpected level or place, and you can't just shut down the whole medical field for some edge case mistakes. And even if no mistakes happen, nobody can guarantee you life, health, or safety. There will always be risks involved in anything you do in life. -

Funny how the dating section debates have stopped but this covid debate hasn't yet lol. -
An example of something I would never do. My situation is worse, at least financially. And sometimes I do complain, get angry, lose motivation and hope, suffer from setbacks, etc. But I have pride, and that's all I need. You could take my freedom, lock me up in a box, torture and beat me to death. But you could never take my pride. And what is a man's worth without his pride? Men can be reduced down to two types: the killer, and the beggar. Choose whichever path you want in life. You're either this or that. There's no third option. Remember the first principle in life: Survival, and zero-sum game. Leo's advice is very practical. It gave me the motivation I needed to keep going down the path that I've already chosen. I've been suffering despair and lack of motivation in the past few days, and was hardly able to move forward. Somehow, and at some point, I started having doubts. Now, I know my efforts won't be wasted. I know that the harder I work now, the easier it will be then. Thank you, Leo, sincerely. Perhaps you should teach more about basic survival instead of the useless philosophy you're obsessed with.

Exactly! Fucking hippies lol. Anyway, Been doing some serious shadow work, and was able to pinpoint some very first distinctions regarding women and music. I'm excited about that but won't talk about for now. I might make a new journal entry for each or both, or probably not at all. Need some more contemplation. I'm finally starting to see the end of this dark tunnel. I need to heal from those diseases asap. It's mandatory. I wanna return fully to my authentic nature.

Good vs. Bad is the single best duality, ever. Nuance is for losers and idiots. Not gonna waste my time explaining this insight, how I got it, or why it is true. You're just gonna have to accept it as the absolute truth. Otherwise, you're just stupid. Smart vs. Stupid is another cool duality.

In this case, slavery must be re-established first. But let's be realistic, many male celebrities marry one woman and probably keep a rotation, let alone the constant random IG gigs. That's the real world, not some fantasy land.
-
Dude, that's probably not the issue. Think about it, why would a man want to legally bind himself (marriage/divorce fees and other expenses, let alone the headache, etc.) when he can already fuck any number of women he wants, effortlessly, and almost for free? It just doesn't make sense. He might want to marry one woman and keep a rotation. But he definitely won't go for polygamy. I'm not talking to OP anymore. If you're reading, don't reply. I'm not interested in teaching you kindergarten stuff.

What is the phenomenon that you've observed? Higher percentages of being single and filing divorces amongst women? A select group of men getting laid more than most others? You can interpret these information in any way you want. You're responding in a way that tells more about you than about reality. But if you must know, the future is not gonna be like you're imagining. Yeah, so? Magic, unlike conspiracy theories, is real.
-
@Raptorsin7 You're doing exactly like a conspiracy theorist here. They take information and misinterpret it, and then they imagine implications and ghosts that don't and won't exist.
-
The world will end way before we reach that place. There's nothing to worry about.

I guess some things/people are always just gonna be ugly and disgusting. Fuck stage Green, for eternity! It's the single most disgusting group of people that have ever existed and ever will. It's not the content itself that's ugly, just the people who create and consume it, and how they go about doing all that. Ugh, just imagining them gives me a headache and drives me crazy! I swear they're the only ones that physically stimulate vomit reactions in me. Their psychology is disgusting.

@Thunder Kiss Check out Emerald's YouTube channel called The Diamond Net. She discusses these topics in depth, with a style similar to Leo.

You know the typical spiritual answer to this question? It's not "people" who develop spiritual egos and grow out of them. Rather, it's God who sleeps in a human dream and identifies as a limited human with desires and illusions. But the real answer is a lot more radical than that.
