Hi efleson, I have had couple of online lessons with Richard Freeman and Tias Little. Both are great yoga teachers, suggest to check them out. Not sure about the Taoism though. Additionally, I've been recently using Innercraft. Even though they don't have teachers in the traditions you have mentioned, they have great teachers from Rinzai Zen (Meido Moore), Sufism (Shaykh Burhanuddin), and Theravada (Tina Rasmussen). I like that all teachers provide very structured and in-depth meditation video courses for both beginners and experienced people. (promotional link removed).
