As I have mentioned in my other posts, Enlightenment is not a one time occurrence but as the word itself suggests, it's a continuous process of coming to light. Now what I have learned throughout the time I have been working on this journey, is that, Enlightenment is the Destiny of All of Us. However, there is a catch here! It's is not just about learning, or skipping the lessons that we are put here to learn or to assume that this destiny is inevitable whether you work for it or not. Psychedelics can be helpful in opening the doors of infinite but they are not the end all be all. They won't catapult you into enlightenment if you are carrying traumas from past. And let me make this Trauma thing very clear: Trauma is not necessarily something that's caused by a very dramatic experience. It can be for example the experience of working at a pizza shop when you knew you could be the CEO of a F500 company or even worse, working at a pizza shop because your company went bankrupt. Nothing wrong with working in a pizza shop but a lot wrong with your subjective experience. Now, I want you know that, as much as expanding your horizons and learning new things in the field of consciousness is important in your enlightenment journey, healing is also very important. We have all lived many many lifetimes, not just on this planet but on different planets and star systems, and not all of them are good and beautiful. Some has been extremely awful. For example the Orion star systems and Orion wars and Suppressions and Mind Control systems there. Now, this life is an opportunity to re-experience those traumas but in a controlled environment so that you can learn from those experiences, let go, heal yourself and come to light.

Hi @Leo Gura I was curious to know if it is possible to set a very specific objective for a Psychedelic Trip. Not every specific objective but things like: How mind and matter are connected? How can objects be created in higher dimensions with the ability to become visible or invisible at will? My idea is that these questions cannot be answered by a scientific analysis but a deep insight into the very nature of such concepts. For example, would it be possible to create an invisible drone in Etheric field with your mind and make it manifest/unmanifest at will?

Well I think this rhetoric marks the end of my contribution to this Forum... Good luck with your enlightenment... -

I have been thinking a lot lately about the technology of Alien Spaceships, and since they travel faster than the speed of light and also are anti-gravity, I thought their entire manufacturing process could even start in higher frequencies/planes. Frequencies so high that go beyond the physical reality as we know it. And since all planes are deeply interconnected and correspond to each other, I thought it would be cool to start that process by creating a Drone in the mind field and programming it with the mind such that it would correspond to both lower and higher planes at will. The tragedy here is that, even though at higher levels of consciousness the boundaries between mind at matter collapse, we live in a world where there are not many people who would be willing to have their minds stuffed out, and this technology could be an antidote to that. -

Take it easy man... We are not saints. We seek to learn more about the nature of this fucking infinite consciousness. So it's always fine to say I awakened. Look inside to see what really annoys you when you see someone proclaims awakening... There should be something you need to dig up. Otherwise you would be really easy with people talking about their awakenings. -

It really can be terrifying... But you know, when you gain some momentum with that kind of lifestyle, where you don't have kids to worry about or things of that nature, it actually is a very pleasant experience. Because you don't experience yourself as a human on Earth, but as something entirely different, so what would terrify you when all limits a broken, when there is no life to lose, nothing to lose? I sorta feel jealous of @Leo Gura -

It would be a mistake to judge the look of an alien from a Human perspective. This is the mother of all "subjectivities"!!! I personally think we not ready to explore the aliens subject other than just their intelligence and consciousness. Majority of humans can hardly even control their emotions when it comes to Lust, Greed, Anger... We are too immature to explore the Aliens subject. I mean we can, in this case we would not be a friend to them, but rather an inferior servant. -

The nature this enquiry, I have come to learn, is usually Egotism. I used to have such questions in my mind when I first started: How many people in the world are awake? How many people are enlightened? Am I among the enlightened? Am I among the Awakened? But the more I got into this work, I realized it doesn't matter at all. The trick here is that there is not clear line dividing between realized and not-realized. The more important point though is: They way you see others is not necessarily the way they see themselves, and the way you see others depends on the way you see yourself. So, wouldn't it be better to improve yourself and embody more Love into your consciousness so you can see others better? So you can see the entire world enlightened? -
I have been following Actualized.org for about 2 years now and I have enjoyed the solid advice I have got in terms of understanding my own deceptions, biases and things of that nature. But also I have been wise enough to follow my heart even if at times I was guided to go completely against actualized.org. The result was a spiritual path split into 2 paths, equally as valid (applying principles of not knowing). In the beginning the 2 lines were 99% congruent, but from the point where the notion of Solipsism, absolute not knowing and things of that kind were introduced into Actualized. Org the 2 paths got further split apart. Nevertheless, I kept giving equal credit to both. By the way, introduction of solipsism into actualized.org to me wasn’t the solipsism episode, but the episode called: “What’s the devil” and presentation of ego as devil. But I was curious to know what is it ecactly that makes these so fundamentally at odds with eachother. And then I realized, even though you can learn a lot from Leo, and actualized.org and that there are very very few people as knowlegeable and experienced as Leo, there are some elements in the foundation of Leo’s worldview that are wrong. These are so deeply wrong that it will invalidate a great portion of videos and teachings and therefore a huge threat to Leo’s entire worldview and survival. But I thought it’s better to share it rather than keeping it in my heart. He is the list: The version of OTHER, that Leo submits to which is a derivation of Solipsistic view, can be completely Proven Wrong by attempting to contact a non-physical being. Here is a challenge for you @Leo Gura. Let’s put your open-mindedness into practice: Try and find a proper ritual to contact one of the known Angels. Make sure you don’t give up, because it’s not easy to get it right in first few attempts. Then communicate with that Angel, and then reflect on your experience and ask yourself: Do I still think the same about the notion of Other? Do it Sober… The idea of Not Knowing as an antidote to the problem of Infinite Reality. Here is why it is wrong: First of all, this entire infinity is not merely accidental. There is a whole Design and Architecture behind all this, however invisible and incomprehensible to the uninitiated mind. A very accurate map of that seemingly infinite reality is Qabalah, Kabbalah. Why don’t you open-mindedly dedicate yourself to going deep into Western Esotericism and exploring what’s there? Maybe that would threaten so many of your assumptions about the reality and God? Hmm. Worth trying … Thirdly, your grasp of Free Will can be proven wrong. This proof stems from appeal to the Laws of the universe and Double-blind or whatever method of experimentations with it. Also, the idea of absurdity of Free Will will collapse once you become conscious of the idea of Infinite Unique Individual Soul. There are some other points, but I thought these are enough to get you started with challenging yourself. As you yourself suggest: Clean the slate and rewrite your mind with the notions of Mysticism and Magick. See how you go? You will realize you have had some rash judgements towards this and if you were truly in pursuit of wisdom, you would have at least started with exploring these topics before going into self-help and science. I’ve also thought what could possibly help you in seeking correction if you choose so, and these words stood out in my mind: - Modesty - Prudence - Temperance You have a great community of people here all loving you and appreciating you for the value you have added to their lives, now let them give back to you and show you new doors. but again, it will take huge deals of Humility. It’s always your call. ❤️

People reading my messages may think as if I am trying to put a stick in the wheels of Actualized.org but it is far from the truth of what I bear in my heart. I genuinely appreciate such places and such movements. This is precisely what is needed to wake up the society and I will try as best as I can, to add value to this invaluable source of Light and connection. But I am also conscious of the consequences of such radical views on others. I can see how twisted the mind of a person who sees the Other as himself can be. I'm also aware of the consequences of seeing Ego as the only source of Evil in the world. The universe is too big to be corrupted only by Ego. The influences on the formation of current human civilization and society far outnumber the ones Leo has ever considered. Cheers -

If something doesn't fit within the accepted bounds of one's frame of experience, it does certainly come across as foggy. What you are saying is true. However, the point I am trying to get across is the importance of your point of awareness. While it isn't false to say I am the River and the Ocean, it is unwise to live your Human life as River or Ocean! My point is that there is A REASON why you are not in an animal form and in Human form. And my own contemplations have led me to believe that the reason is nothing but to experience the Human form. But when someone insists that apparently God's fooled himself into being a human, so then there was a mistake, now I am going to fix that and say: I am God, it doesn't serve any purpose. So, Instead of trying to figure out what God is in it's infinitude, wouldn't it be wiser to reframe your pursuit and to ask the question of : "What is a Human REALLY? And how does it relate to God? the God within..." -

I knew this confusion would arise. And I appreciate you for writing them out. First of all, I am not in denial of the idea of oneness. One thing I would highly suggest is that whenever you are speaking to someone who’s questioning your worldview, remain open to the idea that something might get proven wrong in your and you will then need to bear the pain of correcting it for your greater good. Plus, remain humble, because you don’t know the person behind the phone typing these for you, and what sort of experiences he’s had and his background. See, this is the main problem in those of you who are Solipsism believers. Are you open to the idea that even if everyone who’s really no other than “you”, could have sovereignty and Free Will as we know it? See, first of all, enlightenment is an eternal journry, it will continue even after you have reached omniscience in this lifetime. Human life is not the only finite frame to experience reality or better to say The Self. There are higher and different forms, not just physical ETs but some non-physical forms as well, which are experienced in some othersrealms and planes of reality. These realms all correspond to each other. They are not separate. There, you would be more in touch with the concept of Free Will. There you would know it in your heart without forcing yourself to articulate it in the very limited medium of communication known as Human Language. Once you are mature enough to accept that a psychedelic experience, however deep and close to absolute, is not the end of the story, then you will start to appreciate the true beauty of other paths and other life forms in an objective manner. When you people stick to these 2-3 limited concepts like, You are God, It’s all you, others don’t exist it’s all in your mind, and these sort of absolute perspectives on reality, is as if you were 10 and your whole life you you have gone from 1-10, and then you took something and saw that potential ∞ and now you can’t let go of that and are insisting that I am ∞ therefore others don’t exist and assuming that you’ve reached the end of it. I don’t say your realization is not valuable, but please know that there is an ∞ journey to get to that ∞. ENDLESS! This means when you were 10, take a psychedelic and see ∞, but don’t cling to it, come back, get motivated and move to 20, and then again motivate yourself by ∞ and work your way up to 1000 and more and more and more. But what’s so important is that it will take time, diligence and a good character to be able to make constant expansion of consciousness. To your question I answer, Yes I have spoken to angels. I have been to their realms. It’s so radically different that all of your notions of psychedelic infinity will seem childish. Have I taken psychedelics before: Yes I have. At least 10 in the set and settings as intructed by Leo. Do I know a lot about Kabbalah? Yes sort of I do, and I’m aware of it’s potential, but I still need to learn a lot more cuz it’s not just a few dots and circles and lines, there’s so much more to it… Behind the surface. Finally, encounters with angels won’t disprove your oneness with them, in fact, it will strengthen that, but it will however, show you what it means to be a sovereign individual soul with Free Will. Just like so many other things that are not communicable, the mechanisms of how it works is also not communicable. You just need to experience it for yourself and become directly conscious of it. Are you open to that?! I don’t know… -
Mahyar replied to Mahyar's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
No but seriously though. I understand that it is a very rare thing and raises a lot of skepticism, but what I'm saying is an account of a genuine experience. Although I am not claiming to have any effective method to attain such levels of consciousness, but I do encourage you to keep an open mind for the possibility of having your mind and consciousness so expanded that you could actually experience reality from that kind of lenses. Leo is, as far as I am aware, working on a course to actually make that Alien Consciousness accessible for participants. There are a lot of questions in that field, almost all which I have no answers to! It's an unchartered territory so it's really hard to make any bold claims about anything at all. But let's experiment and share our experiences in a constructive fashion so we can build up a body of knowledge and capitalize on that. As much as I support a lot of social and political movements to improve life on our planet, I am also a big proponent of explorations and conquest of higher levels of intelligence. Because Intelligence plays a big role in making wiser and more efficient decisions. -
I just wanted to share my little experience of what you might call the "Alien consciousness". I could also be deluding myself but I tend to believe that experience Was indeed Alien Consciousness. So it all started when one day I was exploring this New Age idea of Starseeds. I have explored the topic for a reasonable time and while the majority of this starseed stuff you can find on internet is just some human speculation and imagination, some facts do seem to hold true. Based on that, I started attempting to connect with a race known as the Arcturians. I would meditate hours every day for at least a couple of months and one day, after many intuitive trials, I reached a crazy crazy level of Love that almost melted my bones. I felt it so strongly that I could barely think of anything. All that was present was PURE Love. But it was unlike any other Love. You can imagine as if you are melting Gold with 30,000K torch. Now Imagine that Gold is your Heart and the torch, that extreme source of Love. And then once the onset of this experience passed, I was fully conscious of this entire Milky Way Galaxy! I was able to speak to the Sun, the Moon, the planetary consciousness of Earth, the collective spirit of Humanity. I could have 400-500 Years of insight. My mind was filled with Crazy Technological Ideas and different structures of the Universe. I was also conscious of the many other races and species and life forms that exist in our universe. It was a MAD experience. But it didn't last long! and no matter how hard I tried after that, I couldn't get anywhere close to that experience. I now admit that such levels of consciousness will render you completely useless for the current human civilization. My personal understanding through the analysis of different types consciousness that I have experienced so far, is: There is the Baseline consciousness that is persistent all the time and there are many different forms and levels of consciousness and energies (aka. Light and Love). One's pursuit should not be to cling to one type but to explore as many types as possible while elevating the baseline consciousness by integrating the discoveries into the so called "Malkhutian" human life. Curious to read your experiences. @Leo Gura I look forward to your upcoming course! When I heard about it in your last video, it just filled my heart with extra hope!

I am so confused, I wish @Leo Gura could say something about this... I am finding it really difficult to marry these 2 views: There is a God, a supreme being that is Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent, that is the creator of all, Angels and demons and deities and all these entities, Spirits, Life, Death, Time and eternity, and that there is a human which we are (supposedly) that can interact with these entities on different levels, maybe in some form of physical manifestation or an intuitive insight or whatever You are God, The Self, and dreaming this all up forever... Reflecting on both views, when I think about each of them separately, they both make absolute sense, but when I want to put them together, they seem so contradictory. -
Mahyar replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
There is a certain kind of blindness that some of you guys are suffering from. What you generalize as EGO and go on to fight against it, contains some parts of your soul and spiritual faculties that help you navigate in life and discern between truth and falsehood. What you are killing with ego, is your conscience. Once you have lost your conscience for the sake of attaining "Enlightenment", then you have nothing to help you navigate in life. You have no way of discerning the truth from falsehood, good from evil. The mistake that you guys are making is that you think transcendence is transition and leaving something behind and becoming something new. That is not at all what it means to transcend. True transcendence is holding the previous self and becoming even bigger than that. Encompassing more. Getting a wider angle. That is what it means to grow. And that comes with developing your spiritual faculties. Remember, what makes human different from all other beings is his spiritual nature. Just like your mental and physical abilities, you have some spiritual abilities. And spiritual development means to grow those spiritual abilities. That is you intuition, your Chakras, your supernatural abilities and so many more things that you have never even heard of existing before. These will make you a super human. You don't need to do mental gymnastic to understand these. There are some definitive practices that you can do to obtain this stuff. The problem is that this is not something that is being openly talked about. The reason is the people like you who have not grown in morality and conscientiousness and if they get revealed to you, you will abuse your abilities against your other fellow human beings. The problem is that you are so egotistical that without even developing yourself to those levels, you are wandering in the awe of transcending. I want to transcend, I want to become God. Well, sorry, but you are not God. God is omnipotence, omniscience and all that, right now. He can literally do anything without your permission. He doesn't need your permission. He doesn't need to become selfless and all those BS theories to be able to practice his Infinite Power and Wisdom. He can do anything, right now. But, wait a second, Can you? And you will say, oh no you don't understand, there is no you, there is no me. But stop for a second, I'm telling you now, you are God. Can you manifest a Tree before me eyes right now? You will say, but see that is too egotistical, God doesn't need to do that, that is your selfish egotistical need. But these are all your stupid justifications and rationalizations. Make no mistake, God can will anything into existence right now. Anything, at anytime. But you are not him. You are being watched by him. This is the difference. You are connected to him. But you have your own identity and self, and the purpose of life is to grow, in your goodness and your power and all that. There is life after this lifetime. And that is not God. that is you. The soul. That is the hope of a spiritual human. A spiritual human, once grown well in spiritual faculties, knows very well, that there is life after this, there is an endless journey after this, so much more beautiful, so much more joyous, beyond your imagination. Your soul is immortal part of you, you will continue your journey once this precious life ends. This life is a trial. You pass this exam, you will continue on your journey, you fail this exam, you will start over, but remember, all the things that you do in life (Your thoughts, words and actions) are stored in the memory of your soul. When you start over, you will have to deal with all these beliefs and solipsistic views. It's going to be really difficult for you to do that. It might take lifetimes to purge yourself of these impurities. You are lost in WANT. I WANT to be God. I WANT to be selfless. and when your WANT overcomes your wisdom and intuition, then it is pretty expectable to end up in solipsism. End of my activity in this forum. -
Mahyar replied to Leo Gura's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Solipsism is the ultimate solution to not knowing the things that can be known. The Universe has a structure, has rules, has laws that can be known, in terms of what is a Soul, what is God, what is Love, what is the true origin of human, why this all, why good why evil, why suffering and all that. The problem is your lazy ass! You want to have all your worldly possessions and pleasures like limitless sex, limitless wealth, control over others while you also want to know what is God and why all that. You can’t just skim through a religious or esoteric order’s teaching and draw conclusions and validate your preconceived assumptions by swallowing a psychedelic on top of it. It just doesn’t work like that. Bad news! I know it’s painful to hear this but it just doesn’t work like that. When you actually go inside those religions or esoteric orders, and you don’t dabble around just to label yourself an open minded, to quench your thirst of knowing all the others, then you will realize that True christianity and their notion of God as a Deity (Father), or other esoteric and mystery schools are QUITE SOMETHING. Once you know the truth, Which is not solipsism, of course you will become free. But there is a path that you need to follow. Don’t listen to me, don’t listen to Leo. Stop your stupid solipsistic worldviews and actually go and get initiated in a mystery school. Research about them and join. Endure the pain of keeping your long-love solipsistic views away, and actually go and get engaged with those schools (Given that you will be admitted). You will then realize. Once you know, you know it. Stop wrecklessly taking psychedelics. There is a good reason for why there are Psychedelic Shamans. Let me also tell you this: Psychedelics, meditation and yoga is not the only way for spiritual growth. Spiritual path is not at all waking up from a dream or something like that. Go and actually become a member of an esoteric order or mystery school with a good reputation. Make sure you do your own research. And on the proper divine timing, you will know. What you will know is not communicable, it’s ineffable. And that knowing will set you free. Blessed be -
It's truly amazing. And the fact that it has almost no side effect even if you don't cycle it much, is what makes it even better. Before you get on it, you may feel like you have less control over your desires and emotions and you may fear getting attached, but once you take it, you will be so confidently and wisely cycle it as if there was never a fear of addiction. To me, it feels like the feeling I have the next day after a deep Infinite-Love-Realization Mushroom trip. In terms of productivity, Oh man.. all I need is a timer to remind me to get up and stretch. That's it. What dose you taking? Do you cycle?

Oh my god, Armodafinil is a blessing from the Heaven ?? I got my mind back. It’s back to my embrace. Can’t believe it’s so powerful. 18 hours after a 75mg dose still feeling so good. Haven’t felt like this for ages. I’m super motivated to start the work… Life Purpose, Self-actualization.

If you don't know how to make it work, it doesn't mean it has stopped working or you have overgrown it. The first step is to figure out what that "Whatever" is in your equation. Mind/Body/Soul. Making the mistake to say it's all consciousness and all these models are bullshit, is like saying, Water and a Tree and Mountain are the same they are made of atoms. Well yeah, but if you want to generalize or reduce things just like that, then good luck with understanding the world you are living in and expanding your consciousness. You need to know what are the origins of this trilogy. What do each of those components mean. Why Mind/Body/Soul and not Body/Soul/Mind? There is an abundance of information on internet, but also there are information that you can find outside of internet. But you can use internet as your launching point to the further your study through secondary source, of course if you are curious enough to know it deeply. -
Mahyar replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Someone here Thank you for sharing the information. I indeed enjoyed the read. Just to add on top of what you mentioned, it is important to note that all the things you mentioned fall under the category of science. Leo has talked about the difference of Science and Religion (Spirituality - Consciousness) and the individual importance of each of them. The problem here is that, the so called researchers are pushing themselves to solve this problem of intelligence and consciousness within the territory of science. It is THE problem. Like I mentioned, all these things would be possible, if and only if we are willing to give up our old paradigms of thinking only in terms of either Science or Spirituality, and accept that to have breakthrough in either of them, these two need to come together. If you have noticed, those key words that I listed, they were all consciousness-related topics not scientific. This is not a matter of more research and more discovery. It is the matter of going meta and shifting paradigms. It is the matter of allowing ourselves to think outside the box. Have you ever had an awakening/enlightenment experience? Have you noticed that you ARE THE experience (Consciousness) not the body, not the brain, not the neurons? I would suggest, if you want to find the answer to your question, try to work on these, instead of reading more and going deeper into scientific interpretations of how intelligence works. Although, knowing that is of great benefit. -
Mahyar replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Remember, everything is possible. Watch How openmindedness works by @Leo Gura. You are consciousness, you are God, You are infinite. But the trick is that you need to understand how Finite operates within Infinity. You need to become more and more conscious of yourself and what you are able to do and to create. Check these key Words on internet: Servitor Psychic entity Casting soul Egregore Finally, a computer cannot be conscious if it doesn't have a soul. Also, you need to know that there are different levels of consciousness. In a sense, everything is conscious. But I guess by using the word "Conscious" you are implicitly referring to "Self-conscious". That, I don't think is possible. But again, We don't know anything. So … -
We are on a very similar path. I took the life purpose course last year, I learnt so much about myself but at that time, I was in a shitty relationship, I was shooting steroids and doing bodybuilding and eating 4000Calories a day, Smoking weed every day. However, right after taking the life purpose course I also took some psychedelics (Mushrooms and LSD) and they revealed to me that how low is my consciousness. Now after one year of self-work, I am doing the life purpose course again. The bottom line is: So many of us including myself, are too unconscious to find our purpose! The best way is to work on raising our consciousness to a reasonable level, not necessarily enlightenment or god consciousness. Fix your lifestyle, remove most of negative habits, if it's drugs, or alcohol or addictive sex, or whatever that is unhealthy and low consciousness. During this time, don't rush, just contemplate on the nature of those major elements in life purpose, e.g. Values, Strengths, ZoG, DoM and all those items that are in me sheet. But test your ideas loosely, but be open to the idea that you will need to take the life purpose again in the future and it can be very different from what you found the first time. Bonus: One insight that I had recently was that, generally once we become more conscious, we realize that any good life purpose is to raise the consciousness of yourself and others. But since many of us new to the field of consciousness, the first thing we see is Leo and we think that is the only way to raise consciousness where in reality there are infinite ways to raise consciousness. You need to know deeply what is a high consciousness and what is a low consciousness. These are not mere speculations, but real metrics. Once you have a sense of what a high consciousness is, then think about how you can find ways to bring more of your top values to the world and raise the consciousness by manifesting them into the world. Reading the books in the reading list is extremely important + some of the books in the book list to expand your worldview + expand the area of your experience in life. For some people it's an easy thing to find, for some of it's not and is rather a slowly converging process to find the life purpose.

I know it may feel a little difficult at the beginning, but I would suggest starting first by getting some external push or motivation to get the wheels of your life rolling so you can have a little love for life, and build some momentum. See Nootropics but take caution. Drink more water, I've noticed it helps a lot. Find some good routine for your sleep. Look into your diet. Do some workout, even some stretching and any kind of physical activity that would distract you from your mind and bring you to the moment to feel all parts of your body. Avoid the things that de-motivate you during the day. Eliminate them one by one. But also know that, that is not going to be the ultimate solution! Use that game to trick your ego out of the bed so you can start engaging with life. Here is that ultimate reason that you have little motivation for getting out of the bed: Somewhere in your life you are avoiding some truth. So while you are getting extrinsic motivation to move through life, also start that energy and love for life to self-reflect and contemplate deeply, where in life you are not facing some truth.

I realized that I have been forcing myself into a relationship that the other person is just so F. low in consciousness and self-integrity which is completely opposite side of myself. There is no limit to how much self-honest you can be so if I am saying opposite of me, it doesn't mean that I am perfectly self-honest but there can be HUGE differences between the level of self-honesty in people. And during an LSD trip I realized that how big of a disservice I have been doing myself to force myself into this relationship and by doing so I had to lie to myself that I am at her level so I just disowned the most beautiful and intelligent parts of myself just so that I can stay in the relationship with her. It is a relief because I had been suffering from Anxiety and Depression recently but I didn't know what is the reason. I could somehow intuitively guess but I didn't actually know for sure. Now that I have this insight and considering what Leo mentioned in his last video about the avoidance of Truth and the consequences of it, I now realize that all I am suffering from is my own avoidance of truth. The truth that there IS a difference between me and her. And it's not small enough so I an neglect, it's HUGEEEE. The more I avoid this and lie to myself, the more I will suffer.
