@Leo GuraWhat to do if your past girlfriend cheated on you by flirting with other boy.I feel constantly angry for this .I just woke up with the angry mood with the image in my head of she flirting with someone else . What to do ?

Now after meditating,contemplating and listening to Binueral Beats for sometime it is feeling better .

And also I have many issues besides my personal life like my friends once bullied me ,one teacher hurted me .Now is the case that I am in a good collage (persuing Biotechnology engineering)and the girl that I mentioned and also the friends who bullied me are taking 2nd year drop after their 12th standard for preparing for medical entrance exam .My career is also going well by I don't understand that why do l feel hurt by obsessive thoughts .Even going to the mental health professionals hasn't cured me .

We measure with the clock the quantity which depends on the relative position of the earth with respect to sun and not beyond that .

@Leo GuraI took steps and talked to many girls after she was gone but what about the mental images that come in my mind of her flirting with another guy comes in my mind .How to heal that as it results in anger ?

But what about the visuals that is perceived when the eye is closed and bombarded with flashlight of the phone ?

@Preety_India I am trying to move on by not trying to not to think about girls who hurted me,persons who hurted me.I also have OCD and I have stopped eating the medicine from few days instead I am trying the above and also listening to Binueral Beats (especially serotonin releasing music ) and it is feeling better than eating medicine .

@Leo Gura I am in fear and doubt that am I going on the right path by following your content like watching videos , meditating ,contemplating or not . I just recently watched one of your critics who was an academic who accused you of being a cult leader which instilled immense fear ? in me .I am so scared as I am a young (age 20 years ) and whole of life ,career , looking after my family is in front of me . Please help !!

@Leo Gurar How is time relative? As what we perceive time in day to day life depends on the position of the Sun and Earth .Imagine if there is an astronaut who goes into spaceship if he is fortune enough to see the earth from space .He will see the blue earth but the space around it would be dark .So at one place there is light of the Sun on earth and the entire space is dark . So the dark of the space remains and in Earth's case as it rotates the position of earth changes but the direction of Sun's projection of sunrays remains the same . Isn't it that the light and dark will remain at their places thereby making time constant ?Please could u explain to me .

I have come to conclusion after contemplating that time is relative in human perception but absolute in universe's perception . Can someone explain this to me ?

Thank you for the perspective but I need more opinions.And also even if it the universe is expanding time is moving uniformly in one direction as time depends on distance. Which itself makes time constant.

The same issue is what I am facing now .Plus I am addicted to antidepressants ,without them nothing feels good . What to do ?
