so I just wrote this out and then it didn't take so I might shorten this too much hopefully not, I met a girl and her two kids the other day, all three were victims of abuse, the worst thing was the woman's daughter who is only 3, was having night terrors and it was so heart breaking to witness. I have a best friend who lives in South Dakota and she's a social worker, were not talking right now cause she doesn't understand what I'm going through but she's the most honorable person I know, the little girl i met was here in Sac. Is there a way to connect these two beautiful souls who I care deeply for to protect each other and love each other without knowing each other via meditation? Thank you so much in advance.
