I recently did a thread asking what people loved about life, what made life worth living. There were so many incredibly beautiful and diverse responses that I wanted to now do one on people. But this one might be hard… LOL! Definitely more challenging than the first but I can kick start it off. What I love about people is witnessing and experiencing their creativity. Their ‘Creator’ nature and seeing their creations. Okay now everyone else’s turn, if you will . I think it will be helpful for me and for us to be reminded of the lightness of people since we are on the receiving end of so much darkness today in our unawakened world.

Yes, exactly. This is exactly how I would put it. @Raptorsin7, this is why it didn’t happen the second time even though you, “thought I was doing the same thing.” It didn’t happen because you had the intention to surrender when surrendering is void of all intention/effort.

Yeah this has happened to me too. @ZenSwift There really is no transition moment because the moment you are asleep you are asleep and the moment right before you are awake. Sure there are transition phases (phases of sleep) but each phase is itself and each next phase is itself so you can’t really catch/find a transition moment exactly, if that makes sense. But you can use your awareness to watch the whole thing by just staying as awareness during the process. I personally think it’s easier to do the moment you’re waking up instead of the moment you’re falling asleep, but either is possible. It basically feels like lucid dreaming but take away the dreaming aspect and replace it with wherever your body is. Idk it’s hard to explain and I’m not even sure if my experience is exactly what you’re asking for anyway.

@RickyFitts I have an avoidant personality when it comes to relationships and intimacy. So someone told me once I didn’t have to surrender to people or relationships ever because I’m always only surrendering to God, and that helped me. Although I have yet to do it, lol.
