Yeah it's surreal. (I later heard from the police that the same guys tried to take a bicycle from another guy in the neighborhood. This guy put up a fight and they actually shot and killed him for his bicycle.)

That would be crazy terrifying. Just over 20 years ago I went through an attempted car hijacking, where a gun was held to my head. The sheer terror was unbelievable. I managed to escape unharmed, and when I got home I literally downed a bottle of wine. Adrenaline was so strong the wine had no effect on me. (I have heard stories of soldiers who claimed they never felt more alive than they did on the battlefield.)

Quite magical how every intro has the same message, but is literally never expressed in the same way twice.

@Mellowmarsh When you say there is something terrifying about having no choice but to be aware of all the hardships etc happening here, How do you reconcile that with " Unconditional - all allowing Love….perfect in every immediate moment even in it’s seemingly imperfection. " ?

I hear you. (knower and known would be two) Which is why it perplexes me when some say that it is possible.

There still seems to be this interesting apparent divide between those that say it's possible to know God, and those that seem to be more in a space of complete unknowing (not knowing anything).

I hear you, I just mean it's probably not possible for the whole universe to become some hellish nightmare, even though it would still be perfect. It would be too much of a swing in one direction. ie not a true reflection of the totality of God.

Okay i get it, thank you, so whatever happens it is still perfection. And ultimately the whole universe cant go off the rails so to speak, because it is God.

Wow. This does seem to imply the need for, or at least the possibility of, divine intervention at times, or am I wrong ?

Aha, so there is a perfect intelligence to this, but is there really like a script to it, like a divine destiny as such. My sense is that maybe that's what Jim meant by random. That it's unscripted in some way ?
