I appreciate your concern, but I can't invalidate my direct experience. This is not depersonalization or escape or anything like that. I feel more vibrant than ever. Mellowmarsh was right, it's not possible to debate this stuff. Each to his own. I know neo advaita or whatever it's called gets a bad rap, and I'm sure there are some people to blame for that. But the kind of radical nonduality that Jim Newman, Tony Parsons and others impart, is definitely the real deal.

What people are calling God realization seems to be more of a peak mystical state, it doesn't last, not that I'm knocking it. What Jim, Mellowmarsh and Adyashanti are talking about is not a temporary state.

If there are a whole bunch of processes happening in the background over which you have no conscious control, and neither can you say that you are consciously deciding for the mind, can you see that perhaps the sense of the 'controller' might be an illusion, made up of a confluence of the senses, thoughts, emotions etc
