Thank you, besides Dr K, what other channels would you watch when learning more about making the best of neuro divergence in practical life ?

I think i watched one video of his once where he used some technique of 'shaming' onself into changing, which didnt feel right to me. Im sure he has a lot of valuable stuff. But for example, which specific video on the topic of neuro divergence has he done, which really spoke to you ? @Cred

People will become so disconnected from their intuition when AI tells them what to eat, when to eat, what exercise you need, when to do it, etc.

ps Dr K really does not seem like the right channel to assist neuro divergent people.

But is there actually an official definition for neuro divergence, for example, have they done tests to determine which specific parts of the brain work differently, or what specific brain chemicals are out of balance ? You just listed a whole range of symptoms.

Why was ICE messing with this woman in the first place, was she an illegal immigrant ? Apparently the ICE officer was dragged by a car for a 100 yards in some incident 6 months ago. Which means he was already on edge. Still, no excuse for murdering an unarmed person. They say he was a gunner in the Iraq war. Psychological profiling probably non existent for these jobs.

Just dont enjoy the low afterwards anymore. If I want a bit of a mood elevator, i prefer microdosing Golden teacher mushrooms these days. No downside really, and good for the brain.
