I dont think yoga is sold as a direct path to enlightenment. It can be useful to strengthen the body so that it can handle stronger currents of energy. But this can be achieved without neccesarily doing yoga. Meditation, contemplation and psychedelics I would say are more direct paths. But ultimately there's still an element of Grace involved.

If all the tools and methods that people use to assist them in the process of awakening, are all mere wishfull thinking, then what do you suggest ?

Could it actually be possible that if enough people wake up, say beyond some tipping point, that we could somehow redream a new reality ? ie new earth etc. (I have heard Satyoga say something similar) Edit: I used the wrong wording in the heading, lets rather say: redreaming ourselves into a higher dimension of the one reality.

Thats a pretty cool recontextualization of 'cleaning the house'. Probably links up with feng shui principles also.
