@Tim R I'm starting to realize that all distinctions or "dualities or finitudes" are coming from the one ultimate canvas which is the entirety of this present moment. When my parents told me my name was Daniel, they created a finite little ego for me, but couldn't I be everything that I'm observing through my direct experience. If i see a list of a hundred names on a piece of paper in my direct experience, why would I only identify with one of those names on the list called Daniel. Why wouldn't I be all the names on this list on the paper in my direct experience, including the paper. So if "I'm" everything in my direct experience, that would also infer that I'm nothing! I'm everything and nothing, just "isness" without a you, pure raw perception. How could I even be identified with my body (a finite concept) if it's constantly changing, my body is constantly aging and morphing, so what finite static thing could I even be clinging on to? Infinity also seems to be constantly in motion and changing. -

The example you gave really makes it more clear for me, it makes total sense.... It's just one God and I seriously keep getting glimpses of this, now it's happening like twice a week on average, I'm just patiently awaiting for the full blown realization now.. -

Woah, I'm totally starting to get it now. Thanks leo! -
Do you really "just know" when you go through one of these "supposed" enlightenment experiences? How could we know the truth with absolute certainty after we go though one of these "mystical" experiences? It seems like a lot of faith is put into these experiences but it could also be that we're bullshitting ourselves..

When I ask my mom how her day at work went, and she tells my a story of all the things she experienced at work, I know that none of that actually happened. When my mom tells me stories about her childhood and her pregnancy with me, I know that none of these things actually happened. It really makes you realize that you're really just it. Does this realization occur to anyone too?

This is all a mindfuck that I cannot understand right now. Maybe ill awaken to this truth if it's true. -

yeah these perspectives aren't really practical, but they sure do help ground you to you're god-like nature and remind you to be present, since all you are is direct experience and everything within it.. -

well i can trust my memories because at one point, i had direct experience of them. But i've never had direct experience of anything outside of my direct experience. -

I think I meant arbitrary in the way that this earth is one out of an infinite amount of realities that I could've been born into and that there's nothing really special about this reality that I'm currently in, the way that many people assume. -
So yesterday I was driving to work and realized how arbitrary this planet I was born on is. The shape on the continents, boundaries of the countries, sounds of the languages, history of the earth, number of planets in our solar system, the physical characteristics of humans, the looks of the animals, the era of this planet... All of these things are completely arbitrary and I could've been born onto an earth where all of these factors were completely different. This realization pretty much blew my mind. It almost felt as if this life was all a dream that I created through my birth and will stop existing when I die. What do you guys think of this??

@allislove thanks for the answer, I'm still new to all of this but I'm an openminded person so I'll be watching more of leo's videos.... I definitely felt like I had some sort of awakening...
