I have been meditating (doing vipassana) a lot lately and it is making me feel worse, like im going a little crazy and i'm losing the part of me that was productive and highly functional in society. I know Leo and many other teachers generally advice you should just push through it; however in this point in my life im going through some challenging situations and some emotional turmoil. Do you think the advice to not meditate while in emotional turmoil holds any validity? and it's better to wait until you establish yourself on "firmer ground".
