@TheSomeBody Try enlightenment chi kung and or the chi kung system Healing Tao. I get nice results which I find very valuable. And only with doing 1 or 2 exercises a day. But even with this dontt expect big results in a few months. The effects get stronger and stronger until they are really very nice! But still its the same exercise day in day out..
