  1. @Eternal Unity You're welcome. I go more in depth in my video about spiral dynamics stage Tawny. It's based on my own mystical experiences and research. No way I claim I have integrated anything which comes close to this state of consciousness, I've only seen a glimpse, but it taught me a lot. I have fallen way back in consciousness due to electrohypersensitivity, gut issues, food intolerances. As one can notice these have a serious influence on the fluency of my speech, especially in foreign languages. I use a notepad file with keywords to compensate this. Not that any of this is bad, it's all meant to be. It could be stated that Tawny can create huge leaps of progress within society through the ability to destruct the being's "own" body instead of it's environment, undergoing it in extremely physically painful ways. Other stages try to imitate this, especially stage blue (especially in Christianity) and green (think of some vegan activists), but are almost always doomed to fail to achieve a huge impact. Thích Quảng Đức's self immolation and Jesus Christ at the point of his crucifixion are possible examples of Tawny. Jesus caused Europe to shift from red to blue, Thích Quảng Đức may have been one of the main triggers shift in global consciousness, eventually triggering the mass emergence of stage green we know as hippie culture. What I think is going on is that Tawny can go far beyond what was once the pain limit of the body and still be fully peaceful inside. Also there is no point in believing anything I say, as everything we believe is false. Everything I say here and everywhere else is false as well. Every thought is false. Spiral dynamics is false, even though it's an approximation. But it doesn't have to be true to be useful. Spiral dynamics can be a rough guide. Make sure you learn about stage coral and teal first before you delve into this matter. The channel "Wake Up" has some good content on coral and teal. I'm aware I might get things totally wrong here, in fact I do, I'm wrong about everything. I'm even wrong about being wrong. You get what I'm pointing to. If not understood, even though spiral dynamics is an approximation I'm probably off to some or large degree about what this stage is as I haven't integrated it. At the very least some nuances should be made. On the other hand, everything beyond turquoise is basically a black box to our ego mind, a being living there would probably not communicate about spiral dynamics at all I think. According to what I saw in his videos, Leo has had this kind of experiences (and beyond? infinite love, omniscience, omnipresence, second tier "green"?) as well, perhaps we could learn from his perspective. Even though what actually is, is a black box even for his memory. This is because these experiences are beyond memory, but memory can learn from it. Coming back into monkey shatter from such mystical experiences, even though those were of short duration, it might be very valuable in some ways for other people on their road to self discovery. The experience cannot be translated in monkey mind language, but there can be pointed to it and thus create curiosity and motivation in people to let go of the ego which is preventing understanding of such things. The channel "wake up" did this for coral and teal. Even though meant to be helpful, obviously it's very easy to fall into the trap for this all to be fap material for the monkey mind.
  2. I just wanted to share a perspective on truth/suffering: @leo/moderators if you consider it inappropriate to post video's of my own channel here I will keep it to an absolute minimum. Perhaps better if I post it in Self-Actualization Journals? I wasn't sure so that's why I'm asking. Also my ego is kinda ashamed to put my own stuff in this high consciousness resources. After all "high" is relative. For example: stage orange was very "high" in ancient times, but it could now be considered "low" consciousness. Eventually, there is no low or high, it's all relative. After all, I intend my video's to be of help for people, not to spam any opinions, beliefs or other aspects of my ego.
  3. I've been diagnosed with aspergers as a child and what I experience is a very high consciousness in abstract thinking, creativity, philosophy, out of the box thinking, music, technical stuff, memory, geographical orientation, problem solving, etc. but a rather low consciousness of the emotional & social side of things as well as a low fluency of speech. Regarding the former I feel like I'm in stage yellow and for the latter I dwell somewhere around blue, sometimes a bit of red, sometimes a bit of orange. A bit of green can be present after meditation. Perhaps this summarizes Elon Musk as well. Except that I'm not very good at executing plans, like he is. Perhaps due to inflamation or bad bloodflow in certain parts of the brain? Food, stress and EMF's have a huge impact on me so I guess it might have to do with brain inflammation.
  4. And it makes more and more people sick, think of the cancer epidemic, electrohypersensitivity (I'm suffering from this), social media addiction, etc. Also it destroys what we perceive as our environment. Not that any of this is wrong, suffering is consciousness teaching itself.
  5. Maybe One could state that dice are just a concept made up by our ego (like every word). Dice is whatever you perceive it is, but it's nothing of meaning. So I could state it's both is and isn't depending on ones perspective.
  6. Whatever is, is meant to be. The suffering is a gift. We, everything as one created it to aid us evolve our consciousness. This is "never" finished. Even the very time and space in which it happens, is imagined. Also it is "always" finished as well. Because whatever is, is. It's infinitely perfect and imperfect. It's a paradox, but the paradox is imagined. Whatever is written here is nonsense. Truth is beyond words. It's beautiful beyond words. Words can point at it. However they have no truthful meaning of themselves. There even is something beyond what I'm pointing to right now.
  7. I made a video on my YouTube channel in which I talk about my experiences in shifts of gender and sexual orientation when addressing gut health issues. Sorry for the broken English, this is why I mainly vlog in Dutch. However, I decided to make one in English too as a quick google search didn't show me any similar content, so I decided to share these observations with whole the world, not just Dutch people. Not with the intent to convince people of any beliefs or opinions, just to broaden the perspective of people who are open to putting different perspectives next to eachother with the intent that this content might be of help to someone.
  8. What is it about? It is not available in my country.
  9. What Michael says, to summarize a big chunk of the causes he mentions: many of it is related to what is called "leaky gut syndrome". Another factor can be electrohypersensitivity AKA EHS. For me reduction of histamine, carb and glutamate intake and increase in zinc, omega 3 and magnesium did the job. But what helps can be different for anybody. Things one might want to look into are an elimination diet as well as reading about methylation disorders.
  10. My initial reaction on this thread about giving Hitler equal love like all other beings gave me a bad taste in my mouth, even though I said I love Jews too it still feels gross somehow. One of the reasons being that there are Jewish people/Israeli on this forum and I don't want to make them feel uncomfortable in any way. I'm wondering: Is this a reaction of the ego or bad karma? Not sure, I'm aware everything can be deconstructed to infinity since ultimately truth is beyond words and can only be experienced. I feel myself getting sucked into my lower self right now. I do think lessons can be learned from this and I will come out stronger.
  11. Yes it often can be, especially if you tend to be more open minded than agreeable. I think it's an opportunity to learn though. What helps for me to equalize the love, are guided compassion meditations such as this one: (I'm aware this one is rooted in stage blue, but nothing wrong with that as it works great for me.)
  12. You would already exist without Hitler. But you would be watching through other lenses (egos). This very ego writing this here wouldn't have been here as well, but is that bad? I still would exist as all ego exist on the same field of consciousness, one cannot not exist. But even this is probably an illusion as things may just be the way they are. You are here, now as there is nowhere else to be. There is no “what if” other than an delusion rooted in ego.
  13. One could call this Trump, Putin, Satan, Sjejtan, Babylon, etc. as well. Or our integration of “stage red” ego. Whatever one calls it. I got angry yesterday, it gives me the same kind of vibe. It's not wrong, but it can often be a dangerous trap once a society or “individual” has evolved past “stage red”. I think I have integrated stage red a bit too much to my own liking, having dwelled there for most of my life.
  14. Hey hey, I did the big 5 personality test, and I noticed I score very high on openness and very low on Conscientiousness. It's kinda what I expected. The rest is in the “normal” range. I'm already working for years to be less neurotic which has paid off. I'm already aware the latter has a serious negative impact on my life, Any ideas how to work on this? It's also the hardest one to work on for me, so I'd be thankful for any new insights you could present me. I already watched the “how to get shit done video” as well as several similar ones. Note that I'm on benefits due to mental health issues, and my abilities fluctuate depending how well I manage my mental health.
  15. @Leo Gura The line between love and praise can be thin indeed. It can truly scare the ego. However, even though conditioned disapproval/hate feels comfortable it consumes us. The perceived controversy of this topic can cause a lot of cognitive dissonance whatever one does.
  16. I'm nobody to say this, but perhaps it's better to close this thread just to avoid controversy. It's not wrong what we do here, nor is it right and I think most of us got the point on this topic by now, but if we continue it might be us “jacking off” to our open-mindedness, which might also feed our ego, especially due to the perceived controversy around this topic. I notice it feeds mine or at least gives me a excited, tense, sweaty vibe. Not that this is wrong, nor it is right, but perhaps better to keep it short.
  17. Yes, I love Hitler like every being, connected through consciousness. @Leo Gura I'm Hitler indeed, I created him, I gave meaning to him, I created the holocaust. Note: I do think systems like Nazisms can be considered a dangerous trap, I equally love all Jews too and I do think Nazism can induce a lot of suffering into beings, but so does capitalism, feudalism, communism, or any political system based within “the first tier of spiral dynamics”. My sense of personhood doesn't vibe with the holocaust, but it is not “wrong” not to do so. Disapproval of this is a judgement of the ego as well. This is not wrong either and you could loop my words to infinity from here. Ultimately, Nazism is also based on disapproval/judgement, disapproval of Nazism is as well and we can learn from this.
  18. What Michael says, just another processed food. Better to avoid it as it is not contributing to your health.
  19. For me the absence is, I can tell you as an electrohypersensitive person. Plus ethernet is more reliable and faster.
  20. If one spends more on food (if it's a balanced whole food diet), one will probably spend way less on doctors and meds. At least this is the case for me. One will likely also have to spend way less on personal hygiene and will need less sleep without getting tired, in my case this can be almost half the time if I eat very clean. For example, free glutamate, which can be found in MSG, wheat, dairy (especially Parmesan cheese) and processed protein can wreak havoc in ones mind and body. Nonetheless with my diet I'm right at the average cost in my country (Belgium). What I say here is just based on my own experiences, one should figure out what works for them on their own and I hope you find something that works for you.
  21. Those are junk foods as well, best just drink water... perhaps some herbal tea would be better, or green tea if you don't mind the bit of caffein? Also, regarding working out in the gym to get muscular, it can get quite expensive as well as you need to eat way more which puts your health under strain as well on the long term. When it comes to weight I'm just making sure my BMI is slightly above 18.5 All the MSG, sugars, additives, unhealthy fats and for some people histamines will cause a lot of inflammation which can manifest itself as brain fog, allergies, exhaustion, headaches, hair loss, etc. Also I noticed if I eat extremely clean, which I do, I don't get a bad body smell, even if I wash myself, including my hair with nothing but water. Sorry if too much info, but eating this clean causes my semen to taste very neutral as well.
  22. You can have both, perhaps create a realistic saxophone VST plugin? From there on you start creating lot's of plugins other for music production. I have a friend called Maxime Solemn who has his own company and made his own bass and guitar VSTi's, not sure if it's alright to post a link to his YouTube or website here according to the forum rules, so I'd say to look him up if you want to see what you can do by combining these skills.
  23. Some weeks I feel love the whole day in everything I see and do, other weeks it's completely absent.
  24. I think it depends on how your body react to it, for most people it should be fine. I do get sick if I eat any soy. For the large majority who has no major issues eating soy, different amounts are good for different people. One has to figure out for themselves through elimination.
