Hello Leo, How can i overcome my self conscious? I feel ugly sometimes.

I was having the same problem with porn addiction and this was very helpful, it took me a year to really understanding the issue. What you need to do is grind a process in order to beat the addiction, 1 - Set no fap streak goals, try to hit 1 week without porn, then 1 month then 2 month till you reach 3+ months 2- Pay attention to your triggers and try to find the root cause of the issue, 3- Overall the main solution is to Raise the level of your Consciousness, you may think this is bullshit but Consciousness is like a muscle that it can be trained. You need to face the fact that it is impossible to live without constant dopamine hits, you need to burn the desire to do it and of course it will be very painful at first but just DO IT, if you need to cry then cry but face that couple of weeks of pain and dont avoid it, its not gonna last forever.

I didnt understand it till i took 150ug of LSD, I think that what you need to understand first is that reality is all your imagination, and then consciousness is all that there is. Try that path first.

Did you take psychedelics yet? if you take them a coupe of times and have binged enough non-dual content you will surely understand what we mean by nothingness and your true self, and then you will not need to sell your business and retreat in a mountain or something, this work can be done in less than a year if you really want.
